First Waypoint had info, was wet, and growing mould, but still readable, for now. ... Second waypoint did not have anything to match hint. Things may have changed since last found... (there are 2 stumps where trees have been chopped off at just above ground level)
All I found in the only hiding spot (which didn't match hint, but I checked all possibilities Smile was a frog (or a cane toad?) - lol

Came up from Brisbane with Gcoven for the morning to collect some caches for a few challenge caches and personal milestones. It was still early enough that the hounds were still asleep when approaching the first way point. It was the same for all way points and the final destination. Had to dust off some ants on the final container. Thanks for placing this multi in a cool park Wesso Family.

Good morning multi

24-Sep-16
As I arrived for a search for WP1 I was spotted by the hounds nearby and they set off all the other hounds in the area. Luckily, no one came out of the houses to see what the commotion was all about. I retrieved the container and moved away while I gathered the new information and then quickly dropped the cache back into place and headed to the next stop.

WP2 was readily found and then headed to the cache but found that I had to get my shoes wet or take a long detour. I managed to get across with only one wet shoe and then headed to the cache. I soon found it but had to drop it a few times to get all the ants off it.

Now to find where I left my car...

Found wp1 easily enough. Struggled at wp2 and picked some nearby fruit. Contacted co and I don't think it is where he said it should be. With the final co ords in hand made for a quick easy find in a peaceful park. Picked up a tb. Will use this for the March challenge.

WP1 and WP2 went like clockwork - coords spot on and then we got to the final cache. The sun was beating down and I was beginning to sweat, looked at the surrounding and thought this would take some finding. Started on one side with no luck and moved to the opposite side and bingo the cache was soon in hand. Haven't been here before and enjoyed my walk through this area. TFTC Wesso Family Smile

Heading up the coast today to drop the kids with their grandparents for some holiday fun. Needed a multi for the spell December challenge so this one was perfect.
What a great little park this is, we had a lovely stroll around it this afternoon. All waypoints found without too much trouble & in good condition. The plovers didn't like geoson much near WP1 & had a bit of a swoop at us but paid us no heed on our way back to the car. The final was the longest search for us but was soon in hand & we all managed to find a WP each (with geodad directing the search at WP1), so a great multi all round. Took 5c & left 2 Christmas stamps.

Out in the ego-ute today with Piratekain. Time to do a few multis. Made our way around this nice area. Big ants nets on top of the cache. Cleaned it up and replaces as found.

This one has been on our todo list for a very long time and as it turns out it was now higher up the priority due to it being unloved for so long. Why has it been overlooked for six months? Well, I'll never know but it deserves more visits because it is a nice little stroll in the park, especially in the fantastic weather we have been having here on the Sunny Coast. In any case, it's always a pleasure to do a Wesso Family cache!

The first waypoint has gotten a bit damp inside but it was still readable. The second stop was very pleasant as I helped myself to the fruit of an environmental weed that was passionately fruiting near the WP. I also took three home to ripen up but there will be plenty more in the next few weeks so get into them!

I had a bit of trouble finding the final and probably gave in to a PAF too quickly, but Mr Wesso was happy to help me find this long unloved cache. The final was in perfect condition. Thanks Wesso Family for another great hide and I hope it sees more love in the future!

I was out on another 'cache-by-night' adventure though this time 'Adda76' joined 'spinna76' and myself as we lurked around in the dark. There was no real goal tonight though more to just slowly continue filling the gaps on our maps in the area of Caloundra.

I have to admit that I have attempted this cache before though could not finish it due to all of the Muggles that were in the park at the time, what did I expect it was a Sunday of a long weekend when I attempted it. They were just everywhere and I had no chance of be stealth on that occasion. And, this is where night caching has it's power-plus... THERE'S NOONE AROUND (except dogs)!

We started the multi easy enough and then the Dog Muggles started and we had to go into over-drive zooooming from here to there and back over there to get everything we needed. Once we were where we needed to be the frantic search started and we looked everywhere. Then we hear a 'Gotcha!' from 'spinna76' and the deed was done.

Thanks for the late night exercise. Oh, and the cache 'Wesso Family'!

Nice park for a stroll with MinkosDes and Spinna to find wp's....here, then way over there then over there then to final wp....searched every nook and cranny (hoping for no spiders)....then a cry of gotcha rang out.......TFTC!!

Yay! Found!

An epic adventure escaping terrifying beasts and assisting the elderly...

Found WP1 after being attacked by magpies (Thats right multiple) On my way to WP2 (Back through the magpie infested area) I found an elderly man looking for his lost dog, after assisting him I continued on my way, about 50m out from WP2 I located a second dog, however I was on a mission so I left him to find his master... On my way to the final I get yet again attacked by magpies, and see the man I helped previously, he then tells me he has lost his other dog, after telling him where I saw it I procceded to find and sign the log book at GZ. As I am leaving I see the man chasing after the other dog again, I had half a mind to explain to him what a leash is. But non the less... on to the next cache.

