Regrettably this one seems to be missing and I am not able to replace it in the foreseeable future. We are archiving Needle in a Haystack.
No luck with this one. There were a few hidy holes that looked promising as well as rocks, bark, pinecones and sticks but we didn't spot it.
We had a great day out riding and caching on the trail and if I was really fit we would have gone on longer. We will be back to enjoy a more of this great series. Tyftc \
Sadly we did not find this today.
Sadly we did not find this today.
Cheers, real creative. Took a while but found after some artistic advice. Don't give up loggers, keep at it!
Out for another epic explore of the GSRT! Its now a new mission to get all these littles beauties and see that glorious trail of smilies :3
BRING IT ON!!
BRING IT ON!!
Found with Surefoot24 on day out. Saw it from a distance, replaced other way around. TFTC
Was an easy find despite its clever way of fitting into the environment here. Loved this series. TFTC
Found on a lovely day out on the GRST! When we arrived at GZ, I was looking for a certain type of hide without success. However, as I was about to give up, I spotted a different type of hide - and there it was! Awesome container! TFTC de ja vu!
Sure was like finding a needle in a haystack looked for a little while then geohubby found it signed and replaced tftc
Found it after we swapped sides even though the how cache said it was on one side.
Just happened to be walking along here and remembered that I did not find this cache previously. Ten seconds later I'd found it. Experience? Luck? Doesn't matter, it's now been found! TFTC
TFTC de ja vu. Don't you just love it when you walk up to and pick up the cache first-up, following a hunch even though the GPS says it's on the other side of the path? Jimmytherat
Great hide! Two of us picked it up before geokid found it! Find with Melro9. Tftc.
predicted by geoscout, found by geopop. could not retrieve log book, but cool cache
A quick find with frmen1. The trail was busy today, so it was good not to hang around. TFTC
Brilliant hide! Took us a little while. Master Glish was the one to discover this clever cache!
Found this 2 months ago with the Marsh clan and now today with Jouf and RodRick
Our second day, on the rail trail. The day started quite cool but ended up nice and warm by lunch time.
This is a great part of the trail, very enjoyable for bike riders.
Thanks to all the owners, for the effort that you put into the hides.
Many thanks for placing this cache, de ja vu, for us and others to find.

Clever hide. Thankfully we found it as we had a did not find from the last stop. Tfth.
Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat, we are currently based in Foster.
Headed out today on the Geobikes to tackle some more of the GSRT. A magnificent day today for riding the rail trail. Some of the trail has been dug up by riders on wet days but all dry today. Managed to even get a touch of sunburn. All up today 30km return trip for us, but with no DNF's This could have been so evil but the name helped us out and one of our quickest finds for the day. Shame it took 3 times longer to remove the log.
TFTC and letting us use Geocaching to tour the local area. Looking forward to meeting other geocachers at the next Australian Geocaching Mega event

Cache was the first thing I saw, unfortunately I didn't realise it was the cache until five minutes later. Very nice hide. Apologies to the next finder as my broken thumb meant I couldn't roll the log very tight, so it might be hard to get out next time. Tftc.
Have looked for this one twice with no luck, will have to try again once the rain has cleared...
Touched it, picked it up...didn't realise it was the cache!!! GeoDad picked it up again and claimed the find. Good one!
spent half an hour here, will have to check other logs to get a hint of where it is...
An excellent hide. The GPSr pointed to the wrong side of the track, but the name didn't fit. We moved the cache to search, and noticed the the hide.
Thanks for the fun de ja vu. TNLN SL

A big day out caching with friends Liz & Bruce in the Fish creek to foster area. On our bikes mostly along the rail trails and some along the way. Mostly they were fairly easy finds and the co-ords very good. Thanks to de ja vu for hiding this cache.
Today was rail trail day so with two foldup bikes in the car we were on a mission plus our additional aim was to do some of the other caches around this scenic and delightful area. This was one of the caches we targetted and were able to find in conjunction with caching friends LazzaL. Thanks to de ja vu.
Found on our "Making Memories" Tour of Mainland Australia.
Today we explored Foster and surrounds using geocaching as our guide.
Our target today was the GSRT and we thoroughly enjoyed the journey to this series of caches and appreciate the time taken to hide and maintain them for our enjoyment. We were impressed with the quality and variety of the hides. Thanks de ja vu a memorable days caching. To have experienced this trail on a train would have been an awesome experience.

Decided to tackle the Great Southern Rail today on bike so started at Leongatha then on to Koonwarra through to Meeniyan where I stopped for lunch at Moos ( that was yum, well worth it if you are looking for a good feed ) then it was on to Stony Creek then over to Buffalo and across to Fish Creek then down to Foster where I finished, a total of 47.6 km one way. I collected 45 caches along the way and only 3 dnf's. Thanks De Ja Vu for the caches and the series
Found 10:53:00 AM, during our joint assault on the Great Souther Rail Trail. We started in Fish Creekand headed towards Foster finding a total of 23 caches for the day.
TNLN, thanks de ja vu.
TNLN, thanks de ja vu.
Some days you have all the luck. The first thing I layed my eyes on (and stupidly the second thing I checked) was it. At least next time we come back with the bikes we can just enjoy the ride without stopping for these caches. This will be well worth multiple return visits. TFTC
Found with Gonefishen07 Thing No1 and my cuz. Trying to help gonefishen07 get closer to 2000. We had lots of fun doing these caches. Gonefishen07 found this one really fast as she has some like it too. Thanks for the effort you put in de ja vu and a big TFTC
Found with Zobo04 and Thomo. On a mission to get my numbers up closer to 2000. Today was the day as I wanted my event to be my 2000 cache and I was fast running out of time. Not to many caches around home to do so off to Fish Creek to finish this lot off. A great day for a walk weather was nice and the kids behaved for a change. Guess who found this one? I have seen lots of these before. A nice little hide well done. TFTC
Beautiful afternoon for a walk from Fishy .. couldn't seem to get a consistent GPS reading around here .. didn't matter!
Found with Hearse068, Thing no1 and a muggle friend. Thanks de ja vu we had a great day with lots of laughs along the way.
Found with Thing no2, Hearse068 and a muggle friend. Out for a nice afternoon walk it only rained on us a few times. Thanks de ja vu for the cache.
Found with Thing no1, Thing no2 and a muggle friend. Have been planing on doing some of this trail for some time and finally got time today. I was reasonably quick to find this one. TFTC
Out and about at large with my caching buddy Slink1 on another legendary caching trip. Bikes deployed where needed, Walking when appropriate, drive by where possible. A big day of caching enjoyment was had by both of us, and a vote of thanks to the cache owners for the effort and placement of the
caches. A quick find here TNLN SL TFTC.

A quick find only because we have seen one before, a little tricky as gps bouncing from the cutting. Once we were patient it was all good. A great hide. TFTC
FTF!!! After a day working my way towards Foster, I stopped in Fish Creek for some lunch and to get some emails sent for work. Emails were sent quickly then looked at the caching map, thinking nah cleared this area a while ago. Low and behold whilst on holidays last week in NSW, these were published and still unfound.
After parking the GeoRanger I made my way to GZ thrilled at thinking I might be lucky enough to grab a few more FTF's today. Arriving at GZ, GPSr was pointing around 15 meters away when I spotted the likely hiding spot and was rewarded when I found the cache with the blank log. Signed the log and then it was off to the next one.
Thanks for the cache de ja vu.

So, looks like KTCVic has been to all the new hides. Not to worry it looks like this might be the perfect day for caching and already I'm enjoying this rail trail walk.TFTC
