Logs
I found this one a while ago. Just a note that whilst there is a log in the container, it could do with a check up. It needs a new log sheet preferably in a container inside the camo. Great cache though!
Nice to find this cache as we had enjoyed a wonderful view. Signed paper and enjoyed the walk. Tftc

Great camo and hide. But the inside of the cache is empty without a log sheet, and the lid seems to be missing as well.

I overshot the GZ and searched the wrong structures. When I backtracked one it even looked different to the other like structures and it gave up the camoed cache.

Spent around 15 minutes poking around various places, then read the hint and found it immediately. Nice hide.
Took me some time to figure out, loved the camouflage ! I crossed that brigde so many times but always on the other side of the road. TFTC
Fun to hunt for something in the loud noise of this bridge. Had no log so I put some cardboard I had on me in. Will definitely need a new proper log. Tftc

We walked South to find one cache and, just like the name says, crossed over to return North and stop for this one. Nice handiwork. Thanks pilot03.
Very windy day on the water today.
Luckily the log stayed with us.
Thanks pilot03

Going on a walk again... This was the first cache visited... Nice hide and container-container...
TFTC!
TFTC!
Found on a nice mornings walk around the bay area, coords spot on - thought this could take some time but cache was found surprisingly quick.
Not so many muggles this side of the bridge
Love the camo... Favourite from us.
Thanks!

Repositioned the replacement cache container
The new cache container was left this afternoon, right on schedule. Coords have been updated for the new location. Let's see how long this one lasts!
Having problems getting glue and paint dry in between applications/coats but we're still on-track for a a cache replacement timeframe early next week (weather dependant).
We vsited our three caches at Birkenhead Point primarily to replace the missing logsheet in this one.
We were dissapointed (but not surprised) to find that the whole container must have blown away along with the logsheet (see log entry below).
We have temporarily run out of material to construct a new cache container so we'll get around to replacing it as soon as we can.

Temporarily disabling this one until some time after Christmas when we'll get time to replace the l;ogsheet.
was expecting something slightly different but loved the placement and camo. the main / outer container could do with a lid because the second container nearly rolled out - and no matter which way it rolls, it will roll into dangerous territory
Hard to find considering how large it is. Needed to reach around for it. Great hide
2nd attempt and hooray! Was looking through Google maps and that gave wrong coords. But this time looked at satellite image and from there it was pretty easy
We'll keep our eye on this one and if another Cacher doesn't leave a new logsheet in the meantime, we'll replace it when we once again leave the house after lockdown ends in another month or so from now.
Enjoying a walk with adventure-fox
Found this on the way
Awesome camo and cache TFTC!!

Needed to get out of the house so I dragged BBS out here for a night walk, what beautiful weather too! Didn’t even realise there was a footpath this side, I really enjoyed walking along here! Found the cache pretty quickly; what a great hide! TFTC
Such a cool spot, had us searching around for a bit but eventually it was found. TFTC!!
great camouflage! was worried it was on the water side of the bridge, and we might drop it. But it wasn’t tftc
Second of three DNFs for me this morning.
Given the comments about the great camouflage, and the many places to look, I suspect that it is a case of me just not finding it rather than it disappearing.
Will come back when I can spend more itme looking.

Finally!
After perhaps 5 attempts over a couple of years, this frown will be removed from my map.
I really hope that my previous DNF’s were the result of mugging, rather than my own cache blindness, as in the end the find was nowhere near as hard as I’d made it.
A well camo-ed cache, and a wonderful sense of satisfaction to have finally found the blighter.

A late night visit with a brand new improved design container means that this one is all ready to be found again (:-).
The container has been stolen. Someone is perhaps targeting our cache placements as this is the third container that has recently gone missing.
My second late night attempt at this one, and I’m truly stumped.
Might need to return in daylight.

Fun one! and definitely a challenge trying not to look suspicious while hovering on a bridgehaha
