Stopped in for a bite to eat on our way up the mountain Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching.
Day 13 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane and back to Blue Mountains. Leisurely drives. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Another LGA to fill, a nice rest at Tamborine. TFTC Richmond Lad
Out and about on this beautiful Monday with karen rinora. We toured around, and of course found some smilies along the way. Thanks for adding to our great day! We were looking in the wrong spots and resorted to reading previous logs. It didnt long to find it after that. What a cute logbook!
Out this morning to collect a few local government area specific caches to close out a challenge cache Ive been working on for sometime. After finding a safe place to park the car I quickly made my way to ground zero where it was too long before i had the cache in my sights.Log extracted and mark made and returned safely to its hiding spot. Now off to the next adventure. Nice hide.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by fellow cachers.Cheers
Home from our trip away and getting back into caching. An event in Beaudesert and a challenge to qualify for has brought us to the Scenic Rim.No TB today.Caching with RoddyC and Imbunda.TFTCache Richmond Lad adopted ( from forbiddenground)
Over in Queensland for a parkrun Event and we are taking the opportunity to do some exploring and grab a couple of caches. On our journey between acomodations and I had marked those caches with a few favourite points. This was one of them.It took a while to find, the clue had me looking in the wrong spot initially but I eventually tried something else and there it was.Another favourite from meTFTC Richmond Lad and forbiddenground
A little scared about putting our hands into the unknown ! But found it we did! TFTC
#19093 - 3:02:00 PM; Spending some time on the Gold Coast and headed up to Tamborine Mountain today for a visit. Collected a few caches along the way as well as checking out the Skywalk. Picked up this cache as we headed back down the mountain for home base. Encountered a muggle at GZ who seemed to know what I was talking about as I retrieved the log and added my name to it. A fave for the location. TFTC Richmond Lad adopted ( from forbiddenground)
Quick find with Bundy 88 and a couple of friends while have a nice lunch at the Bearded Dragon. Tftc
We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Loving our time around Brisbane and around the area.
Stopped off here for a bite of lunch and had to come and drop on at this little icon. It was a quick find, once at GZ and took TB and will drop off along the way.
Thanks Richmond Lad for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

2nd time of looking for this one. This time, reading that it was big enough for trackables had me rethinking my approach. I was still struggling. Round and round I went, looking like I was really interested in this old beast. Then I finally lifted the right thing and all was revealed.
Made a pretty quick find here. Can’t work out the hint?
Cleaned up all the surrounding rubbish as we stopped.

Couldn’t achieve the right angle here this morning, even using the hint. Next time!

Found on my way to a mystery girls weekend away. Took the TB with me!
The find took us longer than it should have! Hahaha. Wasn’t quite as quick. TFTC, found with Alioverett

Awesome piece of machinery to explore. Signed log and left a TB and wish it safe travels.
Absolutely love this pub and we have been here many times before. Now it will make us smile for another reason. That why I’m giving this a favourite ️.

1st time I've tried this one when there hasn't been a group hanging around Found with an intrepid group of cachers....one of whom was out for their 3000th. We had an awesome outing and can't wait to get going on our next day out. TFTC.
Alyce and I decided to head down to O’Reillys for the day to do some exploring and to grab a few caches there and along the way. I’ve never been there before and it’s been on my must do list for some time because I absolutely love this part of the world.
This was our first cache for the day after stopping at the servo for some much needed refreshments. I thought I’d open the app and to my surprise there was a cache a short distance away. We hopped back in the car and made our way over and after a short drive we arrived and walked over to GZ. We had a quick once over without much luck so we had a more thorough search and the cache was in hand.
We removed the TB and will move it along.
Thanks for bringing us here’s

Truck mad 3yr enjoyed the tractor and truck bits scattered through the gardens here
The last one of 27 found today. I was on a maintenance run with SaintsMadHouse as they had a few to check up on. This one was a quick and easy find but it apparently in a different position to what it was placed. The more you know.
I've driven past this so many times, always on my way to somewhere else. Today I was just out caching and finally stopped to make the find. Thanks for the cache
Muggle65 and I had a pretty bad case of Just One More. We were soaking wet but stopped and made the find. A log was added. Thank you for the fun
& I are heading home after a wet walk and we popped into this one. What a surprise, park & grab & dry as a bone in this wet weather. I signed a greeting card, acting as a log. So we added another signing device to the cache for going forward
Staying here for a wedding. Easy find. Did not sign as there was no pen in the box.
Took me a bit but I found it eventually. I used to play poker at the pub here so I nice cache for my 90th find
What a fun one! Lots of potential hiding spots but you picked the best one. There was no log, so I left the only paper I had on me... a little pop-up Xmas card...not much room on it. TFTC.
Super easy find. Book is a little wet due to not being put back in the plastic.
Placed a painted rock.

