I made it to Oamaru and linked up with nufrat. We found quite a few caches along roads out this way. TFTC.
Going for the last 50 in a day haul for my DGSc challenge. A bit wet today. . This is number 2.3.
Day one of a couple of days geocaching in the Oamaru/Duntroon area. No problems with this one. Thanks for the placement.
#18308. Troodles just about overshot GZ (thinking I was referring to an object a bit further on). Easy find at the base of the object I had spotted from a distance. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day 3 of our 4 day trip to Oamaru and environs. The day started with a hard frost, but soon warmed up into yet another lovely winters day. The agenda today included Cape Wanbrow, Devil's Bridge plus a puzzle cache find which I needed for my final puzzle "dot" day .
We got to sign the nice new log book! No worries with getting stuck here today. TFTC.

AFter our episode with the turkey we were very cautious here, but no wildlife at this one. Found but the log so wet it is beyond signing, so we took a photo.
Day 7 - of our epic adventure around amazing Oamaru. With Geofest17 and Danseys Pass and A2O bagged, we are off exploring Oamaru again
Plain sailing through here, with no water. Snag and tag along our way. Cheers

Another trip to Oamaru, driving randomly around to fill in the gaps, a few days after the OamaruGeofest which, for Taybeedragon and myself, is no where near over yet.
No water today.

Found it easily. No sign of flooding today, nice and dry. TFTC. Found with K.J.R and Gadget.
Another busy Oamaru Geofest day.
CITO first followed by some town caches.
Then tracking north to find all the ones I didn't find on Friday.
Now heading SW again to make new discoveries.
A quick find here.

As the rain started to fall... others called it a day. But i still had my cache pants on... wanting to get a few more under the belt. Followed the trail. Signed as TTT.
The Trans Tasman Team is having a wonderful day, caching all over the place! Thanks to the organizers of the Geofest for bringing us here, and all of the cache owners for putting out so many !!!
In Oamaru for the Geofest.

Got to GZ and as I popped my head up some cows were startled and ran.. I dunno who was startled more... then or me! Nice drive by. Cheers
Road not in flood, did a U turn anyway as I needed to go the other way. Cheers.
Bother the weather. Showers off and on all day, gumboots a must! Had a great couple of days caching too, though slightly wet at times.
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Another quick found for us during our trip around New Zealand. Tftc from Switzerland
A day between Oamaru and Timaru. Found a few I'd tried (and failed!) before, and a good number of new ones. Always enjoy caching in this part of the country. Thanks.
Pulled up next to GZ and ganville86a had GC in hand and logged before I even thought about turning car around, thanks for the Cache
A quick easy find at the interestingly titled Washover, which was dry today. TFTC
Had inadvertently missed putting this one in the GPS but I knew there had to be one here so used our 'cacher eyes' and found it in the first place we looked. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
I too over the years have seen numerous people stuck in this - they never seemed to learn!
Thanks
