DNF. But it’s only our second day so maybe we just don’t have enough experience yet!
I found the thing and and followed the instructions in the hint but no joy - no cache attached. I’ll contact CO with photos to be sure, but I think this is missing.
I was busy looking out for the cache. Fortunately no bikes came past. TFTC nicksmyname
Another (fairly) easy find along the railway track at Oatley. A lovely spring day too.

Took a slight deviation on the way to work today, jumping off the M5 Motorway at King Georges Road, to grab a few caches around Oatley. Have been busy creating caches, with 6 published last month and another one almost ready to go, so it was nice to get out & about to make some finds. This was the 4th of 5 finds for today.
After finding "Buckleberry Ferry" I followed the sandy track through the mangroves and up along the water pipeline, crossing the narrow metal bridge beside the pipeline, then up to the bike & pedestrian pathway and along to GZ.
Searched around for a short while before uncovering the sneaky hide, where it was then CIH. Signed the log sheet and then replaced as found. Not too many muggles passing by, so retrieval & replacement was an easy task. TFTC nicksmyname.

Having parked up on Yarran Rd in order to get the cache Fork in the George i realised that there was a path heading around by the river and under the train bridge that connected to the bike/walking path that this cache was on.
Once i reached the GZ there were only a limited number of hide locations it could be and was able to grab it in the second spot i checked. Plenty of muggles around even on a Tuesday at midday but the lookout was a good spot to sign the log.
Thanks.

This has been my nemesis cache, I started looking for it almost five yrs ago and have tried on multiple occasions with the help of other cachers and friends.... and I could never find it despite everyone else always saying how easy it was. Well today, the cache appeared exactly where I had always assumed it should have been! I just walked up and had cache in hand within seconds. This is both a relief and incredibly frustrating, I have searched that spot sooooo many times and never ended up with anything in my hand as a result. Glad to finally get the smiley - not so thankful for this cache in driving me insane though Thanks to CO for bringing people to this glorious walk, I've spent time living in both Oatley West and Como and love this track.
Hidden in a good little spot. There is also a nice walk through the bush & down to another cache along the river front quite close to here aswell
Probably didn't take the conventional approach to this one. Still mark it off!!! Sneaky little thing. Tftc
As usal took a little bit harder way in but once at GZ had to wait for a clearing in the bike traffic to make the grab TFTC
Geokid found it all by himself! No pen to sign log, as he was out with Dad (who's not as keen on GC as GeoMum!!)
*Facepalm*. This should have been quick to find. We were thinking wrong and searching in the totally wrong area. But I used my common sense and looked in an area we hadn't looked yet and pulled something. Before I knew it I had CIH.

Out today walking across the Como Bridge from Oatley to Como (and return) with SmudgeyCat. Went in search of this one on the way back after a short detour down to the old barge. Approached gz and looked in a few places with no luck. Stood back and thought about, read a previous log, and then narrowed down my search to a type of location, which proved successful when I saw something that didn't quite fit. After waiting for dozens of muggles on bikes and foot to go by, I quickly pulled and soon had the cache in hand. Never seen one quite like this before. Fits the location perfectly. Signed the log and then replaced it all as found. Found with SmudgeyCat MM. TFTC
Thanks for clues. They are definitely needed for this one. Had fun with Teambet!
I had the right type of structure but wrong area which pushed the search on for a bit longer. Amazing cache. TFTC
This was an amazing hide! Searched high low, to the north and south, but couldnt find it. The fact that we have found chaches on other fishing lines really threw us off as well, and we were searching for the wrong thing the whole time.
I came up from the pipeline, not knowing what was above. Took a while to find. I used my sense of touch, but it was deeper in. the torch on the phone help solve that problem. TFTC
Finally found this one!!! Surely I can get more than one smiley for this.....
I won't embarrass myself by detailing the number of times I have searched for this one. Luckily it is located along a track the littlies and I walk frequently as geoboy loves watching the trains go by.
After a recent found log on this cache, today I was determined to find it. I even packed a TOTT in case additional help was required extracting it from the hiddy hole I long suspected it was residing in.
Approaching a familiar GZ and searching the usual spots, it was CIH in seconds from a location searched many times before!!! The TOTT was not even required. At least I was on the right track with this one and I think I owe the previous finder a huge thank you for leaving the cache within reaching distance of my stumpy fingers!
The cache itself is in great condition but the log is completely full and needs replacing.
Thanks for a great hide nicksmyname! Glad to tick this one off!

My seventh stop for the day as I explore lovely Oatley.
I was pretty lucky that there weren't too many muggles around today and after reading a few logs and the hint made the find during a break in traffic.
Nice hide.
Log was full so I added more paper.

