Out and about on a Victorian Rogaining Championships. What a great area. Thanks for placing the caches. TFTC
I was caching in Rushworth today and had plenty of time left so I decided to target this series in Whroo. There were some great containers a few different ones too which mixed it up a bit. Mostly park and a short walk to GZ which helped get my numbers up for the day. Great little series TFTC Roman
Camping weekend with day1976, I do love the old mining areas! We did this whole series, no DNF's! Nice to have some of these further into the bush.
This is one of many geocaches that I have found over the last 12 months, but have not got around to logging. Sorry for the generic log. Just catching up now.
Travelling to Canberra for the mega, we couldn't pass up this series. A quick find of a cheeky hide. Tftc
Found with Bogonghazy on our way home from a weeks holiday at Numurkah. Thanks for placing the geocache
Quick find with LittleBoss2 while heading back to Bendigo. Thanks Romax, always a pleasure finding your caches.Adding a fave for this great series, and for all the Golden Orb spiders we had to dodge
TFTC! 26 December 2023 7:29:45pm 6596Thanks for showing us the area. First time here and enjoyed the walk around the Whroo historical area. Caching with Jen01 today
#19 on my geobiking adventure with Flyfattybatty. The container had lost it's contents but we managed to reunite them & fashioned a solution Many thanks
Went away for my birthday weekend to the rushworth area in the forest.
Grabbed a heap of caches in the area over the weekend and left a trackable in one of them.

Quick find, cache pages wouldn't open due to no service so just had to wing it... TNLN TFTC
I have had a terrific gentle afternoon enjoying this series from start to finish. All the caches and logs are in excellent order thanks to generous cachers who have come before me.
#1 on our drive for this cache series. Short on daylight after caching in Heathcote.
Found at 4.00pm whilst touring the area. We had started this series a few years ago, today we decided to finish it by going for a short walk to collect 4 caches. We parked next to this one. Unfortunately you no longer need to be tall for this one as it is on the ground.
We signed the logbook and went for our walk.
Thanks

Hahaha i give this a fav point cause it made me laugh. Also make me wonder how many muggles have seen it and thought it was odd and just kept going tftc
So today we set out the do the Whroo series, we really enjoyed them. Started at #21 not #1, however at least we had a count down to number 1
Found 16/10/21 @ 5:52pm
Sadly, the last cache in this series to be done for us. Our semi muggle friends finally cracked it and put their foot down. No more stops down this road.
Thanks Romax for the series - we'll be back to finish off another day

21 caches over a 2 hour bike ride; thanks for these caches Romax (and apologies for the repetitive logs. . . first time we've smashed so many caches, too many to individually log!)

Had to wait for a few muggles to finish chatting before making my final swoop! Thanks for a great run of caches!
Heading home form Benalla we took the long way, of coarse, scouting out unfound caches along the way. We noticed the Whroo series on our map and made the decision to make our way through the Whroo Nature Reserve to collect the series.
An enjoyable time was had as we found various different hides in the stunning bushland setting. Having the area pretty much to ourselves with only 2 cars passing us, we were able to make each and every find safely without the prying eyes of muggles.
Thanks Romax for the fun series and WazzaAndWenches for maintaining the caches for us to enjoy.

We headed off to Whroo then back to Bendigo for some dinner and more caching by torchlight before heading home.
After some lunch we targeted this series. TFTC

School holidays are upon us so TeamClarmensma (myself and my kids AdamSistema & LukeSistema, and becca85 and her kids neisha07 & boo09) reformed for some geocaching fun targeting Rushworth, Whroo & Bendigo. I did the majority of running to these and boy they are a great workout. Hit my step count easily! Ha ha. All were easy finds in beautiful spots. Thanks for a great series.
Away for the weekend with Happy pants and omegaman1971. We were heading to Shepparton to do some caching, in an area we hadn't been before.
Many laughs and fun were had over the time, along with a variety hides found in some different areas.
Thanks for a great little trail, with some lovely bushland and grass trees, a variety of hides and excuse to excape to the bush.
Thanks WazzaAndWenches for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Team OZCAT (OZREG and Catnap777) touring through the AU towns of Victoria. Generic log for the series in Whroo. Tftc's
After paddling around Lake Nagambie yesterday, I needed a break, and with high winds, it added to my decision not to go back again today. So I headed to Whroo and surrounds for some terra firma caching. On behalf of the series, I will award this one a favourite.
My thanks to Romax for the cache.

