We were out caching today and decided to check this cache, after a couple of minutes of searching we could not find it. We noticed this cache has not been found for a couple of months it may need to be checked.
We had a walk along the Ross Bay and made some Caches.
This one we didn't find

No find today Searched for ages to no avail. Hope it's still there and I just have a bad case of cache-blindness. Will try again some time.
I had borrowed a bike from a friend so that I could have a look around Hobart and grab a few caches on the way.
No luck with this one.

Care not to push it too far.
We had extreme difficulty with extraction.
Hopefully our adjustment has fixed the problem.

Australia Trip, Day 22 of 49
Tasmania Trip, Day 6 of 12
On Cache tour with Theatralis.

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Hmm New Years Day[^] Where shall we cache today. Ended up heading into the CBD and caching the foreshore before heading to the Taste Festival.
Pretty cool and windy but the afternoon whizzed by.

This was a nice quick find, even with passing foot traffic. Thanks for another cache among here.
It took a little bit of finesse to get the cache but a jiggle here and a wiggle there and I had it in hand.

Went for a ride along the track and used this as a turn around point. Stopped at GZ and the cache was right there. TFTC!
My word, somebody was a sod when they put this one back! Bring your patience, people. TFTF!
An easy find as one of our party spotted it very quickly. It was harder to extract an required the use of some "tools" however was soon in hand. TNLNSL Thanks scottymyth for your cache, another down in the HBT trail.

A bit of serendipity today, had some dog droppings on my shoe so stopped to scrap it off while doing so I looked up and "look what I found". great hide TFTG =)
Pretty spot. We need to come back and look around some more. Pants trackable wanted to stay but his luggage was too big
Extracting this one was trickier than finding it and took longer than it did to sign the log lol Tftc
finally found one after a few dnfs, nice hiding spot, had to reach in a bit further with this one though. tftc

Having a quiet day planned while in Hobart for a short visit a friend and I headed out for a walk and a cache. He is a part time cache so I have added his name to the logs alongside mine in case he ever decides to log them as well lol
Hmm, not what I expected as I could see this one while walking towards ground zero. But find it we did and log signed it was
Thanks for the cache scottymyth, it was number 2021 for me
Cheers

My GZ was out by a couple of meters at first, but eventually I found it in the obvious location.

It took about ten minutes to figure out where it was due to the gps on my phone but we found it in the end!
Took a while, but finally found it!! First find today, and also fist find for geocousins!!
Great spot. TFTC

Found quickly once we looked in the right area. One of many caches found along the Hobart bike track today. TFTC!
After the Hobart Meet and Greet event, a local cacher kindly took three of us to an area we could log several caches. This was a lovely place to walk and find a good variety of caches. Thanks to the cache owners for hiding and maintaining these.
TFTC! It was great fun meeting a fellow cachers from Australia and finding some Aussie caches!
The start of a walk along the water. Someone had poked this one in too far so we had to make a tool to get it out!
Day 11 Family Tassie Tour: Decided to walk from the Gardens lower car park to towards the bridge. This on was located easily but I had to invent a CET to pull it out.Log was almost full. A few vehicles came in along the side road including a road sweeper.
Cache wss pushed way in so we had to invent a cache extraction tool from items found nearby.
Finishing our cruising adventure of NZ with m4yb and our second last stop is in Hobart. So good to be back again, but would have preferred a slightly dryer day! Got soaked to the bone even my socks were drenched, but we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our day.
Funny following one of our Perth friends around, missed her by 10 days!
Thanks for this smiley and the cache scottymyth

Our first stop back in Australia after our NZ trip. And whilst we had glorious weather over there, Hobart has put on a very wet, windy and cold day. Oh well, it didnt deter us, we managed a 10 km round trip walk along the river.
Here we would have had a spot of trouble, except for the geotool which my geofriend bought me last Xmas!
TFTC scottymyth!

On a holidays for a week in New Norfolk. The weather hasn't been very caching friendly but we found a few around town. Caching with geo-sister and niece (TeamBiffo). This was found on our first afternoon where we spent quite few hours walking around the lovely Botanical gardens before heading across the road to grab a few caches. TFTC.
Having a weeks holiday in Tasmania with joojoo57. Staying in New Norfolk and do day trips. Thanks for all the wonderful caches.
This cache had been pushed so far in it was almost impossible to retrieve. TFTC
Found it but I couldn't get it out of its home. Something long nose pliers or long tweezers would needed for the next finder.
A quick stop while enjoying a cycle along the river. Thanks scottymyth for the hide.
Difficult extraction! But got it! No pen so taken pic. Tftc and merry christmas
Found but could not retrieve. Too far back to reach and no implement to grab it with.
at 15:47 on a 9 day bus tour through Tasmania arranged by the Albany Creek Garden Club in Brisbane.
As we had limited time and the purpose was for the members including Cyndi to see the botanic games we didn't want to spend much time on this but when we were at that part of the gardens we nipped across the road.
We saw the cache immediately but getting it out was not so easy. The first attempt to get it pushed it in and our further attempts were in danger of pushing it even further out of reach but we got it finally.
TFTC Scottymyth. The cache is fine.

Busy day around here today! Muggles parking to go to the gardens, muggles fishing, muggles walking and running and riding! Managed to grab in between them all somehow!
