All good with this cache. With CIH we signed the log in either our names or our initials in some switcheroo form of LP, DJJ, ToC and then returned cache to its hide'y hole exactly as found.
**The Day**
It's been over a year since I last went caching solidly, it was so good to be out again.
OCW *Mr TOC*, *Little Panther* and *DustyJapserJet* on a much welcome and impromptu overnight run to somewhere unknown, well... ... I did consider a night in Grenfell if we could get a bed there. With nothing booked we threw some clothes in a bag, grabbed some trackables for distribution and were out the door quicker than a scared jack rabbit. Element of surprise Mr TOC, element of surprise. I'm sure he was surprised I moved so quick and left him spinning [:-D].
We found a room at the local motel, definitely a *Pokemon* players delight with something like four poke stops and two gyms that can be played all night long from the comfort of your bed. With a few extra steps to the fence-line there are about three more that can be played.
We went to see the Grenfell Silo Art which was stunning, and wanted to go to Harden to see their but didn't have time. Caches to maintain, find and the need to get home for work tonight.
Had the most brilliant time away - happy wifey.

Lovely autumn day, out for a six month trip from our base on the Gold Coast, casually touring and geocaching our way down south to Melbourne then westwards to South Australia.
Good time to stop for lunch and locate this easy to find geocache.
Topped it up with assorted items ranging from a Bilby to a pathtag and a foreign coin that we came back to Australia with.
Cache is bone dry and in its correct location.
Thanks for the cache a welcome stopping point on our trip from Young to Canberra.

A quick find. Very pleased that this cache was hidden in the 'usual' place' , as with all that long grass there were places I would rather not go to. TFTC Heatherglenn.
Last day of our roadtrip. Today we make our way back to Canberra from Narromine via Forbes and Yass. Again a very hot day. Still picked up lots of caches. Thanks to all the owners for placing them!

9620 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1210 on our drive to Cowra for the weekend. Had read that the container was broken so threw one in just in case. The container is not a cliplock but is the same size. Replaced the stash and sharpened the pencil. SL Tnx Tellytees.

With a day off and time to spare before the next thing I have on, I decided on doing the caching trail that goes: Temora, Young, Murringo, Boorowa, Yass and back home through Harden. This trail and picking up some new thongs from ‘Rivers’ lead to a great day out. I started the day with the new tree climb in Young which has been on the list for quite some time and then picked up some trigpoints which has been on my to-do-list for quite some time. After this I went to ‘Rivers’ and then headed out to my next stop which was the mystery cache in Murringo. Next were the caches in Boorowa, Yass for lunch and then head home via Harden. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s for placing the caches I found and for the enjoyment they brought me today.

ACTchil, myself and Geo hounds Banjo and Koda met with 4 as 1 and Geo hounds Bazil and Isabelle for a nice geocaching camping trip staying at the Boorowa Caravan Park having a great evening and up for another adventure. We got into our cars and off we went. Another nice drive and we pulled over and off we went, this was a nice little creek and it wasn't long till Me_too had the container in hand, we signed the log and back to the car to do the Multi at the cemetery. tftc Tellytees

A park and grab here but no time today to park my van and enjoy a cuppa Thanks for the break Heatherglenn
#4634 - 08:45; Out on a day run from Canberra to Carcoar and return with Sol de lune, primarily to collect caches in the History of..... series and the Harry Potter series. Our route had taken us through Boorowa and then on to Murringo to what would become a familiar sight for us throughout the day, a cemetery. We were now on our way back towards the Lachlan Valley Way and on towards Cowra when we stopped by to collect this cache, which Sdl had bagged on a previous visit. The muggles waiting for the school bus when we passed by earlier had gone and a nice quick find and sign was in order. TFTC Heatherglenn
Coming home from Temora along the back roads, enjoying the last of the daylight to grab a few caches. This was an easy find thanks Heatherglenn.
Plans were set in place with fitzy_1965 and AngelG27 for an "invasion" of several country towns between Yass and Cowra. We managed to dodge the worst of the drizzly weather to collect a decent swag of caches on what was a fun day with great company! We signed with the acronym SAFi ("i" for invasion ).
Quick driveby on our geomission at this classic location.
Thanks for the hide, Heatherglenn

Fitzy_1965, SpecimenX and I headed out on a geocaching mission to collect a few numbers for Fitzy_1965 as he has a mission to find 2000 caches this year. This mission was from Canberra to Borowa, onto Cowra, Young, Grenfell and back home. We travelled well over 700kms over 13.5 hours! I found 54 caches in total, my best ever daily total, and surprisingly 5 FTFs! Fitzy obligingly did all the driving and SpecimenX and I made most of the finds, although SpecimenX had her caching glasses on today and was quick to spot most of them. We had solved a few puzzles before leaving so we were well armed to collect both trads and puzzles. The rain/drizzle/mizzle did not slow us down and we had a great day of caching and laughs.
2nd cache of the day at 0905 and a quick find by myself. A quite well known hiding spot in CBR! Thanks Heatherglenn!

TFTC . No fog but lovely spring weather. No king (fisher) but his cousin kookaburra had a laugh.
Our only free day for quite some time so we decided to head out on a geomission around the area. We have had a couple of mini tours lately, but today we went all out to Cowra and Grenfell to see how many we could find. Rapidlywild came along for the drive to fill her gaps where she has previously posted DNF's. The weather was lovely and the drive was picturesque, thank you to all the cache owners for bringing us to this lovely part of Australia.
Our last for the day, and another quick grab we could see the frost glistening on the rail in the torchlight....TFTC Heatherglenn.

Plans were made with Tanso for a day trip round Cowra and Grenfell. We started the day off with the WWFM event and then it was on the road for us
Very enjoyable day out in the smaller towns. Undortunately we did have a number of DNF's however these things happen and it just gives us more reasons to return We arrived in Cowra about 2pm and I got back to Canberra just on 2am. Was a range of finds and some very good ones too ! We finished the trip driving through Young when we spotted a "bomfire" which turned out to be a vehicle on fire. We pulled up and called 000 immediately to get the firies out. Always fun and games on road trips [:p]
Last find for the caching trip, nice and easy one to find too.
Thanks Heatherglenn for placing these caches, lovely area especially on a day like today.
