We have moved to the Redlands Bay area staying for a few days to catch up with the family.Today we headed out to do the NN series & others that we pass along the way.So glad it was Sunday as it was quite light with traffic. Thanks for placing this cache RoddyC
Found with TLM. Reading the previous log and thought it was going to be tricky. Nah, this one rocks! TFTC
This one was good . Log signed and returned to where I found it.Thank you RoddyC for placing this cache.
Bisoutje and I are on a roadtrip from Cairns to Adelaide and have arrived in Brisbane. We parked our campervan at the site and took a walk to the nearest supermarket. Along the way we were able to find some caches as well. I found the cache rather quickly although this could have taken much longer. We got a little lucky and our caching experience got in handy here.TFTC!
Out and about by myself today clearing some caches from the Rochedale area. This was my main target cache for today. I have driven past this one a few times but left it because it had such a unique combination of attributes. Today I needed a telephone, petrol and special tool attribute and I knew just where to find them all together. I was a bit concerned about not having the right tool with me so I read through the logs before I left home. I was pretty sure I knew what I would be looking for and that I wouldnt actually need any tools. Turned out that I was correct. Just needed to use my eyes and some stealth and eventually I spotted it.Thanks for the cache RoddyC!
Out today to finish series start with finding a previous dnf smiley face to start day tftc
Thanks for the cache. After a search around the cache location it was safely in hand. Got to have rocks in your head to miss this one! Log is in good condition. Was placed back where found once signed.
We parked right near GZ and had a look at our options before deciding where to start our hunt. Our caching senses mustve been working well today as we chose the right area to search first and soon spotted the hide. Thanks RoddyC
Reading the clue reduced the search options making for a quick find here today. TFTC
Doing the nearby 'NN' series, dropped by, and a very familiar cache container type we've seen in our QLD travels, TFTC RoddyC
Spent too long checking on street side b4 I widened my search & found the object consistent with the hint...& T4TC:-)
That was fun. Had to take a good look at the surroundings. Found after a brief search. First for our outing by today. Tftc
I came to this area today targeting caches with particular attributes and/or size that I’m needing for some challenge caches and this was one of them.
Parked right next to gz and made a quick find. Tftc

TFTC! Had to be stealthy in putting it back as all of a sudden there were cars everywhere!!
Thanks for maintaining this clever hide. I knew what I was looking for but it still took awhile.
A short search in the obvious areas revealed nothing, and then a feel under the obvious spots. Nothing. Then a read of the description and clue, and standing back and seeing the obvious camouflage area. Then the container was quickly sighted. TNLNSL TFTC
ISAC. Today I looked at two and didn't find either. After checking in and around all the surroundings to the coordinate I concluded that I was not going to find it today.
One of those ones where you walk up, look the area over, and go "It couldn't be that easy!" It was.
Cunning cache and I feel like giving you a favourite just for the sheer sneakiness of it. TFTC

One I’ve been meaning to find for years but I never have for some reason.
Knew what I was looking for at GZ but still took a minute or two to locate the clever cache. A favourite point for sure!

Solo outing on the southside. Quickly spotted after slowly looking over the terrain. Was exactly what I expected. TFTC, TFTH, TNLNSL & TFTSF
We are getting better at RoddyC’s tricky caches! Thanks for this clever hide, so happy we found this one
On my way to do some shopping and checked on this one. Good to go again.

We looked around searching both the obvious and not so obvious place but alas came up empty this time ......

