### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
Perhaps it's time for the cache owner to make a visit to this cache as it would appear to be in need of owner intervention. I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance)
The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and **indicating a date** when you believe you will have the issue resolved. This one has either been muggled or has been destroyed or covered by the work completed in the park (removal of trees and huge mound of pinebark)
Looked for ages but to no avail. There has been a few trees removed and a lot of woodchips. Definitely needs checking.
Searched yesterday with lou_here but to no avail. Lots of trees removed and fresh pine bark in piles.
Was out in plain sight, maybe after some of the tree works in the park? Contents of container wet, log book still workable thought.
Out with Cathlud for the day with the goal of collecting a few caches and solved puzzles in the area. We've had a day where our GPSr were telling us to go in opposite directions. Thankfully this one was easy to find. The muggle builders behind the broken fence were our only impediment to quickly trying to sign the log.

Out for a day geocaching with jeckleberryandtedd.
This was our last find for the morning, before we headed to a shopping centre to find some lunch and a clean toilet. I am not sure if the cache has suffered from creep as it did not seem to be hidden as previously described. The log was signed and we returned the cache to where we found it. TFTC.

Started on wrong side of the track. Then checked the GPS and went to the correct side and straight to the very obvious hide. No luck and searched around before resorting to the photos. Looking at one of the recent photos that gave the exact location away I can confirm it is gone.
GPS had us a bit off on this one. A quick scan of the photos and a more likely location was revealed. Quickly located as cache was very exposed. Tftc
I had an hour to spare between getting home from work and heading out to Scouts. The weather was perfect for geocaching, so there was no excuse to stay home! I thought I'd clean up a few more caches close to home, so I headed out to North Ringwood.
I've been having a lot of trouble with the GPS facility on my phone lately. It takes ages to get a fix, then it doesn't follow me. It might be time to get a new phone
So I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to find any caches, once I'd battled peak hour traffic to get there. I searched both sides of the track in some likely spots. When the satellites eventually caught up with me, I found that the cache was in the most likely spot, anyway
Thanks for the cache, Tomo134!

After a fairly hectic weekend I couldn't convince any of the family to come out with me so I decided to venture out on my own. After the heat of late it was nice to have a cooler day for my walk.
A quick find. TNLN. TFTC.

Phew, finally got to got t tick this Leap day off my calendar. I was concerned when I could not find one earlier in the day and having a very busy day too. I was glad to be able to get this one in the dark with hubby after being in Ringwood for a course. TFTC
Nice quick find on our way home from Ringwood. Easy find although our gps is a little off. Tftc
I had a look for his one about 2 weeks ago with no success. I was back in the area today with Geoturtle37 so we went for a second look. The gps took us to a slightly different gz this time, and Geoturtle37 was all over the cache in an instant. Log signed and cache returned to its hide, we were on our way in no time with another smiley on the map. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

A quick stop for a quick find for a change. A nice little park along a surprisingly busy road.
Thanks Tomo134 for the cache.

This cache was the "just one more" on the way home after a morning bike ride. A geotrail gave the game away , though still nicely hidden , thanks

After a nearby appointment, I decided to stop by and find and sign this well-hidden cache. Cheers!

Another quick detour and a quick find. It's like I was meant to find this one as when I opened the contained the log book was showing and the first name I saw was my good buddy Spiffy- from back in 2013. So I joined his square. Thanks to Tomo134 for the cache. No swooping birds here.

4th find of the day, didn't have anything to trade so might come back another time. TFTC
Hiya - we are new to this and were unprepared - only learned about this whole world a few days ago. The kids loved the swaps and we just bought some today to put in but people got there before we got back. So our apologies - major rookie mistake! My hubby is out on a jog hopefully topping it back up tonight.
Found it! On our way back from Whittlesea with a couple of kids who have just about as much fun as they can cope with so thought new might get a couple of caches to settle our nerves. This was number 2 and a reasonably easy find by Geokid 3 and her Mugglekid schoolmate. They found that most of the swaps had gone so they added a few from their stash....TFTC
Really good one - first one we found without any hints. We had five geokids and one geodog and only met one jogging muggle - was hard to be inconspicuous lol. Have to say we really enjoyed this as it wasn't too hard for us newbies
Daughter and I enjoyed finding this one. She really enjoyed the trades, we took a butterfly and left Woolworths domino 27 and a little Christmas decoration.
A quick park and grab to keep the Feb streak going. Cache was easily spotted from the track and even some contents on the ground nearby. The log book was also a bit damp. Replaced it back as I had found it. TFTC
#1744 - quick find seen from afar on our walk of the local streets. All part of the fun and challenges on our AroundOz bicycle challenge. Thanks to Tomo134 for the time and effort on establishing and maintaining this cache.
Found @11:54 #4026
After visiting Eastland took a detour to pick up some of the local caches which I've notice pop up over the past couple of months. While on the drive to another cache stop by here for a quick find.

Nice and quick to find on our way back from a dnf. Left a tv. Then traded some treasure. Was some mouldy treasure. We disposed if it and left on plastic stuff. Thanks! Nice way to end the day.
Found @ 11:32pm, find # 3845.
Out and about on the search for caches with biggles1024, we had targeted a couple in the area North of here as they fill some holes on the placed months grid.
With our objectives complete, it was now time to go in search of other caches in the area and on the way home, this was one of them.
We had passed by this a couple of times tonight, but it wasn't until this time that we stopped for a look.
We made our way to GZ, once there I was a quick find.
Thanks to Tomo134 for placing this cache.

Find #1674
I headed out this afternoon with Stemicmitsar as we were unable to go out last night for our usual Friday night run. Two caches which were on our "Finds By Placed Month" grids were our main objectives.
Log was damp, but signable.

Found this cache awhile ago but was visiting very close to this cache so came to visit from TBs.
Perfect. I was wondering off into the wilderness, when 7 year old yelled out found it, within seconds. Mmmmm
I wound my way on the back streets to a convenient park with a 100 m stroll Stumped for a while as GPSr had me in the wrong direction but found at15:40 despite misleading hint. TFTC
What I've learnt from geocaching: if it looks out of place, chances are its a cache. Tftc!
Easy find with megwilson. Log is soaking wet, we drained all the water from the cache. TFTC
Out with CamBendy and my little bro since there were too few of us for poker. This was no. 6 for the night. This one really is 1D. I walked up, shone my torch and said to the other two - "There". And it was. Along with two little skinks which were doing it tough in the cold weather as they were very sluggish and we were able to pick them up and relocate them with a bit too much ease.
Thanks Tomo134

Find #821
Short changed for men at the poker table tonight, so Physics Teacher, his brother and I hit the road to get a decent meal and find a good cache or two.
A simple and quick find.
Thanks to Tomo134 for the cache and the fun

Find #3849
Streak: 294 days
Another after work and basketball find today, I had an appointment at 8.30, so had to make it fairly quick. This one fitted the bill. A short walk down the path and I was at GZ for a nice easy find. There was a bit of moisture inside the container, but the log book was dry. The clip lock bag could do with a replacement.
Thanks to Tomo134 for placing this cache. TNLN
