No luck today. Got sprung by "eat no chicken" who had previously found, so cache no longer there?
Great day out at the rail museum with Hon.Rap.Jerk and all the ankle-biters. Thanks for the cache. It does need maintenance though. Log is wet and fragile. From what I can make out it's full. We scribbled in a spot where the water had washed out the previous signatures.

No pen on me, took a photo. Found with my son after visiting The Railway Workshops.
Nice easy find, first cache in a while. Thanks for the cache

Geolady went on the hunt for this one while I stayed in the car with our geokids awesome spot for a cache! TFTC
I was visiting a friend nearby and on my way home I quickly picked this one up on the way home. I was here a year ago for a train ride but the cache was disable then, so I was glad to pick it up today for for my daily tally. TFTC Irony 9
was there for awhile to find it.. we arent giving up LOL... BINGO my partner has found it... its our first smallest treasure we found since we start this awesome hobby...
Very quick find today. The place was quite deserted which is always a bonus when hunting caches! TFTC
Easy find after a pleasant afternoon at the Railway Museum Open Day with son and family.
Out and about after dark, found this one with reduced light, all quite and no muggles due to the time. thanks Irony9 for the cache another smiley face. SL.
After a big walk around Lake Manchester we needed a bit of food before heading home. We stopped at a nearby park to eat and having a quick search of the GPS this was the nearest one. After packing up we pulled up near GZ and we're lucky to make a quick find here. TFTC Irony9
Day 2 of our long weekend in Ipswich, exploring the city and catching up with d73
A visit to this museum was on the cards, with 4 kids aged 7 and under, it's a must-see
We had a really enjoyable morning here, enjoyed the interesting historical tours, playgrounds and 'The Heist' show.
thanks for placing a cache here irony9 to top it all off! [^]

Awesome find with the mini Vedder. GPS is about 3 meters off but the hint is a spoiler! That's 5 for the arvo.
I can't believe I have been to "Thomas" about 20 times over the past year and a half and I never thought to look to see if there was a cache here. We are members and my 3 and 4 year old just LOVE this place. Didn't need hint; just knew where to look and it was a 2 second find! TFTC Irony9. I have just read the hint and the cache might have had cache creep. It is actually a bit higher up than described.
I had a super long week-end in Toowoomba from Friday until Tuesday.
and I am now making my way home via a couple of caches.
A quick find here with no one around.
Thanks for the cache.

We were at the train museum and we climbed on the trains and we wanted to do some drawing but we couldn't. There was a wedding, and I saw the princess. Thank you for the cache.
Find #1199 at 16:11 with MissGeosie and MissSuzie after a visit to the Island of Sodor... er, I mean the Museum.
Never been to the museum before, but the kids enjoyed it so much we ended up walking out with annual passes. We shall be back.
With a bridal party converging on GZ we elected to use the hint, well, that doesn't leave much uncertainty now, does it?
Spied the cache, eventually got my fingers into the right place, and retrieved it. Signed, and we waited for a break in the wedding guests before I could slip it back into place.
Thanks for the cache, Irony9. (Hmm. Railway tracks are made of steel. I guess that's kind of iron-y, isn't it?)

On a trip out for the day with the geokids and guess what.... There is a cache right where we are going. This one is so small I couldn't find it on the way in but got it on the way out. Thanks for the hide
Nice easy find, smaller than I expected. Did this after a trip to the railway museum. Thanks for the cache.
I grew up in Ipswich and remember the many numbers of people who worked here. Not so many around today made for a quick grab by hubby as I lined up the next cache. SL TFTC
Nice quick find here, hint helps with this. Not too many muggles about, just had to wait for one couple to pass by then in I went. My family lives this museum too. A favourite place. Tftc
This is a great museum - been here several times and enjoyed all of our visits. The whole family (even the 2yr old) loves it.
Thanks to the hint this wasn't too hard to get on this dark moonless night.
Signed log 2WT.
Thanks Irony9

The muggle problem today was the people in the houses over the road. TFTH
Was just stopping in to visit my sister working, this was a confusing find as there's different car parks the map helped a lot!
Found this one even though there were hundreds of muggles around at the museum for a kiddys day but it amazing how good the mobile help in the stealth TFTC irony9.
Second one for the day, been living in ipswich for 2years now and never knew this place was so big... Parked and found nice and quick.. Tftc
Boy, 5.00 am on a cloudy day is no time to look for caches. Got smart and put my cache glasses on. Didn't sign log as area too wet.
We used to bring the kiddos here when they were younger. Nice trip down memory lane! Tftc
Went to see Thomas and the rest of the 'useful' engines of Sodor. The five mini train drivers with me loved their day and we topped it off with a quick cache on the way back to the car. The pen left a pitiful sign on the paper but there is still plenty of room. TFTC.
I have always wondered where this place was located. Now I know.
I parked on the street and headed to the search area. The car park was deserted so I had no trouble locating the cache.
Thanks for bringing me here at last.

well no lucky on the Melbourne Cup today
so thought I would try my luck with this cache again on the way home

I finally got this one. It popped up for a day then vanished. When after month it has returned. While in the area I managed a quick find. TFTC.
Just wanted to apologise to TrickyT for the time wasting - I should have checked it was still there before I enabled it last week...
Yah! Found this one without the GPS. How did I do that, you ask? Well I first came here after it was published and searched without success. Went home and sure enough the logs showed it was not there. Back again about a week ago after it was enabled. Again searched and, hmmm? still can't find it. Home again and sure enough the logs showed it was not there. So today, hoping it was there after being enabled again, I returned and walked straight over to the spot and ….Ya Hoo! It's there. Lesson here, check the log before heading off. Thanks Irony9, it took a while but we got there. P.S. The name 'Sodor'? couldn't work it out.
Looks like this one might be missing! (is this cache jinxed?). Going to go check it out and replace if necessary. Will update soon.
So sorry! I returned this one straight away and thought I had enabled it again but it seems I didnt! I had wondered somewhere in a recess of my mind why such a popular location with tourists wasnt getting more hits!! Ah well, better late than never!
