Wow a toughy indeed.
Logs, clue and title are all a bit confusing, hopefully it makes sense when found!
Will be back for another search tomorrow

Mrs C spotted this one ️. Well camouflaged and well done.Sadly we are on our way to the airport so last one for this trip. We’ll be back to continue the epic trail next year! Thanks for all the fun
I had a small *window of opportunity* to hunt for this cache while my Grand Daughter was playing in the nearby playground... too many places to look and not enough time meant a for me today... maybe I will do better on my next holiday down here...
We had a lovely walk and lots of sticks in our hair. We looked for ages but just could not find it.
Found at 10:15 AM GAFF3.
That was more of reach way in and go in and at a distance of 8 metres there was the little cache. Tough one!
Thanks BorisB&Natasha

The great “escape” to the coastal beach area that we went to as kids live pled like an escape from the heat wave predicted but the welcome cool change came and the joe blakes stayed under cover - phew as all this long grass and logs must be a fine reptile habitat.Lve the series and songs and the variety of fun and well camouflaged caches. TFTC and the effort!
Looks like all the trees along the path have been cut back, had a good look on both sides of the path but no luck. Hope it has'nt been removed by accident!
Found today on our Portsea to Rye Tour, that took us from the back beaches of Portsea, then through to the Portsea bayside. We then followed through Sorrento, Blairgowie and finished in Rye. Our day went from 11:00am through to 7:45pm. Some wonderful caches, placements and views on the way. Some easy, some easy that we made hard, a couple that were hard that we were lucky to make easy and quite a number that were just plain hard. Thanks to all cache owners for the wonderful day out from D & HA B-A
Out on my own today ticking off some more in this wonderful beach location. The weather was a lot better today but still only the odd jogger or doggy walker go past. Found this one after 2 disappointing DNFs. Decided to call it a night as I like to finished on a find. Thanks for ta great couple of days with the continued variety and quality of caches BorisB&Natasha & Nut Bear
This one was fun, middle of the day on a long weekend we didn’t think that thru muggles everywhere!!!
I can't believe i found this .. i read.the hint and was not confident about finding the cache in any tree let alone in a tea tree .. upon reaching the GZ i realised the enormity of the task .. well hidden .. TFTC

We weren't here very long before I found it - very well camouflaged. So well in fact, that it took me a little while to spot where to return it! Thank you
Second visit here. No luck the first time, but got it this time! A bit off the beaten path, duck and scrounge and then turning the right way, aha there it is!
#4803 found while on a cache hunt with mansgirl. Tftc. Mansgirl made a quick find here
Perfect day for a bike ride and picked up a few caches along the way. This looks familiar, I think I've looked for this one before and now I failed again. Oh Well. Thanks anyway
No good! Our second attempt at this one and again no joy to be had. So much tea tree, so many muggles. Next time...third times the charm maybe.
Flies. Sweat. Blood. The deadly combo of summer caching by the bay.
With water in hand and clif bar in pocket, we spent two days on the Mornington Peninsula collecting those smilies. All in all, we found 30 caches. A few less than we hoped for but thoroughly enjoyable, even if we made many of the finds a lot harder than they were.
We had a good look but found nothing here. Thanks anyway for the hide.

Hint came in handy and we just had to "reach out" and there it was. TFTC BorisB&Natasha and Nut Bear.

Down from Sydney for the weekend to visit family. Back on the Bay Trail chipping away at a few more unfound cache. This one should have taken a very long time but thankfully my eyes spotted this needle in s haystack pretty quickly, phew!! Log is wet! TFTC #484
This was my least favourite cache on this trail of impressive caches.
The title was a bit misleading and I spent way too long trying to look for a needle in a haystack.
Eventually I studied the satellite view and noticed something.
Not where I expected it to be and hard to access..... but easily found once I was in the right location
TFTC!

Ahh yes the Bay Trail! I remember this series from my last visit which I think was over a year ago. Today I have returned on foot once again to continue some of this trail! In total I covered about 9km of the coast with 34 finds and only 3 DNF's!! Which I thought was a massive effort given the difficulty of some of the caches. To be fair I did spent just over 5 hours making my way through them! Thanks to BorisB&Natasha + Nut Bear for one of the most impressive long distance trails I have come across

Just out for a the afternoon. decided to get a couple caches. little bit of a challenge but found it. TFTC
Decided to come down and try to get a few more of the bay trail series. A couple of false starts with no finds but at last I got one here.
It took ages to spot the well hidden bugger!
Thanks BB and Nutbear

