Apologies for the late log, we have just come back from a 10 day holiday in SA and Western Vic and spent as much time with family as possible so no time for logging lolWe are on holidays in SA and have spent the past 4 days catching up with JMelbs family in Adelaide (and only found 2 caches during those 4 days!! Thats despite hunting for a few more lol) Today we checked out of our accommodation with the intention of finding some local caches then some of the Wandering Heroes caches on the way to Karoondah, our destination for the night. We realised we still had one TB with us and thought this would be a good spot to drop it off. Cache was found nice and easily. At the time we did a write note to drop off the TB electronically as we knew it would take a while to get to logging the cache (we had over 100 to log by the time we got home lol) so needed to electronically drop it off before then. A little while later I was tagged in one of my favourite FB groups asking if I was on holidays in South Australia? ... ummmm ... yessss..... how do you know?? A little while after that I remembered I had spoken to someone about geocaching once before in the group but had forgotten that for the moment. So I then asked if they were a geocacher. Yes was the answer... Ahah - it must be the owner of one of the caches we had dropped off TBs in today. I asked which cache it was and it was this one. That was so funny!!! You should have seen my brain ticking over trying to work it out ... holiday brain I tell you! lol Great to chat with you and we had a lovely holiday!! On our way to near Ballarat to meet up with family at Snake Valley. Spending 2 nights at Tailem Bend Waterfront Caravan park which is a great park. Will look around the town tomorrow & hopefully grab a few caches. Tftc

Travelling as per usual in my massive semi truck delivering to Adelaide for the second time and thought why not grab this one. It has absolutely amazing parking for my truck, and that is always nice, but now I am going back over to Melbourne for a delivery tomorrow.the container and logbook are in great health. There are some swaps in there for people who do that. I took nothing and left nothing.Thanks for the placement of this cache.

GT37 and I are making our way to the February 29th Mega in South Australia. This one would have been found so much quicker if we had paid attention to where the GPS was trying to take us. So as we knew best, we were searching some distance from the cache. Once we corrected our location, the cache was quickly found. Thanks for placing this cache for all to enjoy.

SL at 3:30pm. Bdiaw, MuggleMasterKid9 and myself travelled to Adelaide on the 21st for an appointment at the Women's and Children's Hospital. Today we leave Adelaide and caching on the way home it is. A quick pitstop here and bdiaw made the find. Decided to have a look in the local op shop before leaving town and then headed to OTR to get a much needed slurpee as it's so hot out here!*Signed log as FWD and MMK9.*TFTC Gizmo's Gang and the challenge!

Awesome, the first one that we’ve found like this!

Tagging along with friends on an epic adventure. Leaving our South Gippsland home with a days notice and driving 1061km straight through to Emu bay, Kangaroo Island as the Ferry we were going to board, was now out of action.

It's now school holidays!! Woohoo!! Today me and my dad set off for the long weekend to attend the GeoVenture2020 mega event! We drove from Willunga and it took us about 5 and a half hours (including 30 caches on the way ) to reach Millicent. Today was the first day.

Today Erine14 and I went for a drive out to Tailem Bend and Beyond. We found some of the Wandering Heroes series - including the ones named for each of us! We also completed the May OTD series except for 2 DNFs, and found a few other caches. We had a great day out with 60 find in total. Erin found her 2000th cache, and I found my 1900th! Thanks for the Cache!

Today’s adventure saw us getting a breakfast pie in Strath before heading to Tailem Bend. The aim was to find our Wandering Hero caches that CP put out earlier this year. I was also aiming to reach 2000 finds which I achieved! We completed some of the Wandering Hero’s and OTD May series before heading back towards home and finding a few lonely random caches along the way. It was fabulous weather and apart from the mosquitos we had a lovely day. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing the caches for our enjoyment

Found! Windy day but that didn't stop us from finding a few Tailem geocaches! It was interesting to read the nearby signs about the town, I especially liked the pelican sun dial ️
