Find# 11412Nice easy find.We have a free day to create some "Smileys".Maintenance was carried out where logsheets were mush, missing or caches damaged. TFTC paulyman, snorris 28 June 2024
The log book is very wet and comatose rusty. Also definitely not at head night.
Found on a beautiful easter weekend. Took us a while as the co-ords were a little off. Log was too wet to sign unfortunately but TFTC!
Another find. Also in need of maintenance could not write on the soggy paper unfortunately
Went to do a bit of caching down this trail but ran out of time. All finds had some kind of issue with it ranging from a slightly wet but still signable log to the container being in pieces. Would definitely benefit from a bit of a maintenance run from the CO. Photos attached where logs were not signable. TFTC Paulyman + Snorris, quite a lovely section of bush!
Found this one whilst introducing my girlfriend to geocaching. Nice container and hide.

Found it not in position as described, assumed wind had dislodged, returned to described position TFTC
Not too far off the track and soon had CIH. Container and log was too wet so picture included instead. TFTC.
Great little find, easy to spot when near. Gps was bouncing around a lot until we got within 20m. Great container! 10/10
Series log: We did a reccy here in March 2020 when we picked up #01 of the series planning to return at Easter time. One thing led the another and we decided to take the trail on today. Weather was great, we saw lots of creatures and and flowers, fabulous views and really good exercise with limited muggles on the track. Took us four hours with finding and signing geocaches, admiring the scenery and stopping for water breaks. Will target Toona Ciliata on a separate visit.

Cache log: Nearing GZ, some motion just off the side of the track attracted our attention. Not another snake!? No, an echidna!! Excellent. The little fella made his way iponto the track and waddled ahead of us until we ducked into GZ. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

A grey and windy day for the escarpment trail.
Log was sucked, added new paper but didn’t have a bag

#7145 (2 of 10 today)
Last year I had been hoping to have a find on 30 June - but circumstances made that 100% impossible. As a result, I have less finds on this day of the year than any other - 10. Yeah, I know, right?
With the Geowife away for a few days cat-sitting the fur grandchild - only type we have - I was free to roam far afield.
So today I decided I'd go for a bushwalk, and pick up plenty of finds. Didn't quite get as many as I wanted - started late (waiting for a phone call that never came) and then had two long searches (one successful, one unsuccessful). Also had a longish stop at Brokers Nose Lookout with two bush walkers who had come from Mount Keira. And I'm not as fit as I'd like, and as a result went slower than I normally would.
So by the time I pulled the plug I had ten finds from eleven attempts.
I should also mention that there appear to be some phantom logs here - or someone is not signing / signing somewhere illogical. The early caches were last signed on 7 June, while later caches (ie further from civilisation) were most recently dated 26 February. Hmmm...
But an enjoyable afternoon and got back to *The Hademobile* just before sunset.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Took a few goes around before I spotted this one. It didn't want to open, but finally got it moving.
The log is sodden and needs a replacement in a ziplock bag - tipped a little water out. Barely managed to sign this one.
Replaced - more issues closing - and onward and... upward?!

This trail is a lovely walk but log is soaked and fragile. Managed to sign with the space pen.
On a trip to Sydney picking up some old ones and counties. It’s good to be out and about again. TFTC paulyman

Nice cache container however there was nothing in it but a bit of rust and moisture. Blotted away some of the water and added a piece of paper for the log. TFTC!
Missed it on the way out but claimed success on our way back. It was on the ground, put it back up, but requires a new logbook. TFTC
