Good Day,
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

We came upon your cache, dowdie_84, while geocaching around Ipswich with Snickersallan, Entdeckerschildkröte and Patrol14
But we could not find a cache here today.

Out with RoddyC, snickersallan and adventureturtle for a day caching in Ipswich. Another one we could not find. Looked in all the usual places but no cache.

Gotta love these sunny Friday romps
We pulled up close to GZ but a couple of teenage boys were playing on the swings. Off we went to look for another cache nearby which turned into a DNF
Back we came and the park was free of muggles. Wandered over to GZ and around and around and around and poked with sticks and just as my geo-buddy decided to look elsewhere the cache popped into view. Nano...
Logbook is indeed full but we squeezed our initials into it

Across on the dark side I found myself dragged into the bushes to go looking for caches. Ipswich seems to have so many hidden little parks and places
While waiting for my car to be serviced I decided to do some caches. I had to get to a higher level to spot it but could easily reach to put it back. TFTC!
Was about to drop by my brothers so thought I'd see if there were any caches nearby. Turns out there was one on his street. A quick park and run to the GZ. Wasn't long and I had the cache in hand. The log was completely full so had to scribble in a spot between names. TFTC.
Quick cache to start the day! Found with geo girlfriend (Modern Sunshine). Log definitely needs replacing- thanks!
Smilie #2095
A quick scout around soon revealed the hiding place.
Signed & replaced as found with no muggles evident.

On a geocaching trip with tmann421 heading to the MEGA at Stanthorpe. A fantastic trip away seeing a part of the country I had not seen before and collecting caches along the way. Stamped the logs with t&J or our names.
Thanks to all the CO's for the caches and making this such a memorable trip.

Found while out and about caching with Tassie Trekkers as we head to Stanthorpe for the Qld Mega. A quick find as no muggles around. TFTC
Today we explored Ipswich and surrounds with Whitewebbs heading towards Stanthorpe for the Mega using geocaching as a guide.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

We set out today for a full day for the first time since I fell on my ankle 3 weeks ago. I had a list of caches as long as my arm but knew full well only a few would be found. Most of the ones I was after today were out of the way caches and if only a few smilies were made today I would be happy.
Find number four today. I wanted to grab this one as the mega is coming and this one fills in a date for my hidden challenge. I have searched for this one on a previous occasion but the muggles had me running. This time the kiddo went in and made a quick grab. Log book is definitely full but managed to squeeze our names next to someone else. Great hide and TFTC Dowdie

Took a little bit until I adjusted my eye level
Love finding all these hidden gems after being a local for 12 years. Signed log in only spot I could find as log is absolutely FULL TFTC

Went cashing today with another family and the kids loved it. Oldest was 7 but we left it up to them and they did it a lovely easy cache for the kids where they could take over and really enjoy the find. Thank you
Visiting my sister about 100 metres away so took her for a walk to get this one. Spotted fairly quickly to her amazement. Quiet intrigued with the micro log. We both have fond memories of Officer Tittcombe for whom the park is dedicated.
Looking at caches in the general vicinity as I drove by today, I was surprised to see I must have failed to log this one from some months back. I recall needing to be in and out very quickly and was pleased to grab it without too much trouble. TFTC Dowdie.
Third find for the day. Quick find once I changed my eye height. No one around on this showery day and everyone is at work or school.

I only live about 2 minutes from this park and visit it with my daughter nearly everyday, so even though I do not have a GPS I wanted to try and find my first Geocache. It only took a minute or so to find it, but it was so exciting. It's strange to think that my family and I have been there so many times and never noticed it. It you weren't looking, you wouldn't find it.
So excited to buy a GPS so I can really get into this.

Great little park hidden away. Quick find an happy to cross this one off our cache must do list. TFTC
Moment of panic!!! Sun almost completely gone down.. Dropped cache on the grass ahhh! But luck was on my side and found it quick enough !! Tftc
A bit slow updating log entries. Out with Igotahunch and Flora for a sunny arvo walk TFTC Dowdie
Luckily the plate was not hot today, because I used it as a table
I did get myself in a place I did not really need to be, but I did spot the cache easily from my new perspective. I had to use a tool to move it from its hidey hole, but perfectly accessible really.
IolantheK received a message from the CO whilst we were at this one. It turned out that he is rather "local" so we invited ourselves around for coffee ;-P
Nice to catch up again and meet the family

Out in Ipswich area on the bikes for a Wacky Wednesday with teamdfl. We guessed where this would be well before we got within sight of GZ. Yep, we're right! Oh, it's a nano... could be tricky... teamdfl got a better viewpoint and spotted the hide. While we signed the log, I sent a message to the CO to say we'd got another of his, and turns out he's really local, so we dropped in for coffee [^] A good couple of hours was then spent having a grand chin-wag about all things geocaching How much fun is this game!!! TFTC and coffee, Dowdie, and a pleasure to meet the family as well.
Absolutely no-one in the park when I arrived but it was swarming with the kids by the time I left. TFTH
I tried not to touch the hot plate.
Found the cache after a few rounds around GZ.