This weekend, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed south to O'Reillys for the weekend, where we completed a few hikes, and enjoyed the scenic views and waterfalls. We also participated in a few activities, including the watching of the Stinson aircraft documentary, bird watching and animal shows.
Today, we departed early with our travel to O'Reillys. We stopped off in Canungra for lunch and walked around, and then participated in a llama adventure nearby. Following the windy road drive to the plateau edge, we spent the afternoon remainder following the *Lost World Lookouts* Adventure Lab, walking to Balancing Rock and Morans Falls.
We started to search around, and then another car parked next to mine just above this hill. That was strange I thought, and I decided to continue to search around anyway. It was then that they were a geocacher themselves, so between us and kaisho53, we continued to look around. Eventually I found its nice hiding place, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. This accommodation area was a familiar area to [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I, as we had stayed here for a nearby wedding. Thanks forbiddenground for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Easy find, it took me a while to work out the spot but reading previous comments I found it on the ground and put it back in its original place
Spent a lovely day up Mt Tamborine, heading to our accommodation we stopped in to look for this cache. I read some previous logs and realised you had to lift things! Once I did that the cache was found! Tftc forbiddenground
On the way to visit a friend and thought we do a quick cache. Picked up a travel bug and dropped one
Awesome day out caching that started at 4 am and finally drew to a close by 6 pm. I am languorous. It was lovely to start the day with an event and catch up with a few familiar faces before launching into the great unknowns.
From here, we wandered along to Westray's grave, and then picked our way along Christmas Creek all the way to Larapinta falls. This has to be one of the more beautiful places I've seen in my life. A couple of trads and multis thrown in for good measure, was the tree climbing "benefits" for a friend, and picked up an oldie.
All up a great day with great company. 14 hours door to door, and I'm ready for a nap and some whiskey .
This was a great cache, hidden in such a public space. How on earth has it survived this long? So clever and such a great size. Really enjoyed finding it (but did not enjoy what the outer cache container did to my fingers... ouch!).

Friday. I was amazed that it was a quick find here. Mr SP was looking all over the item in question and I came up and lifted up the right thing. Look see I said, there it is. Signed the log and looked to see if they made coffee here, but no such luck.
This was the 2nd of 2 caches found on this outing.
Thanks ***Richmond Lad*** for showing us this place

Could definitely spend a while here looking if you're not looking in the right places. Only found because I read previous activity. TFTC!
This was our second attempt at this one . Liz Earthlight actually lifted the right thing to reveal the cache

Was about to give up on this one when decided would just check????
GPS wanted me the other end but kept searching. No idea when would be back in QLD so a few minutes more wouldn't hurt to locate. Caching with The X-Trailers who is thought they would have another DNF. A fav point today. TFTC

Found with LJB54. Definitely overthought this one and spent more time on a busy road than was necessary . After inspecting everything like we were doing a roadworthy, found the the cache in a more obvious place. Soon back on the road and headed into the bright city lights.

I've been here a couple of times for some tucker and a drink. Such a nice spot to take the kids, kickback and relax. Especially on a Sunday arvo. We didn't have time to stop long, but made enough time to find this cache. Great hide in a great spot. Love your work forbiddenground!
We have visited here before for a coffee and a look at the animals out the back. Such a pretty spot with the windmill, Jacaranda and Flame tree.
After parking two of us went to look at a particular piece of automotive history while the driver got a better park.
We looked everywhere but were coming up empty. I think the driver was getting tired of waiting for us so came for a look too. He was there less than a minute before shaking his head and claiming " what about this". Why we didn't look there I don't know, but we quickly signed log and replaced cache as found.

Looking, looking, looking. Looking some more. Man I am there forever. I am beaten. I decide to have one last look at the photos and wonder how I cant find something so big. I have been looming for someting little. I go back for another try and OMG it was so easy. Of course now I have been muggled by the manager. I dont know if she thinks I plan on stealing a tractor or what. However, what adult spends hours looking under over around inside a tractor. She asks me what I am doing. Nothing, I reply. She has obviously seen me replace the cache because she goes straight to it and asks me the please explain. I have to do the whole I promise it is not a bomb that it is an orienteering like game and showed her the website. She thinks it is the coolest thing ever. She is happy for the cache to be there because s omeone might drop in for a beer while they are there.
