Today out and about on 257 of 274 days to get my daily cacher Emerald Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
#14000 9:55Our final day in the Adelaide area before flying back to Sydney tonight. Driving from Barossa to Adelaide we passed a few caches and I randomly choose a few caches, as else I would never be back at the airport in time.TFTC
Travelled back in thyme to find this at the end of daylight savings. Thought it would be in the thyme tree but it wasn't. Looks like it was not the first thyme that somebody checked that tree
At first I was looking at the big tree, but then I realised I still needed to go about 8 meters. Once I was truly at GZ it was an instant find, the cache is pretty visible but hasnt been muggled yet I suppose!Swapped some treasures. TFTC!
Midweek journey to Mt Torrens and surrounds.
Nice tour of the backblocks of Lobethal.

Best thing on a wintry day is a short backroad trip in the hills. Found 'thyme' which has had a few founds of late.

Found after the Clean up Mount Barker Summit CITO. Quick find. Another one of this series down
The JAMS crew ( JJ52, Allister W, Mogni, and Sir_spectre ) Mitchell&hound is overseas currently so didn't join us, were out on our monthly outing. All logs stamped as JAMS. Today it was off to Mount Barker Summit to the CITO the JAMS crew is hosting and then heading in the general direction of Lobethal. We were targeting the 3 adventure labs and whatever caches any of the JAMS crew hadn't done, so there was a lot of revisits to caches for me till we cached above Nairne. We had scattered showers till a slightly late lunch when it poured down, after lunch the rain went away and came back as we were leaving Mount Barker on route home.

We had looked for this cache during two previous visits but without success. Today we were in the area and noticed that the cache had been relocated outside the cemetery, So we used the new coordinates and made a quick find. The cache notes indicated that the cache was a micro but we found a regular size cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks The Spice Girls for the cache.
After going into the cemetery I realised that was wrong!!! Once I corrected myself it was a quick find. Out with BearyOrganised (who already had this one) and Tigtog08. Tftc
Quick stop here today cache is all good
Today with an event on in Mt Barker I set off early in the day for a full days caching. Starting in loberthal and making my way through the towns and back roads as I went. Managed to get 55 finds and see 3 brown snakes at caches.
Thank for the cache

Thyme to move the cache. The cemetery gardener obviously has no thyme on their hands - they are very assiduous about keeping the location cache free.

No find for us, found a cable tie attached to the tree at right height.

After a bit of a caching hiatus for January (not sure why just had other stuff on) decided to head out today for a caching day in the hills.
It wasn’t your typical January day by any stretch and spent most of the day dodging rain showers and ducks (kamikaze s everywhere). But at least there were no snakes and no sunburn.
I had about 30 caches on my list I had to ditch some of the ones that involved a walk due to the rain so will have to head back to do them another time.
Had a lovely day out and found 25 caches, I seemed to visit lots of churches and tennis courts!!
Thanks to all the hiders for the fun caches o really enjoyed my day out just what the Dr ordered.
Lovely cemetery, stuck my head in the right spot I was grateful I am rubbish at finding hanging caches. TFTC DrOwl

Found in a quiet location. I think that it is safe this thyme. I can't imagine anyone accidentally finding this one. Thanks Spice Girls.
Couldn't find this cache, have visited it before and know where to look. Unfortunately seems to be missing
Hoping to check on this one this week. May need a new locartion. It seems to be going missing a lot.
No luck with this geocache or the two in the nearby Bushland Park. At least the scenery in this area is beautiful and perfect for Sunday drives ️
Today we looked for Thyme but could not find a regular cache. Our coordinates had us in open space between 2 trees. We searched both, then widened our search to the surrounding area but came up empty handed. Hope it was the rain or cache blindness not a MIA
A really interesting cemetery and such lovely views of the surrounding hills and trees recovering from the bushfires TFTC
Third time lucky. Thanks for the cache and the ongoing maintenance. Easily found today in quick thyme. Seriously busy at this one today. Frowny now a smiley
Previous finder. Looking for a nearby home for one of the many TBs brought back from the recent interstate trip. Can’t find it! Will message CO.
I was in the neighbourhood on the 27th and gave this one another go. Still no luck, referred it onto a previous finder to see if I was losing the plot. get it. plot. Ah, its a wonderful world
Took the time today to go and replace this cache. But why replace a cache on top of the existing cache? It might be large, but it's surprisingly hard to spot - even if you know where to look.
Found 12:36pm Sunday
Weather hasn’t been great lately but thought I’d get out with my dog , go for walks and find some local caches.
Cache and contents all in good condition.
Took nothing left some swag, log signed

Always nice to convert a DNF, especially one so close to home. Sadly the ground cover of flowers in this cemetery is fading now, but oooooooh, what a shiny new cache!
Thanks Dr. Owl for the cache and maintenance and for bringing a bit of spice to our part of the hills.

Not only was the cache muggled, the hide was as well! Thyme for a new cache in a nearby spot.

A day out with the Owl and JJ to clear some DNF's and cache maintenance thrown in for good measure.
This was one of Owl's maintenance efforts. Definitely no cache in situ on our investigation. Now replaced.

Another Thursday out with Doctor Owl and sushilord and we headed for the hills so Owl could complete some maintenance as well as finding a few caches along the way. [^]
This was another on Owl's maintenance list and we were pleased to sign the brand new logbook in the brand new cache.
Thanks for the cache The Spice Girls.

Nice day for a drive and grabbing a few caches. Had the thyme, found the place. TFTC
Passing by today, so stopped for a look. A quick find in a quiet location TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.
Found in the cold and dark tonight, this is the second country cache I’ve found near the children’s sections of cemeteries. Always interesting. On the way back to the car I spotted a glow amongst the headstones a little while away, I decided to check it out and ended up finding some solar powered LED lights adorning one of the headstones, very beautiful. TFTC!
Some of the residents close to GZ have been here a long thyme too
Being careful not to wake them,
I snuck in to nab the cache
TFTC and tour of the stones !!

Found, log book mouldy still and needs replacing sometime. Thanks for the hunt today: )
Went for a wander with Purrfect Di.
Never enough thyme for caching.
Still a bit damp but left our mark.

A great and interesting cemetery. A lot of history, especially regarding the German settlers. Found quite quickly as it was exposed. Tried to hide it a bit better after I logged it. TNLN. Cheers.