So after looking at logs and talking to a fellow cacher about this cache I went checked it last week and what do u know it HAD NOT been put back where I had placed it so if you find it where it is now put it back there..
Another shortie has retrieved the cache here with no problems. Took a little search but got it in the end . Tftc
Like Misssusan79 I am only just over 5ft, and had no problem. Very easy find. On my way home from Newcastle to Lockyer Vally thought I'd do a last couple of caches. Wedding in the street. My son's in-laws used to live in the next street. TFTC
Well I'm only 5foot and I managed yo retrieve and replace the cache without too much difficulty., you just have to think creatively. My Aunt lives in this street and I was surprised I hadnt found this one sooner.
Out and about looking for a cache for the streak, and this was close to where we had to go.
Lucky that we had the cache maker with us, otherwise geomummy from Will.I.Am.elia & Co. and I would have had not chance at the retrieval. Maybe something should be added to the description.
thanks for the cache

# 6161 Found on our 2013 winter escape trip to Qld.
We are in Ipswich for a few days to have a good look around.
No muggles around here today thankfully and a not so quick find for cachers like me.
Another day of the 31 day challenge completed as well.
Thanks for the cache Dowdie,
Roostaman.

I had run out of daylight when I arrived and didn't want to draw attention by shining a torch around so I had a quick look but couldn't spot the cache.
I will have to come back again.
I will have to come back again.
Wandered around and around the GZ for some time before finally spotting the little sucker. Getting it out was another story as it had rolled into a tight spot and required some delicate balancing and fine motor skills to retrieve. However mission accomplished and back it went. Thanks Dowdie
Pulled up here for the third time today and at 6pm its dsrk and vacant. I headed down with a torch and got really friendly with the place and no luck for me.
After going to Stanthorpe for the week-end to attend a caching event it is now time to head home.
Via Toowoomba.
And to add to my distance covered today I stopped to find this one.
Thanks for the cache.

I forgot all about the Ipswich show public holiday when I set out to do some afternoon caching today. Arrival at this one soon reminded me as there were kids playing a little further down the park...
I decided to change approach and still dressed in my work gear, I grabbed a black compendium out of the car and wandered over to GZ to conduct a "formal" assessment of the structure... [^] After a quick once around, I had the container in hand and used the conveniently located surface to sort business out...
All done, I dropped it back, continued with a second inspection, scribbled some fake notes in the book and headed off. None of the kids even looked over from what I saw...
Cheers dowdie 84.

Out caching tonight with Egginthesky and this was the last for the night. After translating the description we made our way down and I wondered the lure of this spot for a cache. All the same it would be one for the count. With torches blazing we commenced a methodical hunt from the ground up. The biggest issue was how shiny it is and being at night with torches we had to try not blind ourselves or each other. Eventually I got up onto higher ground and spotted the beast. Not too sure about the 1.5 Difficulty reating, but a smiley all the same. TFTC dowdie 84
I looked up and down, looked into the crevices but couldn't see it. So I decided to take a step back and look. And bingo there was the little hide which blended in very well indeed. TFTC
I took far to long to find this one, only to discover it right in front of me. I guess that's how it goes some days. TFTC
Congrats go to dowdie 84 for their quick attention to this cache after we posted a maintenance note. Today when we returned there was no need to poke our fingers into every little crevice to find the container. SL TFTC
The Cashe has been put back in its place and is ready to find muggles may have taken it so make sure it is put back where you found happy hunting fellow cachers..
Perhaps the owner needs to check that this one is still in place. We read the previous logs that state that it is easy to see just a bit harder to reach. With looking high and feeling in all high spots there did not appear to be a cache to find.
I think I need a caching rest!! I searched high and low for this one but came up zip! I'll try again another day. TFTH dowdie 84
So I left my fiftieth cache for a first to find indeed I did find one today. Although I easily spotted it I couldn't reach it as I have a condition known as duck arse disease lol luckily my hubby was in the car talking to who lol the owner. Tftc
While out doing some cache maintenance on a couple of my own Caches, I thought I'd give this one a go. Nice hide. TFTC.
nice wet rainy day so no-one in the park. great time for a quick search and there it is,
logged signed after a walk back to my car for a pen, cache back in place and not a wet muggle in sight