Out and about up this way today in preparation for tomorrows early morning walk and event. Big Grin

Was running out of time to grab my souvenirs of August. So I headed out with two sniffly geotoddlers to grab this one. The wp were further apart than I anticipated and it was tough going carrying one of the geotoddlers. To top things off the gps batteries died ( which was totally unexpected) the highlight of this is it forced me to learn how to input coordinates in my phone app. The containers were easy to find and a creek jump later I found the final cache. Log signed and cache replaced. TFTC.

Camped at Landsborough and drove to Coloundra, to spend the morning caching.
We visited some lovely areas, with a good variety of hides.

A very simple multi, which took us for a stroll in the lovely park.
We found each WP in good condition, then headed off to GZ for a quick find.
Many thanks for placing this cache, wesso family, for us and others to find.

Every time while trying to find these multis, I get distracted. My mate rang and said I had to leave to see him at Coolum while I was at the first WP. I figured due to the great description explaining the task ahead that I would still have time to run through this one, so off I bolted. Over there and found that one easy enough, then onto the final. Anxiety was building because I had no time to muck around. At GZ I saw something peculiar, but no container, so I rang the CO. Yes or No, is it ___________? No he says its __________. I should of aborted when I got the phone call, but judgement got better of me... I wanted this smiley. I wanted it because I am currently trying to find those ones that require a bit of a walk, and not a park and grab. This park delivered a nice little(fast) stroll. The park would be great for walking your dog, and I did see a bit of that caper in my travels. Also glad to knock this one over before magpie season...I'm scared of swooping magpies.

Thanks Wesso family for this one, enjoyed it.

My first fun-day out caching with IolantheK! Still, learned a lot while having fun.
Enjoyed the walks in the parks today as the weather was beautiful. This one wasn't too hard, but.... we could not make sense of the hint at WP2, which didn't stop us from finding what we were looking for! TFTC, which provided us with a great walk.

24-Apr-14
Out and about with Dutchie1950 for our first play day Big Grin A slightly more complex multi, but still done fairly easily. Both WPs were easily discovered, although the hint for WP2 still has me wondering...? As we arrived at GZ I nearly convinced myself to look elsewhere, but the co-ords were spot on, and the cache was right there Razz TFTC, wesso family.

I was having a lovely day with all these bike paths around here. Most of the caches I hunted for were muggle free to which is such a bonus.

WP1 was nice and easy. Off to the next one. A bit longer, but still pretty easy. On to the final. I took the long way around to the WP and final. No point adding a swim leg for no reason Wink

I almost made the final harder than I needed, but I spotted a likely hidey hole just before I took the plunge Smile

Trust us not to read that this was a multi. Got to the first wp, oh ok no probs, 2nd wp, what there's more. Finally got to the cache. Enjoyed the walk around the park though. TNLNSL

TFTC, well that turned out to be quite the effort. All of us didn't realise that this was a multi as didn't read it properly. Well that's fine, and then when we finally get to what we think is the cache, no wait there's more. Finally, after walking all over this lovely park, we found the cache. Sat down on the rocks to sigh and have a rest. TNLNSL

TFTC Out with Mickezza and 4 travelling buds when we decided to do this one, ok it is a multi but thats ok we shoukd be able to work a couple of clues. So found the first one and got the clue for the next one. So off we go thinking we had it sorted only to find that we had another one to find. Lovely day to go for walk in the park though. TNLNSL

Having done another of the CO's multis, I thought this one won't take long. Let's slip this one in before heading to the event.

How wrong I was. Took a bit longer than expected, but enjoyed the walk anyway.

First two WP's done and start heading to the final. Nope can't go that way.

Finally back on track and soon had the cache in hand.

Log signed, cache replaced.

I don't normally do multi's as I don't like number crunching but Wombles and I figured this one was nice and easy so decided to grab this on our travels. grabbing the co-ords from WP1 was easy and off we went. A man asked about a missing dog (I think he may have ran during the fireworks the night before) but unfortunately we had not seen the poor lost pooch Sad I hope he was found safe and sound. We made our way to WP2 and it wasn't long before we had the final co-ords. A quick check and we realised we could grab another Traditional while in the park so took a slight detour.

We arrived at GZ and set to work... of course making it much harder than it needed to be... I made the find and we sat on nearby rocks to rest and sign log. Quite a hot day but it was a lovely walk despite the heat. Almost time for lunch Smile

A nice multi in a nice park. A bit hot today for a walk but we did it.
The Bunya cones near WP1 are pretty awesome!
We passed a man looking for a lost dog and picked up an extra cache along the way before finding the final. Of course we made it harder for ourselves then it needed to be, but eventually we turned something up!

Despite the heat, decided to have a crack at this multi, and glad I did as this is quite a nice spot for a wander!

Thanks wesso family

Found 1 quite easy then a good walk thru the park to WP2 to find the 2nd cache, that in hand off again to the final cache which was right at the end of the pointer. Took a seat signed log and replaced cache. Tftc

#270~ As far as my home zone goes, this was my last cache south of Caloundra Road to collect and by golly, I was going to get it today even if the kids hate me for the rest of their lives. As I apparently can't figure out how to search by coordinates on my geocaching phone app I had the epiphany that perhaps I could use Google Maps. That certainly did the trick, taking me to the exact spot I needed to go regardless of tree cover. Forgot my notepad though so initially wrote coords up my arm. People will wonder what that is about I am sure, if I forget to wash it off before I go out again.

