Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Had a really good look for this one today. Took the hint literally and scraped the entire perimeter of the garden beds, even tried to pull out a plastic wedge from the corner. Don't bother , it's part of the decking!!! I also expanded the hint and looked the other side of the railing and under the bench... nothing. Too well hidden for me today. The funny thing was, while I was looking there was anearby muggle weirdo who was looking into a paper shopping bag and laughing for the entire duration I was looking. He did not even see me and I was there a while. Just as I was leaving he started cooing to the pigeons! Nice little garden. I might try this one again next time I'm in town
By the clear Description, Hint and the D/T rating this should have been an easy one. But after an extensive search neither Baktrak nor I came up with the goods. Thanks anyway.
Had a good look in the area that fits the hint and older logs but with no success.
REPLACED:
Cache container is a film cannister with a 132 log sheet.
Play on Wharf 7!

Thank you to TreMichLan who has replaced the cache for me. Let me know if there are any other issues.
After almost two month with bad/no internet, I'm finally get around to a huge logging back log. I found the log paper for this one but not container.
We were unfortunate enough to not find this one, will have to return another day
Today we ventured down the sydney with Chippyroo to find a few caches, we were lucky to be blessed nice weather and clear skys......apart from the city being shrouded in smoke when we arrived.
After reading everyone logs and hints, the cache was nowhere to be found.

Logging this one late, with a couple of DNFs posted since I was there. The cache was still there that night, but had no lid, so could do with maintenance anyway.
Found today our cache # 252 at 7:00pm on our citytrip in Sydney.
Nice location!

Found quickly. Log getting wet. Gotta get a lid on that thing!! Regards from San Carlos, California. TFTC!!
A quick find on a very hot day. Beautiful area and views and a tranquil spot.
Unfortunately the lid is nowhere to be found, the cache is OK so far despite the rain in the night.

Could not get close to the cache. A muggle was feeding birds around PZ. I sat down looking at the nearby caches on my phone waiting for the man to leave. About a minute later he asked me to leave.
So if you see that man, come back later.
Cheers,

Bushfire haze covers the city. I took the hint literally which is what helped me. Chose the right garden first but missed it. Checked another couple of places then met a couple from Belgium and we searched on parallel. Eventuality found it back where I started. TFTC and nice to meet some fellow catchers.

This ended up being a fairly easy find once my GPSr settled down. I found the cache container was minus its lid. I looked around the general area but didn't locate it. It's possibly still there though. It was great to see the James Craig up close. Thanks escarp18 for placing this cache here.

Mum, sister and me looking for caches away from muggle. We near want give up but I found it
Took way longer to find than it should have, took the hint a bit too literally, the actually hiding spot turned out to be much simpler. Would be easy to think the container is rubbish rather than an actual cache. Had a pleasant walk to this cache anyway, SL TFTC!
i sat there and enjoyed the hot temperatures at midday - and then grabbed the cache. TFTC
It was a little harder to look for this one with muggles nearby looking in our direction. Luckily, it didn't take geowife long to come up with the goods. Signed and replaced. TFTC.
While admiring the tall ships in the city we of course found quite a few caches. This one was our first attempted but after quite a search we had no luck - there were also many muggles because of the fleet etc. but we did give it quite a good search and were sure of which garden because if the description.
Definitely needs a cap...there was a crazy but nice man...he was feeding the seagulls...only the crazy can handle seagulls )
After searching for 5mins in all the gardens, we finally found it. The lid is missing from cache. Great night time views of the city. TFTC
The last cache of the day. Skyeho gets the kudos here. I'd given up but she persisted and found the cache in the most logical spot. What a great day. 13 caches by my count. Can we do this again misspalot and skyeho?
Last cache to end this cache day of epic proportions! Thank you skyeho for your dainty hands. What a fruitful day with wonderful company 11 caches all up for today, must do this again soon!! (Gonna start plotting a route now)
Up in Sydney with the family (The Rats) and after we'd done some maintenance on the nearby cache we came over here for a quick find before jumping on a ferry.
Thanks
Thanks
Being in Sydney to do some maintenance on my own cache, we stopped by here for a quick find with the mini rats. There's no lid on this cache.
Thanks
Thanks
Nice spot for a geocache and pretty quiet late on a sping Dunday afternoon. Looks like a few vessels are starting to gather in anticipation of the Fleet Review in a few weeks. We spent a bit of time looking for this and we're a bit concerned about the temptation to forage a bit too hard in this little garden. It isn't really necessary. But we left the container a little less tucked in than where we found it to reduce the temptation. Thanks for brining us here. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Had to wait for a couple to move, but found in the end =D Visitors from Adelaide and Wollongong
9/09/13. 12:05 PM. Cache #886. Current streak: 11 days (today would have been d365 if not for 4 days in August).
3TF. I received a solid hint for this around 9 this morning and left for an early lunch break. Found it quickly. [1:25 PM Edit - The CO has updated the coords, description and hint based on various bits of advice that I had included here]. Started walking away from the cache and got an email a mere 2 minutes later that it had been disabled. TFTC }:)

Sorry about all the confusion - and thanks for the tips! First hiding of a cache, hopefully the next one will work better.

After close to a hour if searching I decided to seek assistance. Messaging the only person to find the cache I was armed with the info that the cords are out and out by a good bit at that. After getting correct cords I made the find. Tftc
Hoping for a pre market and election day find. We were disappointed. The co-ordinates could not be that distorted by the buildings. We will come back.
We saw a whole lot of publishing as we got off the plane and realised this one would only be a short detour. We arrived to hear the night club nearby pumping but got a park close by. We dodged a few muggles and searched at the indicated GZ. With no luck we checked the hint and moved to the closest square garden bed. Still no luck so we moved further away to the next garden bed and then made the find so 20m+ away. We opened it up to confirm **FTF** at 8.44pm. We completed the signing duties and re hid. Suggest the CO double check the co-ords on google maps as the buildings may be impacting site readings. TFTC
