Over two months since my NM log and no apparent replay or action by CO. Time to replace or archive please.
Another one of this series that the CO should have a look at after all the DNF logs
Mr CacheThief searched and searched for this one. No luck today. Will try again another day!
On the road today to Glen Rock National Park - this cache somehow eluded us almost a year ago - not sure why because we found it where we thought it should have been back then - maybe it was wedged on a little tighter back then - who knows?
Anyway, we also had the nearby house owner staring us down from the seat of his ride-on - but hopefully we managed to sneak it back in place as he rounded the back section of his yard and had his back turned for a few moments!
Thanks for the cache - happy to turn this one into a smiley and make the trail complete [^]

Pulled up to this cache and jumped out of the geomobile as something was crawling up my pants. Was about to unzip to see what it was when geopartner pointed out that there was someone on the veranda.
I had to shake the critter out. I waved to the person on the veranda and they disappeared back inside.
The coast was clear.
The cache was in the first place we searched.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Tonned All good with this cache

Another miss for us. The dogs form the nearby house attracted the attention of the home owners.
We did have a pretty good look, but came up empty handed.

Heading westward for a play day around Gatton with teamdfl and this series was our main goal for today [^]
Another DNF The front yard of the nearby house was occupied by dogs and humans, so we had to search carefully, but although GZ was obvious and the hint very clear, we spent quite a while here with no find.

Don't know why we couldn't find the hidey spot but it eluded us today. oh well, only 3 DNF's out of 20 caches today. Looks like we'll be hitting this trail again!
Looked all around gz, in full view of nearby householders who had just arrived home. Finally found something not quite right and soon had cache in hand. Signed post-haste and replaced. Tftc.

A mid week madness run down the Range through Gatton.
Took a minute to suss this one out.
We took nothing but memories, we left nothing but footprints.
The hide, the container and the log are all in good condition and ready for the next finder.
Thanks for the cache Tonned

Thankfully had an appropriate tool in the car to aid in retrieval. Intrigued by all the solar panels up on the hill.
Hidey hole was tight so Mr M had to use a rock to prise it off. Easy with the clue which is what you want with a micro. TFTC
Today we went for a drive through the countryside in an attempt to add a couple more of Caches t our tally count. We started down Rockmount Rd and headed toward East Egypt. Then up the Gaton – Clifton Rd, a couple more back roads and then the New England Highway toward home.
All in all it was a pretty good day, we had a nice drive, found a couple of Caches, drove by two and had two DNFs.
When we pulled up there were some people on the veranda of the near by house. By the time we got to GZ the voices had moved out of sight, so we quickly moved in. After checking the normal spots we had to resort to the hint and then we were able to claim the find.
Cheers

Cache still intact today, thanks to youngoldfella for the maintenance on this Cache
Found at 1155. I had this series in my caching plan for today, to finish the Toowoomba ones and then go country driving. My last find was on the western side of Toowoomba so started the Pharaoh's Trail series from number 13, Arrived at GZ and saw where I was supposed to look and find it but as per previous log the cupboard was bare. As per my note I had a suitable container with me so I replaced the container and log in a similar method to that which I think the CO had done originally. CO might like to check this some time, please.
Took 2hours and 15 minutes to do the 13 but got held up at road works twice out here in the middle of nowhere. Now for number 10. TFTC

We continued our drive through this beautiful area, and came up to this one. Once again it was a quick find with geokid #3, and surprisingly yet another blank logbook. TFTC, my 24th FTF at just after 1600hrs.
this one was next and we knew we were following some one just couldn't make out who on the logbook.
with no phone service, this we expected to be a little tricky but it was found easily. not able to add waypoints to our GPS due to it having a few issues.
I only hope that the cache hangs on well it didn't really appear to be.
not sure how many more we will be able to do now.