At the final destination though, geoson was still as happy as a dead bird so I carried on pretty much alone, even rolling my ankle in the process. All good now though but I am quite concerned about the day it goes in a bad, bad way and I'm stuck in the bush, likely with dahumbug or spinna76, who will then have to carry me out. TFTC wesso family Smile that was a fun one.

Found with TassieGirl13.
Another area that was a nice place to spent half an hour going for a walk and gathering the clues for this multi.
We fully expected to walk from one side of the park to the other, well isn’t that why we have multi’s in parks like this, but we didn’t expect it to be so quiet? We didn’t see anybody on our entire walk around. There must have been something better to do somewhere else that we didn’t know about. Never mind we enjoyed the walk and had no trouble at any of the WP’s gathering the required info.
On to GZ we went and the cache was quickly located.

1509. Walked through to the start of this one knowing that I will probably have to walk the length of the park 2 more times than necessary, but it wasn't to be, after getting the first waypoints it was over to the second , they were found then and on to the final, The final being in a spot not far from where I had started it was an easy walk back to the geomobile a nice easy overall multi, Signed Log 11am.

Angela and I had a tonne of fun with this one. After finding WP1 easily enough we decided on the lazy option and drove to WP2, well close enough to. I loved the big feature near here. Angela found the WP quickly along with the 8 legged cache guardian Surprised A bit of a squeal and a drop of the cache later and she was cursing! Second time today. Haha! We gathered the final coords and set off again. A hop, skip and a jump later we had arrived at GZ. Hmmm, I think the cache is here! First place I looked Smile After signing the log and replacing the cache as found we headed back to Spangle. Some where along our travels we found a field of very sticky weeds Sad I was only wearing sandals so my feet became very icky. Blah!

Got the first coords and realised that was close to another cache, so we decided to drive, (yes we did) to the second WP and grab the other cache at the same time. Grabbed the second container with the final WP and as I'm holding the cache, I noticed a BIG brown furry spider on the back. Cache went on the ground and I went in the other direction and Nyssa went on the ground laughing so hard I thought she was going to cry!! Oh I hate spiders!!! Nyssa retrieved the container from the ground and grabbed out the paper with the final WP and off we went. Oh, we have to cross that.... Ok, at GZ, grabbed the cache and we noticed that Nyssa is covered in sticky grass seeds, over her feet and up to her knees!! Oh my!! We're going to have to do something about that!! LOL Nyssa and her feet! Wink TFTC

The rain was still falling when I parked and ventured towards the first WP. The old fellow in the house was curious at first but lost interest when I walked into the park.

The first 2 WP's were found easily but were a little exposed so I covered them up before leaving for the final WP. Arriving at the final WP the cache was soon in hand and after signing the log all was returned as found. I was glad that it was a nice quiet day.

The return stroll back to the geomobile was just as enjoyable as the stroll in.

Yay! Big Grin Our first multi-cache - we haven't tried one before and now that we know how to do it, giving that extra sense of achievement, we won't hesitate trying lots more. Park was completely deserted today, no walkers or cranky neighbour muggles. Very wet and swampy though, really need to stick to the path. Wink Found wp1 and wp2 quickly when reached each gz, phone battery getting low (have had GPS on for a couple of hours now) - had to sprint to final gz before it ran out. Luckily it was in the first place I looked but not enough battery to get the usual obligatory photo. Sad Took insect warrior, left yellow alien thing. #251 tftc wesso family Big Grin

On a beautiful warm day at the Sunshine Coast, what else should we do but go caching! We headed out to this one first - found WP1 easily despite the crazy dog nearby who announced to everyone that we were there. WP2 was also found quickly - no barking dog here. We headed off to GZ and were amazed at how wet and boggy things were here. At GZ we looked where we thought the cache was, but eventually found it another logical spot. The cache was covered in ants - I think there might be an ants nest here as well as the cache! TNLNSL TFTC

Yah! #50th FTF @2.35pm. After a quick visit to the Dentist for toothache, (no fillings thank goodness), I ventured up the highway for a couple of new caches.
This one was on my radar and was still unfound when I left for the Dentist.
Arriving at GZ, there was no other geomobile around, so off I went for a wander to the 1st WP. Coast was clear with no muggles around.
Soon had the container in hand and a new set of coordinates so off to WP2.
I saw the play equipment and 2 friends with their coats on and arrived at WP2.
Soon had the container and another set of coordinates.
Off to the next WP.
I was walking along the path when a couple of muggles were in the drain and walking along.
One kept staring at me and I made sure the GPS and other things were out of sight. They headed off and were soon out of sight and I checked the scene before searching for the final.
Soon had the container in hand and took it away from the location to sign and look at the contents.
Thanks for the prize.
Returned container to hide and I was just walking out of the park when I noticed the 2 muggles at the play equipment who watched me leave.
They had not been able to see me because of the covering of trees at GZ.
T prize LNSL Thanks wesso family for another great multi and caches. All good with these caches
