Spring Victorian Incursion 2024.Day Fourteen: Mostly outer South EastWeather: a perfect start to the day.One of three caches by BorisB&Natasha hidden in this nice patch of bush. Ive just logged 2 caches by the same team elsewhere, and Ive also enjoyed the Red Hill Rail Trail and I reckon B&N caches are worth seeking out! The caches here are starting to show the effects of being out in the elements for so long, I bet it sure does rain here at times. No animals seen today, and I was a bit more leech-wary today after being caught out earlier in the week. These caches are easy finds, and dont have that master-of-disguise element that Ive encountered in in other caches by this team. Thanks for the fun BorisB&Natsha, you are depleting me of Favourite Points, Ive left one for the series with the one that is just shy of 100.
Another really cool cache, and again so much effort ..... really appreciated, TFTC .... a favourite from me (when I get to laptop)
Saw this group of 3 on the map, all with high favourite point values, so figured it would be worth the stop ...and none of these caches disappointed!! Amazing they are still in reasonable shape after >10years in the field. Hard decision as to which was my favourite out of this one vs enchanted forest, but I think this one possibly pulls just slightly away in the lead! TFTC - a favourite point again! ^_^
Not too hot. Not too cold. It was just right. Not so much of a picnic but fun. Thanks BorisB&Natasha and clear skies from TeamAstro. Shared some cake and tea before moving onA couple of days on the other side of metropolis in the company of TeamAstro. Thanks BorisB&Natasha for showcasing this area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
My daughter forgot to add that it was one of the best GCs weve found well favourite it when we have enough hearts again
Today's the day we found the teddy bears picnic! Also completely adorable. Such a lovely cache in a lovely forest! TFTC
Tftc. Lovely location. My co-ords were off so unsure the location was correct. Took the worn path and found it.
Spending the week at Rye and found whilst caching in the area. Fav from me. Thanks for placing the geocache. Very creative
The work that has gone into this cache is amazing and definitely one for the kids and us big kids alike. TFTC
Found this large and delightful cache in good condition - the kiddies would love this one. Thanks for the hide.
Another great build . Thought this looked a bit drab then we opened it to find the secret inside. Tftc
I had lunch at the Pig and Whistle yesterday and noticed these caches and their many favourite points, so decided to return today to see what was causing so many favourites.
Approaching GZ, I had no idea about what to expect and i was greeted by a wonderful cache that put a smile on my face. As always, great construction from the Co's.
It was a little wet today, so only a few walkers about, but I did stumble on two when I emerged from the scrub.
Thank you so much for this brilliant cache, BorisB&Natasha & Nut Bear. Now I know what the fuss is about and it gets another favourite from me.

Back down Sth from Sydney for a week. Out for an early morning walk in the Main Ridge Nature Conservation Reserve. Went deep on geo tracks to make this simple excellent find! Log in good condition. Thanks for the hide BB&N&BN #2015
Your efforts really paid of, this is a mint little cache, was worried it may have been under the recently fallen tree right next to it. Tftc
If there’s anything such thing as a dirtbag fan girling another cachers hides that would be me , over the years of caching I’ve seen this cacher produce some
Amazing adventures and caches and hope to continue seeing more , especially if the rumours are true and they may be relocating not to far away from me
??
Thanx for the Adventure BorisB&Natasha Stay Dirty ??????????

Wow what great effort to this cache! Can see why so many favourites!
Work arranged itself rather nicely this week giving me a period of six days off. I spent a bit of time working out which direction i wanted to head for caching fun and decided to have another go at Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. I then took quite a while coming up with a list of caches to target, there are just so many possibilities! I packed, had accommodation sorted, and even had a muggle caching buddy lined up to do the driving. Perfect! Too perfect... . Plans changed at the last minute and i came down to the city solo and without the accommodation option. I wasnt sure if i would keep the rest of the plan or head for the hills instead.
Well i ended one day and im still here this evening, i have decided to persist with the plan for the time being. Time will tell if it stays that way.
Yep, another fantastic cache in the series, another favorite. I can only imagine the delight on so many faces, young and old. Thanks for the fun.