Found it.. only roughly 8 attempts till I in covered the rascal. With pirate Linda and Peppa watching on!
When I arrived I knew straight away with the hint it would be a lucky quick find or a good ol search ... yep the latter for me!!!! ️
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I celebrated geocaching's birthday with a community celebration event recognising the milestone as such. After enjoying a few muffins and talking with everyone, we took our prepared mountain bikes and headed to Daisy Hill. It was only a short ride due to mechanical problems, but still it was nice enjoying Brisbane's sunny weather.
We made a stop at the nearby village for a bakery lunch, and hence made a quick stop at this geocache beforehand. I didn't think it would be too tough, but as it turned out, we were searching here for a good 10 minutes. I guess we searched the usual locations, as one has to, and the hint should have ruled those out, but you never know. I did consider this type of hide, but had discounted it, but as I ruled out other hides, I started to return back to this initial thinking. As it turned out, I managed to find the tough cache, and upon reflection, the difficulty rating is about right to what it turned out to be. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wildbrew/BackOBeyond for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Due to high traffic area, could not check everything nor did I have the tools to access it if previous logs are to be believed
This morning I met up with joojoo57, Richmond Lad and Aussie Liahona for some puzzle solving, but as always we started our day off with some geocaching! The hitlist for today is the Nasty Nano series and its Wherigo.
We stopped to get this one just for me, and I made a quick find. Everyone else said it was still in exactly the same spot they had each found it. No cache creep here [^] TFTC, wildbrew.

Cache is there.took a longer to get log book out to signed it than find the cache.. all is good with the cache.
We are out in the area today collecting a few geocaches that go along this very long road.
We pulled into the car park here, and made a quick find at GZ.
All good. Nice camo!
Thanks

Enjoying a nice quick series of nanos on the last morning caching with Joolay in QLD. Tftc
Ooo a good one for the last cache we can fit in today. Enjoying the trail.

Final day of a trip to the Gold Coast with barb2e. Today was picking up Queens Land before doing some local ones, dropping Barb2e off and heading north to drop the car. And another fabulous day to be out and about. TFTC BackOBeyond

Out today with Selva Girls on the Southside to grab a few caches. The main one for today was wherigo, of course we grab a few caches as we pass.
I found 20 caches and 5 waypoints for today. We went home when a large storm around us.
Sorry for the generic post.

Finally found this after months of trying! First chance I've had to look without being spotted by muggles.
On my way to Underwood park I saw 2 ladies looking around here with their phone in their hands and I thought I wonder if there is a cache here. After my bike ride i was on my way home and remembered and pulled in and looked at my app. Yes a cache 6 metres away from where I parked. There was a car nearby so I read the previous logs so by the time the car left I had a good idea of what I was looking for. So after around 3 minutes I had the cache in hand. Thanks for the fun
Spending the morning south of the river picking up some solved puzzles and other interesting hides.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers). Thanks with the help with the CO. TFTC!
Out for the day with nikid1. We stopped off at this one whilst completing the nano series. Our loitering attracted the attention of one of the centre workers to ensure we weren't up to no good, a short chat later he happily left us to it.

Found this with KerriMG. While we were rolling up the log a cleaner approached us asking if we were rolling a joint. Lol. Absolutely not. We are two middle aged mums out caching not doing drugs at the shopping centre. Had a nice chat to him then replaced the cache as found. TFTC. Still laughing at the thought !!
This was the next stop along Underwood Road... took a moment to work out what I was actually looking for... but after that a relatively quick find... relatively....
Working on a nasty series this morning, I stopped by to collect this cache as well.
It didn't take too long to figure out where I should be looking, I quickly came up with the goods. With the log signed and all replaced as found, I headed off.
Thanks for the cache wildbrew, it was a little tricky to retrieve from it's home but I won the battle eventually!

Out and about on a overcast morning in Brisbane
Really appreciate the freedoms we have compared to other parts of the country at the moment
Thanks to the CO for the hide

Out and about on a cool morning, while the house was having a sleep in. After a quick lap around, logic applied and with the process of elimination, cache was in hand. TFTC.
4 of 4 this morning.
Log condition - 2/3 full, dry and all good.
Cache condition - Good.

Bother... couldn't get the log out. That's what you get for doing a spur of the moment grab without your kit.
Briefly looked this morning with no luck. I'll have to go back without my kids. It was too hard to stop them running on the road and search for it.
Another very busy day in the Brisbane area. I headed out early to get as many caches as possible in St.Lucia then across the river to Dutton Park to clean that area up and then I got collected by Local geocaching connoisseur RoddyC on one of his maintenance runs in the Springwood area.
This was tough. Much harder than a 2.5 in my opinion. We found it eventually though. Tftc and utv

This is the first time I’ve been here in years. It actually took me a minute to find my cache!
Thanks, RoddyC, for keeping an eye on it the past few years!
