I have archived this cache and removed it, getting ready for some new cache trails around here.
Hi Rainbow Spirit,The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 4 weeks to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.Ngaambul - Matt
Given this hasn’t been found in 8 months or so and I’m checking on it in the dead of winter with no leaves and it’s still not completely obvious I might ask for an owner check on this? I’ll at least keep an eye on the logs in case I’m just completely blind
Had to wait for a few muggles to walk past before retrieving log. Signed and replaced as found. TFTC
Had to be in the western suburbs for some shopping today and was able to do some caching on the way in and back. Quick and easy.

Took a while to find it with all the leaves in the way!! But we finally found it!! Very well camouflaged
I came prepared to replace the cache, but lo and behold it is still there! Cache on.
Until Covid restrictions lift and I can get to i,t I think it is best that I disable it.
With the recent DNFs I was very worried..
I thought I'll make sure for my own piece of mind..
AH HA! GOTCHA!
This one is cheeky very cheeky.. Needed to look a little harder guys.

Rainbow Spirit I didn’t find your cache Pot of Gold PT, Yellow 3 on 24/4/21, 1:15 pm. Found the bottle brush tree but no cache. May have washed away as the recent flood waters reached this high.
Cache was shiny in the leaves as we approached.
Nice walk so far with plenty of birds to talk to.

Today I came over to start The Pot of Gold PT series.
It is a bit discouraging to read the descriptions that tell you it'll be difficult but finally I gave in and headed here.
It was a pleasant walk in the winter's sun despite it being so cold today.
The hint helped direct me to the right place to look and once all the muggle walkers who suddenly appeared from both directions as soon as I reached GZ of course, had gone past.
It was then a matter of being at the right angle and height and then it caught me eye.
Signed the log and headed off on the walk.

We did this series way back in late 2013/early 2014. At the time we had a DNF here when the container was actually missing. Today, six years later we finally turned the blue frown upside down. The container is typical of others in the series and very difficult to spot until you see it. The Pot of Gold is completely under the belt. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Out chasing some jewels and avenging some DNFs from my last visit to the POG series with the geodog.
This one had me circling around as I missed it the first go. Was about to PAF when I spotted the little fella hidden by good camo. TFTC

A nice walk along the pathway, although I can't believe how much garbage is in the creek. Yuck! Found the cache exactly where the description said it would be.
With PelDroedGwin after the VW Nationals at the Fairfield Showgrounds.
Again, a cache that really blends. I wish my legs were that long lol

OCW marj01 to tackle the twentyone caches in the Power Trail series along Orphan School Creek. We made an early morning start and did the series in the reverse order to the CO's numbering. A lot of time was spent examining casuarina trees looking for very well camouflaged caches. Of the twentyone caches we found fourteen of them with four dnf's; we didn't attempt the other three caches as they already had a string of dnf's. Thanks for the series Rainbow Spirit and the company marj01.
DNF this one. There are quite a few burnt out trees and fallen branches in this secion. Maybe it has been destroyed?
Trying to get to my 1900 milestone as I have a special cache in mind but I still have 20+ to go so decided to target this PT.
Somehow I missed this one on the way out but thought I would have a quick look even with some recent DNFs. Unfortunately have to add my name to that list.

There was really only one place to search, but we weren't good enough to find the cache. DNF happens. Thanks anyway.
Wasn't knee high ... unless you're BFG. Have moved to knee high on same tree. Some how the tree has a dead branch right in the middle, where another branch or lightning or wind has knocked it over. I even found where the cache may have original been placed before the tragic event. Cache owner may need to check to keep thus little one going. Tftc
Came out with dingoman007 this morning for a scoot along the path. I thought we'd find a few of this style of cache on the PT so finally my (seemingly blind) caching eyes could easily rest on this one. I suspect that if I did more of the series I'd find a few more like this. Thanks Rainbow Spirit.
Found it but I'd like to know whose head is that high?! Doesn't help that others perceive me a short. I have a difference of opinion
Rubber seal is cracking and when tightening the lid, it clicks over and becomes loose again. Did my best to tighten it as much as possible.
Signed the log as a muggle and his dog walked passed. Spent an extra five minutes waiting for them to leave as they sat on the nearby bench.
I used to play netball here for the Smithfield Catholic Club. Thanks for bringing me back. TFTC!

Spot on co ordinates with this cache. Didn't need the hint as I saw the cache a bit exposed. Replaced after doing the legals. TFTCM

Teamed up with Seemyshell today to ride the power trail and grabbed #17 along Orphan School creek. Getting to know the CO's style with some varied finds. A great cycle trail as well.
Thanks for the series Rainbow Spirit and the company Seemyshell.

Had a good look around and around with Happy Jackie. Lots of rubbish from recent storms. Wait what's that?? Cache still there nice and dry. If the hint is accurate, whoever placed the cache is a very tall person. Thanks
The small tree is full of rubbish from the storm. Suspect cache had been washed away in the flood. Regards JordanandMichelle
Oh dear when I approached GZ and saw that everything was covered in debris well above my height level, I could only imagine how high the creek was running during the storms. If its where I think it was, it had no chance.... this needs a cache check.
Everything at GZ at hint height has been underwater recently. Needs a check by CO.
Found after a considerable search with two new geocachers. Eventually found by one the newbies. TFTC
On recommendations of a caching couple I met at an Event, came out for a day-visit to the series of caches along the Orphan School Creek. This is 5th of 20 for the day.
Turned out to be more like shoulder (or at least chest) height.

Didn't happen. One of the branches of the trees has collapsed. I'm thinking maybe it was hidden on it.
