TFTC! Our last of 15 caches found today.Found @ 12:59pmDay 19 of caching streak Find #451
It's a bit busy in the hills today but was peaceful here. Cache in great condition, thanks for the hunt today
Out caching around Kuitpo forest and Prospect hill today. An enjoyable ride around to pick up the Animal Facts caches on this side of the forest. Some took a bit longer to spot than others, but found them all in the end. Only a couple had wet logbooks, otherwise all were in good knick. Our first cache of this morning's walk and a quick find at accurate coordinates and in the obvious location, nice sized container.-----SL----TNLN----TFTC
This one provided a bit more of a challenge as it seemed that the coordinates were ever so slightly off... unless it was my GPS protesting at quite the workout today?? I ended up adjusting my search zone a little and found the cache nicely tucked away. TFTC LíB
Out for the day with Pineapplegoldy!

I heard something about a badge level thingy for writing longer logs... so feel to ignore from this point onwards.
Thanks for going to the effort to prepare, hide and submit this geocache for me to find, another smiley for my geomap.

After a big day out kayaking yesterday, I needed to give my arms and shoulders a rest so dime bush walking was on the cards today.
I had a very enjoyable day predominately bush walking and Geocaching around the Kuitpo Forest. I spotted kangaroos, a koala and an abundance of butterflies. Some GZs were amongst high “snakey looking “ grass, I am happy to report no snake encounters today.
I did suffer a couple of DNFs but still had a great day and got lots of exercise.
Thanks for the cache 3LG.

Camping at Mt Compass for Easter we had a late start today messing about in camp before heading out at lunch time. We decided to attempt a few caches we had missed whilst driving around over the last week. Also to revisit some and attempt to convert to

Today with COVID-19 requirements still in effect, but fitness still being promoted, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to head to Kuitpo for some mountain biking. We parked near the corner of Brookman Road and Gum View Road, and rode our mountain bikes north of Brookman Road around the fire tracks around the forestry area, finding the various *Animal Facts* series caches. We also joined a section of the Kidman Trail. We only anticipated to ride one half of these tracks, but we were making good time, and with it being a nice day, we continued our ride. We returned to have lunch, and then did a proper mountain biking session under the pine trees at Prospect Hill. A nice day out, and we saw a few kangaroos about too.
We continued our ride around this area on our mountain bikes, and made a quick-ish find here. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, although the plastic bag was ripped. Thanks 3LG aka. [@LíB](http://coord.info/PR8KEM6) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Toad in a hole. Visiting for the tour down under 2020 passing through Meadows today. Enjoying the challenge of local caches. Thankyou for the cache series and the adventure , cheers.

Nice and wet today but cache and contents are all good. Out finishing off the mystery at the museum challenge. TFTC 3LG
Nice spot. Easy find but great series. Fantastic for the kids. We had a great day out with the family and tired the kids out well! Sorry for generic post.
Today we focussed on the Animal Facts caches in the Kuitpo Forest area. We tried to make an early start because of the forecast higher temperatures but we started about 30 minutes later than planned. Despite that hiccup we were able to make our way around about more than half of the caches by 1:30pm. We will come back another day to look for the remainder.
It was straightforward to get from the previous cache to this one. Accurate coordinates and an obvious hide location led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 3LG for the cache and this set of Animal Facts caches.

Such a lovely morning for a walk at Kuitpo after camping overnight. This series provided a nice variety of hides and cache containers. Thanks 3LG
Not enought time today to finish the series but as I had to drive by a grabbed two near the road.

Found with NiciDanielle and Zoe the Geo dog. Been a really long time since I came down to Kuitpo. What better excuse than to get caches! Nice easy find. TFTC
ANZAC Day, I was up nice and early and decided I was going to head out this way and see how many caches I could put a smiley on for today. I got the geo bike out and went for a ride TFTC
Found with hevwalker on an afternoon caching adventure. Great day for a walk around the bush.
After an extensive look around the area we didn't find it may not be here anymore

A lovely cool overcast afternoon...perfect for a walk around Kuitpo with TT016...
This one should not have been that hard to find so wondering if it's still there & just did not see it but we did have an extensive search...

Having decided that it was a great day for a walk and a picnic in Kuitpo we planned to collect some more in the Animal Facts series along the way. It is always interesting to read about the animals but unfortunately this was the only cache we didn't find. TFTC [:]
Seems to have been quite a while since I managed to get out for a decent walk so was happy to find enough spare hours today to head for some caches around Kuitpo I've had my eye on ever since they came out quite a while ago.
This was the only DNF for the day, and also the last for the day. Not wanting to end on a DNF spent quite a while checking the neighbourhood, tried the PAF line but still no cache.
I'll be back.
Thanks for the hunt 3LG

Spent the morning with some lads from the Morphett Vale Pathfinder Club who are completing the Geocaching Honour. The group included Jimmy01, Jourdster5555, Blue Cheeta C, Shadowss and green mere cats. Thank you 3LG for the cache and the series.
On my way to the puzzle cache I stopped to pick this one up. However both Montana and iPhone led me only to a singed hole which was formerly a tree stump. I did a quite thorough check of nearby trees (with some impressive giant yellow mushrooms) with no joy. Given most of the animal facts range are relatively quick to identify I figured the hole was formerly the home of this cache. Am I right or do I need to go back and give it another go?
Tftc!
Needs a new notebook, unfortunately we didn't have any on us. Current one is wet tried to dry it out

Ive been wanting to find some of these Kuitpo caches and finally I had some free time thanks to a public holiday and the weather was kind. Found this one with water in the container but the log was dry enough to sign. I started my walk here and didnt find it to start with, but had one last look on the way back to the car and bingo, found it easily. Thanks 3LG for the interesting read of each cache as I wandered the track too
Number 21 for the Bear today. Too soggy to sign and found sitting out in the open.
Kaleb ally nick bottroff with brian tony and laura willis. Log book wet...
Out on a nice Sunday walk with allister w. Ground was very wet as were some logs but still had fun doing these ones.
A nice Sunday afternoon walk Cara81 to grab a few caches in this animal facts series. Plenty of water around and we had damp shoes and socks when we had finished. At one point I gave Cara a piggyback across a creek crossing. All the caches we looked for we found and in good condition, a few had damp or wet logs.
Plenty of water around when we were hunting the caches in this series, a environment that would had suited a toad
Found on a lovely Father's Day outing with the whole family, as we went on a 5km walk through Kuitpo Forest tracking down some of 3LG's 'Animal Facts' caches. Some of the trail was under water after yesterday's heavy rains, so while today's weather was cloudy but fine, we still ended up with muddy shoes and soggy socks. It is not everyday a dad gets to piggyback his 16 and 13 year old geodaughters as he wades through creeks, LOL! It didn't dampen our spirits though as we racked up the cache finds and had a great day out. TNLNSL T FTC
found with jacknor, late start after doing a puzzle with rod81w and lava12 and other caches along the way