Spent long weekend down at Rosebud and thought we would fill in some time grabbing caches. Braved the wind and rain to add this one to our finds. Great cache. Thanks
Great walk in. Had a moment we though the tree may have swallowed it. But all good. Strawberry cake with my coffee today ️
Unfortunately I think this one has been squashed by a massive tree, or the massive tree is now interfering with any access to go further. I do hope the cache is retrievable, I'll send a not to CO
Well being Cup Tuesday, we planned on spending time with the Fam and grabbing a few quickies along the way. Heading to Flinders Beach, we stumbled upon this series as the Fam were delayed on route. A beautiful area and great cache containers. TFTC Tea for anyone??
Out with the nephews on a bush walk in the sun today! Tree down - well hidden now, but accessible still - just! TFTC
Gee, I really thought I had logged this back around the time I logged the piglets cache as I had gone out to find both at the same time. Must have forgotten about it and I am trying to catch up on logging now as I am back caching again. Thankfully I don't find a heap of caches otherwise I'd lose track of them all and eventually give up on logging once I got too far behind.
I had left my mate in the car as I decided to have a try for One tree fern gully first. The terrain there was going to be far more time consuming than I had expected, so I headed back towards this cache. Such a tranquil forest it is here. The very well designed cache, or should I say masterfully crafted cache was found. A little hard to miss this one. I thought I had taken a picture of it but can't see that I did in the end.
If only I had kids to see these kind of creations! Many thanks for the work gone into this.

After finding my targeted cache on my Friday night caching run, I still had some time to collect some more geocaches. I selected this location to collect a few more.
Just a lovely cache, and looks as good now as when it would have been hidden. Nice easy find with great coordinates and this is just such a beautiful geocache.
Thanks for the cache Boris B, Natasha & Nut bear

Thanks for bringing me to this lovely part of main ridge. Loved this cache and the effort.
A day out and about with Bogonghazy on the Mornington Peninsula.
A nice walk to get these 4 very creative caches which all deserve faves for the amount of effort put into them. Thanks BB&N & NB

Out for a day's caching with Sorceysal down on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
This was well worth the walks here to grab these 4 caches in the area.
This was the first of 4 surprisingly creative caches, all earning faves.
So much work put into the picnic, and certainly appreciated.
Thanks again BB&N & Nutbear

We were on our way from Point Nepean via Flinders, when I noticed this cache in the bush off to the side of the road.
I turned around, and we went back, and parked near the gate.
What a fantastic little bush reserve this is.
Everything was green, the temperature was perfect and all the birds were singing beautifully as we walked along the tracks.
A short way off the track along the slightest of geo trails, and we were presented with the picnic.
The bears were having a nice old time, and we didn't disturb them very much while the log was signed.
It's a long time since we've been down here, and able to appreciate a cache by BorisB&Natasha.
This gets a fav point. Great location, and a nice cache creation.

A nice walk on the track brought me close to GZ.
Just as I was about to head into the growth a muggle lady appeared from around the bend so I waited for her to leave before heading in.
Cache found quickly after a short and scratchy trek through the scrub.
Thanks for the cache.

found it, we fumbled around in the over grown bush for a short while until another fabulous cache was found. Tftc
A quick revisit with a couple of grandchildren who really appreciated the effort. Again thanks
Such a great cache! Loved finding this. Took nothing, left a Girl Guides badge.
Found with geokid he loved the Teddy bears and a lovely walk in an area that I'd never been to even though l had spent many school holidays here with my Grandparents. TFTC

We were in the area today so stopped in for a nice walk and to find a few high favourite caches. This was our first stop and the kids easily find the container once pointed in the right direction.
We signed the log and made some swaps ACD we were on our way to the next.
Thanks BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear for the cache.

Out with son cacher while making a delivery of games. Stopped to check out this nice native area. Beautiful day for it as there was plenty of shade as it was 37 degrees. Another nice easy find to a wonderfully created discovery for the kids Well done, have to bring the little kids here next time. Thanks for all the effort put into this one BorisB&Natasha
We tackled the loop in this lovely Conservation Reserve collecting the trads and a bonus cache as well. Having already eaten our lunch earlier, we were almost tempted to join the Teddy's fine looking picnic lunch as well, but thought better of it, as we didn't want to spoil our dinner
Awesome, detailed cache , definitely deserving of a favourite point [^]
Well done BorisB&Natasha & Nut bear.
