TFTC the blue log needs replacing damp and easy to pull apart nice spot good find
Another cleverly hidden. Look AROUND and it can be found. Very clever. Took a while, but Thank you
Just went out looking for this cache for the 4th time and still no luck. I would have stayed longer but it started raining. Some nice Cachers have given me clues and advice but still nothing. If anyone has photos. Clues, advice etc please message me it would be very appreciated
Took some looking. Could do with paper replaced as has been wet and still damp. GPS out due to trees.
Not found by last poster so we were not sure whether this was still here. But careful looking by several sets of eyes and some patience paid off. TFTC
We were out today on a GC adventure. Stopped here to have a look and then heard the magic words from Mr C (got it).
Wow a very clever hide and as stated in hint. Very Happy to sign this log thanks for the cache hill55.

Easter break and it’s time to catch up on the year to date coins. Got some out west and headed into Oamaru for lunch. Then back to Weston.

I was expecting this to take a while and was pleasantly surprised to have relatively quick find. Thanks for placing.
Took about 20mins to find. Not far of the track. Very small cache. Its in a fork.
DNF Pretty sure I'm on the right side due to the cache name but had a long look and couldn't find
It didn’t take me long—happy that I started out at the right level and didn’t have much slipping and sliding to do. The log is damp and a small piece of it fell away as I opened it, but I don’t think anything important was lost. Lovely morning in Oamaru; TFTC!
Greetings from Wellington. I had the privilege today of not only visiting Oamaru, but also the privilege of introducing my niece to geocaching. She was really excited and so her, myself, and her dad headed out together. I opened the geocaching app, gave it to my niece and she led the way. When it came to finding this particular cache my niece went straight to it. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC.
Started the 'Mystery at the Museum' challenge today and this was a Cache I needed. Thought I’d end up being here all night 3mins later I found it! TFTC

It’s still there and it took me about 30 minutes, in out I went and it was no fun... that’s all about caching to get that smile finally
We are on the southern island for business and leisure and that leisure part includes geocaching, of course

In from St. Louis Missouri USA. Staying across the street as we tour your lovely country. TFTF
On a quest to complete the Hidden Creatures challenge so again off to Oamaru to find about 80 caches and this was one of them. I have driven past here a million times and today was the day to stop. TFTC
Thought this one had Gone AWOL but finally spotted out of the corner of my eye and a big "yesssss!!" quickly followed TFTC
We hunted for a while and were almost ready to give up when Mrs twosharpe found it! Nice hide. TFTC
Searched and searched with Victoriousone and then when we were about to give up, cache was spotted, phew!!!! However branched poked MrsSharpe in the eye when placing cache back, ouch! But the trees were a beautiful orange with the setting sun, stunning!
Our day five we spend in Oamaru and experienced various highlights. The wether was fine and the caches were interesting. TFTC!
The (major road trip was about to begin) that was for the Oamaru Geofest trip in the company of HKCB and iammrwalker for a bit of a road trip across to the west coast, through Haast and in a roundabout way to Oamaru.
My trip stats were as follows: 617 caches (214 Puzzles), 3300kms, 500 litres of Petrol, 21 hours sleep, 100+hours caching time. THe weather was wonderful and apart from about a 6hour period on the sunday we had fine weather all the way and feel that we made a bit of a hole in the region.
Firstly thanks to all the CO's that put in the effort to to set up these caches and to all the CO's whose caches we did not find this trip, well we are already planning our next trip.
We worked hard at getting specific caches (especially the Geo Art around christchurch and hence our concentration on this area for the preliminary 24 hours. So after a couple of running repairs to the rental vehicle (fuses not working) we were off knowing that all ports could be charged and that sleep was for the weak.
Sorry about the copy and paste logs but that is what tends to happen with a number run of this size. What a day this was going to be and a chance to have a good look around the area. It was amazing to wake up after having afull nights sleep and not have that sand in the eyes feeling and sore back from sleeping in the back of a car. Starting the day off working our way along the coast, followed by a spot of inland caching before making it back to Oamaru for a bite to eat followed by a bit more caching.

Took a while to spy but we got there. Found with Geo jessie on a rainy day after a greagt Geofest weekend. TFTC
Came down this way from the North for the Oamaru Geofest, and decided to add a few more days to the weekend trip and turn it into a bit of a Mega mission, starting 5pm on Wednesday 18th and finishing 3pm Monday 23rd! Teaming up with Cats&Dragons for the first 24 hours then with Iammrwalker joining the team for the remainder.
Just a few of the stats for the trip were:
- 700 caches found, including 270+ puzzles (thanks to the Christchurch Geoart)
- 3300 km's driven, using over 500L of fuel $$$
- Just over 20 hours of sleep (about 4 per day on average), and about 100 hours of caching time.
Certainly a Mega Trip!
Day 5: With a good nights sleep for the first time this trip, we were up early and out the door for another full days caching. The goal for today was to cache our way down to the Moeraki Boulders and then see where the next cache lead us. One thing we were looking out for today was caches which hadn't been found in a long time.
Sorry about the cut and past logs, but that seems to happen with cache runs of this size!

I found this Geocache on a Geocaching mega mission along with Cats&Dragons and HKCB. With only just over three and half thousand Geocache finds I was very much the over achiever in training. We were in the South Island to support the Oamaru Geofest event, hunt down some Jasmar and D/T harder to find Geocaches, lonely caches (those not found in more than 6 months), virtuals and try and meet some milestone numbers. We signed the logs HIC, an abbreviation of our respective Geocaching names, (H)KCB, (I)ammrwalker and (C)ats&dragons. A huge thanks to all the CO’s who placed and maintain the Geocaches we found.
I arrived in Christchurch late Thursday evening having left straight from work and was picked up by my intrepid companions in our four wheel drive rental to find they had already grabbed about 270 finds in the previous twenty four hours. I wonder if the rental company would have still let us have it had they known we would travel 3300km in it before returning it four days later? Our trip took us to Greymouth via Arthurs pass, Ngahere, down the west coast to Haast across to Hawea, Cromwell, Twizel, Aoraki Mt Cook, Tekapo, onto the east coast up to Oamaru and back up to Christchurch via Akaroa and countless diversions and small towns along the way. We slept in the car for the first two nights, grabbing some shut eye between cache finds, taking turns to drive. We rented a small place in Oamaru for the other two nights and appreciated a bed to sleep in and a hot shower. It was an amazing trip, in which I discovered the South Island has some of the most incredible scenery in the world.

Amazing who you spot. I think the flags on car give it away. Thanks for the cache.
I don't know how I missed that last time. I even looked at the cache holder as well... cheers
So Mama, Papa and Guwapo have some time for some caching this afternoon. Had some company to help find but Guwapo had eyes on it quickly. Salamat!
Funnily enough, we had to wait for a dog walker to go past before we could hunt for this one. Cheers
Had a great time. A nice quick find. Cheers.
Out and about around Oamaru with Kiwi Moose. Signed the logs K2MR for brevity. Thanks to the CO's for the Caches.

Since we only had a day in Oamaru, we decided to go and find a few around the clues for the interesting multi. TFTC!!
Great day geocaching with TTT - the Trans Tasman Team! Really having fun at the Geofest !Thanks.
3rd of our 6 Day Adventure to and around Oamaru for [Oamaru Geofest 2017](https://coord.info/GC6M2V0).
Today was mainly spent having a blast doing 'The Race' but we managed to fit nearby caches in aswell.
Abit harder than I original thought it would be. Horrible trees that grab your hair. We also did abit of CITOing in here for the CITO this evening. Thanks for placing the cache and adding to our smilies

We had a short search around for this one and eventually found it in the place we originally started looking. No sooner had we signed it and put it away when a group of Aussie cachers showed up. The first of several fun run ins with DiMorgan and HappyFeet over the course of the weekend. Tftc.
Oamaru
Visiting for the geofest, we cached with Happy Feet 1 during our time here.
We found caches in some amazing places & wonderful scenery today.

In Oamaru for the Geofest, Injeanious and I signed logs as JeJe to save time and space. We met some nice cachers from Australia as we were putting the cache back. TFTC!
Over from Australia to attend the Oamaru Geofest. Picking up some caches along the way. Found after a short search.
Thanks hill55 for placing the cache for us to find.

Had to wait till muggle mothers and babies walked past. and doing on phone so gps not accurate. However managed to locate. TFTC
Found after about twenty minutes of looking, gps is not very accurate for this one
Sorry not for me today just a bit too much rubbish around to search without getting my tetanus jab renewed.
Good hide.
Lucky for us in first place we looked. This one could easily consume time of not found quickly.
GPS not friendly here.
We now understand why oamaru has happy dogs...permitted in so many places....the way it should be for responsible dog owners.

Wasn't sure wasn't going to be able to find this after reading last log but saw it out of the corner of my eye as I was about to give up.
All in good condition.
We are excited in NZ to be hosting a large event this year. For more information check out GC6M2V0 Oamaru Geofest 2017 (21-22 October), [click here](http://oamarugeofest2017.wixsite.com/geocachingevent)