Spent the day cyclo-exploring the Oatley area with some caching action.
Fun day out with a tally of 11 finds, 1 DNF and a few 'didn't bother trying's.
- - -
This was the 4th find of the day.
Took the 'low road' to the cache including squeezing the MTB on the metal platform wallkway by the pipes to get to GZ.
Pretty much the moment I got off the bike and pulled out my GPS someone said "you're looking for this, too?". Turned out to be a name I recognise from log entries in other caches I found earlier in the day.
Nice to meet you **Redbackspider**!
We started on the wrong side but then realised the other side made more sense. Wasn't much longer before Redbackspider declared the find.
Nice hide, nicksmyname.

nicksmyname I found your cache Look out for Bikes!! on 12/3/17, 11:46 am. This is my find #1838 and find #2 today. Got to GZ just as someone parked their bike there. I thought, of all the places to stop for a rest why did it had to be here. Then I spyed a gpsr in his hand, now I know. Asked him if he was looking for the same thing as me. Nice to meet you Lonely_Rooster. After a search around, couldn't get a lock on due to the tree cover, eventually had CIH. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
Found out today on a walk from oatley to the como swimming pool with the kids who were excited to find the treasure
We ride with the bicycles through the suburb and come here along. We can find this cache after a short look around. Logbook is full !!!
Thank you for showing Moorhelmi

2nd find of the day and one we couldn't get last time pat as there were too many muffles about. Forgot a pen so couldn't sign the log. Found with Jeanovanwam, hailz13, millymoo13 and zooter10
Again finally this one was giving me nightmares! I found this with the geofamily! Will need to come back next week to SL as pen is in the car! Rookie Error! TFTC
Clever find. Was t too hard to find, but we lost our pen so need to come back.
Today is our last day together before C. is flying back to the Netherlands after a visit of nearly 2 weeks.
It was lovely weather so we left the apartment to search some geocaches.
We took the train from Wynyard to Oatley and wanted to walk to Come and take the train back from there.
This was the third cache we visited. We spotted it already just before we arrived at GZ.
So this was an easy find.
Thanks for the cache.

After finding a nearby cache this was close and we still had time for one more so headed over. We had the right idea where the GPSr pointed but moved a little to find the well concealed tricky hide. We completed the signing duties between passing muggles and revhid. TFTC.
I know you said not to try it on Sunday morning at 10am, but after getting Buckleberry Ferry I thought I would try my luck. As it turned out I spotted the hide pretty quickly and waited at the lookout for an opportunity to retrieve it. A quick grab and back to the lookout to sign and wait for an opportunistic time to replace it. A fantastic location for the hide. TFTC. Somtom333
I hadn't been caching for a while so when the GeoBro suggested that we come down to Oatley to find a few before we had a barbecue dinner I readily agreed. A careful reading of the details and hint helped and despite a huge cockroach greeting me when I tried to retrieve the cache, we finally had it in hand. SL TFTC
Found it! Having been a bit disheartened with missing cache in the area this one was a great find for us!! Tftf!!
TFTC - after grabbing a couple in the area, I couldn't help but go for this one too.
I got eaten alive by Mozzies while searching..

#2431 (4 of 4 today)
Decided to head south for some caches today, down Oatley way. Found four but DNFed three (one I should have read the logs for first).
Was hoping for more finds but in today's heat I'll take what I can get.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
To balance out the long search at Buckleberry Ferry this was a very quick find, spotting a likely hide type immediately and making the find soon after.
Only cyclist I saw was on the short walk along the path to GZ.
It was so quick I was still in communication with my PAF from the last find on one of theirs.

What a clever little cach.. Well hidden .. Fun to find.. Thanks nicksmyname

12/09/15. 12:52 PM. Cache #2988. Streak day #447.
6th of 7 today - Penshurst, Mortdale & Oatley.
After failing to find "Buckleberry Ferry" and hoping that my PAF would get back to me soon, I decided to walk over to get this one, following the pipe south and then the bridge track back north again. Once at GZ, I just had a short wait for muggles to pass before starting to look.
Straight away I knew where it would be - reminded me of a lot of Blundo's hides, or at least some of his easier ones. Quick sign and replace before the next batch of muggles arrived, and then walked back to "Buckleberry Ferry" to have another try at it. TFTC.

Yes! Make sure you do look out for bikes and walkers. Good hide in what can be a very busy area. Hint is spot on! Almost gave up with a cyclists and walkers continuously going by, but a break in the traffic enabled a quick grab and off to the lookout to sign log. Luckily I brought my geotweezers to get the log out! Back to replace cache in GZ. #92 for Brewmaker. TFTC
What a top hiding spot! Just remember what you have to pull is not what you think!
Thanks for the hint! Apart from the heavy muggle traffic it was pretty easy to find this one!
After a long hiatus from Geocaching - I'm back. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and surprisingly went straight to it.
my janine with me walk on the bridge como to find cache she ready happy with me . coz she never seen before about geocaching
