TFTC on a road trip to Burleigh Heads from Melbourne with Petebev stopped for a stretch.
The hint was very helpful, not so much the GPS. Thanks for the cache. Some pretty flowers nearby.
Whitey Wiskas I found your cache Lions Memorial on 20/10/2023, 11:10 am. This is my find 6109 and find # 3 today. Not where I thought it would be. Searched around and eventually found it. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
The hint was better for finding the cache than the gps. Found it 10m out from gz. Tftc
Last stop before motel check in. Had to wait for a few muggles to disperse. TFTC

Tftc, half as per hint.
We are in Tamworth for a few days to break our journey home. Camped at the paceway.
Certainly plenty to keep a cacher busy here.

Took a little looking around at the memorial area to find this cache. Not sure if it has been moved from original spot or if the coordinates are a little off. But after looking around a bit, eventually found it.

We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth.
Day 20 – On the slow trek home so today’s journey was from Tamworth to Dubbo with many caching stops along the way.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise mentioned.

No find here in park with bbq, covered picnic table, water and toilets. Checked around clue and it the spikey plant nearest by, no luck. Hot day cycling from Werris Creek on bad road surface into a hot headwind. Cycling northwards.
My second visit to this rest area as it was clogged with muggles on the weekend. Easy enuf today to park and scoot over to GZ.