While staying at the Elmore Events Centre for a week+ attending a CMCA Rally, I have been touring the area eash day finding caches wherever I can. I found this one on a drive South through Rushworth Along with the other in the WHROO PT. TFTC.
We have decided to return to Rushworth one day, with more time, and camp at Whroo. For now, we just attempted the western half of this trail, starting at #21. Just about a drive-by, found and signed very quickly.
We found this one today as we proceeded back into the Whroo Forest to finish off this series by Romax, it was completed after we had grabbed the two multis near the old Balaclava mine site. After a little quick search we had this one in hand and log duly signed and returned. TFTC inspectorrexteam
Found this lucky last cache, well, not quite, a couple of others in the series had temporarily evaded capture, so they were ruthlessly hunted down. Mercy is for the weak, that is straight from Karate kid. Thank you Romax for the nice series.
Out for a cache and ride with Kremmen and Colinw178. Decided to attack this series. All caches were found and in good condition. Log signed as 3FOM. Tftc
Well, that's the end of them. It's warming up and I'll be on my way. Thanks for the fun Romax.
Cool 32° Out on geocaching adventure today with Sorceysal and 6hinemoa2 (signed as 60S to save log space) part of a Whroo series. TFTC Cheers
Out and about with 6hinemoa2 and 08151605 (signed as 60S to save log space) with the aim to complete this series. Great roads with no one else around made for easy parking. With the temperature rising, it was a relief to get back to the car after each walk. Thanks Romax for placing this series so we could visit this lovely area
Out this way on a fun packed geocaching expedition with sorceysal and 08151605 to collect this series of caches.
We enjoyed the area and the variety of hides. It was nice to drive along well maintained roads.
The day was very hot though so the welcome relief of the air conditioned car was highly sought after.
Thanks for placing the series for us to enjoy Romax

On our way to visit family we attempted to do some drivebys, relying on the car air conditioning to keep us going in this incredible heat. Last in the series for us before heading past Shepparton and enjoying the air con again. This trail provided some great variety. Thanks for an enjoyable cache series.
While staying in the nearby camping area, we decided to follow this run of caches and had a fun afternoon. We very soon recognised the preferred type of hiding place (with a few exceptions) and the distance from the road varied a bit, but it was all good. Some tracks off the main road came in handy too. Each log had our name noted and was replaced in position before we moved on to the next location. Many thanks go to Romax for this nice series of caches.
Camped near here and went out for an afternoon's caching with goingplaces 2 and enjoyed this run of caches. Was able to complete the series. TFTC.
Out for a drive today with 2beez and 2A's.
A lovely area. All caches in good condition. Nice to also see good swaps for kids. Left swap.

TFTC out with Crack n Lee Lee & 2As for the day exploring the area & getting a few caches. Interesting area - last one in the series. Thanks for putting this series together
Sneaky but not sneaky enough to fool this little black duck.
Gottemall [^]
This series had been on my to do list for way too long.
I was saving them for a rainy day but temptation got the better of me and I snagged the lot instead of mowing my lawns.
I had a blast with the whole series but no prize for guessing which one got my favourite point.
Thanks for the series Romax (&maintenance crew) it made for a very enjoyable day out. Sorry for the generic log. You deserve better.

On our way to Tatura logging a few catches for the hidden creatures challenge tftc
Had lost reception and was thinking of giving up after a good look. Reception came back, read the description, bang! Found it. TFTC, feeling proud.
Hi there WazzaAndWenches.
We found your cache **"WHROO #21"** today. (This makes our find count 19085).
Today we headed out from Bendigo so we could attempt the "WHROO"series, plus any others we came across on our travels. We started at #21 & from there we proceeded to log caches up to #1 before heading back to camp. We thoroughly enjoyed today's cache finds. Please excuse our boilerplate-like logs - but they're not all exactly the same. [:(!]
We found 28 caches today & DNF'd 0. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found most caches within a few metres of where our GPS said we should be looking. [:(!] (We did have to look a little further afield for some though). [:(!]
**Cache Condition:** The containers and log books were all in good shape.
**Took:** Perished Balloons
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny
