I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi casa del hince
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Needs checking, too many DNFs with no confirmation that cache is still able to be accessed or even in place!
I was hoping that looking for this cache reasonably early on a public holiday would allow me a good uninterrupted search, and it did. But I still had to walk away empty handed.
Talla64 and I are spending a few days in Hawkes Bay, and find a few caches. When we had signed the log and replaced the cache, we were startled when a window opened and a helpful muggle called out "are you looking for the cache?" We assured her we had, and had replaced it. Thanks for the interesting history and the cache casa del hince. PS: I've got one of your pathtags - very nice.
With Flowerydaze on a trip to Napier with our wine club and this one was on the list. A lovely day for caching. A helpful muggle appeared to ask if we had found it when we had replaced it, we had ! TFTC casa del hince.
Out and about exploring Hastings & Napier with AliGle today. Found this cache while exploring the Estuary and completing the adventure lab series here. TFTC!
Found after completing the estuary adventure lab with Ethness. Signed as TEAMLE. Great music playing whilst we here. TFTC
Staying in the Hawkes Bay with Vistra for a few days and grabbing a some caches in the local vicinity. Just finished the local adventure lab too. All good here.
Quick stop whilst mrs capperz headed back to the car, no time for a beer yet, despite doing the Lagoon loop walk. Nice bit of history here.
It's my birthday today and I'm 54 years young. A good way to celebrate is to go ferreting around in the bushes looking for caches? Yup. Also had a great walk around the Ahuriri Lagoon walk loop and later out to the uplifted Roro o Kuri area and Otiere Pa site.
It's that time of year again when we try and get out there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and my birthday the next day. This time we matched it up with a trip to Whanganui to see our daughter and the ever changing/developing granddaughter Kaiah. After the weekend with them we headed to Hawkes Bay for a 4 day stay in Havelock North which started off with rain but fined up nicely and finished the week well. A good break from home and plenty done and seen (as usual). Not huge numbers of finds but 22 adventure labs, the 4 TMGTs in Napier, a couple more CANZ caches and a few Virtuals as well as some other treats, T F T C to all COs.

Cache # 4,890 - took a little bit of searching, but found it eventually in a nice spot. Had time to kill while waiting for fish and chips down the road, so wandered here for another smiley. Retrieved the TB. TFTC!
Found while were out with the family for the afternoon - we were about to give up the search, when a group of people moved to another area, leaving us to continue the hunt more easily. Left trackable - "Poetry in Motion". But please note, Tumi's Pocket Cache Counter Geocoin was NOT in the cache today.
What a sneaky placement, pleased to be able to find and sign off ...glad it was all quiet today thanks Casa del hincecache all good
We are traveling around chasing the sun. Palmerston north was wet this morning so we looked for a sunny spot. I hope the rain holds off! We are meeting a group here this evening so looked for caches nearby. How convenient! Thanks for the cache casa del hince.
So good to be out on a geocaching road trip to the Hawke’s Bay with some of Team BOP. It has been awhile and even though the weather is not that good for day one we are having lots of fun. Thanks to all the COs for some great caches and getting us back out doing it again Very sneaky hide and first one for the trip TFTC
On an overnight roadie from Tauranga. A bit wet but have raincoat. Great to get a few more smilies in the area. Signed Team BOP.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these cache. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Team BOP gets together for an impromptu road trip to the Hawkes Bay to avoid the bad weather at home.
First stop here and a good sized cache to drop a TB I've held for way too long.

Very busy road.....

Stayed at the hotel for a few days. Luckily I know someone who helped me out a bit with this one. Not so much in finding it, but rather in retrieving it (spiderwebs were involved). Thanks!
No pen in the container so photo. Too worried to delve deep, sight unseen, so asked the man to do it. Victory! Love the incredible history you provided. Tftc
Looked for awhile. Think we found the right hole but no torch. Reached in but no luck.
Made the 6 year old put his hand in. Few are you lot OK while scrummaging around in the cold before the storm. Haha
Took a while to find with our grandchildren but reading the instructions again helped. Great hide. TFTC
Took me a while to find but once I did was worth it. Staff members saw me caching and knew what I was doing, will have to go to the restaurant one day. Tftc (:

We felt so exposed but the patrons weren't bothered. Lucky we had the kids with us as all the adults were scared. We’ll be braver next time
Been meaning to do this for ages.Once the smokers departed a qwik search revealed the well hidden cache
Took a while searching with the three girls and I, Mum waited in the car. Our little 6 year old spied a Lion Red beer bottle further back in the cache location, then out came a not so quiet celebratory "FOUND IT !!!"
This was the fifth day of my twelve day trip to go to the Wellington Mega. I stayed in Napier today to make a dent in the many caches that are hidden here.
There wasn't too many places the cache could be hidden, so I found it shortly. It was too early for a beer. For them not me. TFTC.

I had all the time and opportunity but no luck. GPS was not sure where to look and looked at all the possibilities. Found a place but nothing in sight.
Found this tricky as GPS was bouncing all over the place. Lots of people eating lunch today too.
Teamed up with Libranj for an afternoon of cache hunting. There was a group of patrons out the back enjoying themselves, but didn't take any notice of two woman loitering about. Cache found, signed and placed back in quick time. Cheers
Enjoying an afternoon cache hunting with Cee Vee. A quick stop off here. All good at GZ. Many thanks for the cache casa del hince
The cache had slipped waaay back and we needed a flashlight to spot it. A long arm was able to retrieve it, log signed and cache replaced where it could be retrieved more easily. TFTH casa del hince
No joy, reached into a likely hole and felt around, but just a piece of broken glass
Just noticed that I did not log this find. Had a problem putting it back - emailed the CO. and I think this is why I forgot to log it. We found it on a walk after dinner. If we did not have the dog with us we would have popped in for a drink. TFTC and the history.
Jag50, Aiden29 and I were heading back into town after enjoying some bush walking through some lovely reserves. My gps had me in the wrong place but thankfully Aiden's eagle eyes spied the hide
Jag50, Merlot58 and I were down in Napier for a weekend adventure. We had headed North so we could stretch our legs with a walk and were returning to Napier. We stopped here, intrigued by the history, to make the find. Searched for a bit before I spotted a likely hidey hole.
A bit behind with the logging - on a 3 day caching adventure with rustynz and gorby
Flew down from West Auckland with some Westies. Rebel98, rustynz, merlot58, Aiden29 and Mr and Mrs Jag50, we have planned a rough plan to cache until we drop more or less, for 3 whole days. In our hired vehicle me and Rebel and rusty spied this on our radar. Parked up and wondered for awhile just where this cache might be hiding! Rusty said what about there, and there is where I found it! Lovely old pub and a nice place to have a cache.
Next find for the day, travelling with a diminished group of Westies, exploring Napier for the next 3 days. Parked nearby, and then a gentle wander to GZ.
Gorby made the reach, then we all took a turn at trying to take the top off
Success, log signed and we were on our way - thanks for the history and bringing us here. Suprisingly a few days later the car GPS was telling us this was the site of the nearest petrol station? hmm no, not sure what that was all about.

5x JAFAs PFLLC in Napier for the long weekend. First cache for the day. Founder: me! Assisted by the local wild life.
I was driving through the Hawkes Bay and stopped to grab some of what I thought would be easy drivebys. Turns out some were easier than others! A good day of finds. Thanks.
oohh we stopped in and had a beer at the place next door I thought it was all the same place until afterwards, nice quick find, thanks for the placement
Found quickly but never went in as had just had lunch and a few drinks up the road
#13820. There were no likely hiding places in the first area we searched. We rounded a corner and then spotted a likely hidey hole. Even then I struggled to find the cache. In the end I noticed it wasn't as far down as I originally thought. While searching someone (a staff member) came past and asked if we had found it yet. TFTC.
Day 12 of our North Is trip, and today we are travelling from Taupo to Havelock North where we will be spending 2 nights.
Not an instant find as the GPSr took a while to settle. Then when StreetWalker found an ideal location, it took a bit of groping to actually lay a hand on the container. Left a TB. TFTC.