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches. I have got a nice streak going and hoping to let it run for as long as possible. I usually cache on my own but sometimes I will collect my nephew stinky bob and my brother stinky tom who both enjoy this hobby.
A big thanks goes out to all the cachers and cache owners without whom this lifestyle would not be possible.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

The mantra of the day was to see how many I could find in the time I had. If I didn’t find anything within a couple of minutes looking I gave the search way and moved on. This was one I didn’t spot, so a DNF for me here.
Tricky little hide - especially since it had been raining and so everything was wet and black looking!! Found it!! Thanks
Out on the Bay Trail with Missmash again. Up close and friendly with the tea tree but managed to 'Reach Out' . Tftc
Plenty of ti tree around, now where could it be! Lots of reaching out later and finally there it was. TFTC

As I stayed in Rosebud for just one night, I did part of your series. I loved, that nearly every cache has a different cameo. Out of 16 I managed to find 11. I would've loved to complete the whole series. Thanks for putting so much effort in this series.
Found both, the old and the new one. Signed the new one and contacted CO.

Found the cache itself but the log is a tattered wet mess so totally useless. Took photo of cache to prove I found it thanks BB&N
On the 26/09/2016 I replaced the whole cache as I was unable to find the original. The replacement was put in the tree I believe I placed the original one in. It must be the old one that some are finding as it had a waterproof log in it. Will have another look and remove it when I find it.
Will try again another time. Any excuse to keep visiting such a beautiful location.
A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
**BAY TRAIL THIRD TIME LUCKY**
After previously completing two thirds of the Bay Trail series of caches on separate days, it was time to come back for a third day to finish things off.
Very nice cache! A quick-ish find while finishing the Bay Trail. Camo was spot on.

So the green dot sitting alone on my map on this trail finally gets a smiley! Officially finished the Bay trail. Was in the area and thought why not go have a quick look, it's another find after all. Can't believe how quickly I spotted it this time. The log here is completely full as I struggled to sign.
Thanks again for this great series.
Thanks again for this great series.
After talking about doing the Borisb&natasha and Nut Bear bay trail with Bounty Trackers, for nearly 2 years we finally got around to doing it. Found more than I bargained for here.
[Scrat](https://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=4376822) visited your cache whilst on his Great Aussie Adventure.
Thank-you Borisb&natasha and Nut bear for this great series.
Poiter.h found more than we wanted here, doggy left a surprise. Final getting time to do the famous Borisb&natasha and Nut Bear bay trail on a gorgeous day with Poiter.h Sl thanks Borisb&natasha and Nut bear for the great series.
We decided to have a lunch break on the other side of the bay today, so myself, PacGirl and Snoopy hopped on the ferry from Queenscliff with our bikes and cycled from Sorrento to Rosebud. After a welcome break at the Sound Bar we headed back and I reckoned I could pick up a couple of caches while I waited for the crew to catch up along the way.
"Reach out - I'll be there", said the cache. So I did and it was .
The logbook was clean, so I obviously found the new replacement.
Thanks BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear.

After supplying an extra hint to a recent finder who was having trouble I am now faced with not being able to find it myself. I have placed another replacement in the tree I believe it was in. Who knows, there may be two to find.
Omigosh! Was considering the disappointment of having to log another dnf on this one before heading home from our weekend away. The two little kids kept scurrying off into shrub warren to play house so it was hard to concentrate on searching while trying to keep eyes on them. Followed them in with one on the compass, squatted down to complain about it jumping all over the place, sighed, looked up and there it was. Right in front of me hahaha. Whoops forgot the pen-sent miss8 back to the car for one. Log sogned and returned. So glad for this smiley before we head home! Tftc
Hunting for pokemon and decided to come past here. Note the log book is full and could go with replacing. Tftc
After an hour of searching, we have accepted defeat to go check in at the caravan park. Hoping to come back tomorrow.
This is our second return to this one. The 1st time there were far too many people in the area. This time, like other we did on this day, we attempted from a different angle and found what I thought was going to be the impossible.

It's been some time since I was over to do some of this wonderful series. I was here with the geo family to grab a quick one before we grabbed some nearby dinner and settle in for the night. Thankfully my dinner wasn't crumblin' down, my darling reached out to take my money, come on girl don't forget the sauce, reach on out for me and pass me a chip, reach out, reach out for me... and yes I found it after a quick search thankfully with the geo kiddies helping me look. Signed and replaced as found.
**Thanks for this trad cache, BorisB & Natasha** [^]
**Cache container and log good in good condition**
**Took Nothing, Left signature**

Just as I was recovering from the last one Tag along rang. I answered the phone from the safety of the ground. He then joined me and he made the find for me.
