US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 19. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching, starting in Casper, Wyoming. Our second day in Casper, not what we had planned, but we noticed a bit late. We visited some interesting areas around town, the Fort area being my highlight. Thanks.

Visiting from Australia and found with Albida and mtrax during our 4 week US adventure...

Arrived in Casper for a few days before heading further north, and attending an event that we (mtrax) had arrange with some of the locals.

Found this one ok...although the snow did hamper us at a couple of others.

Thanks for this one and greetings from Australia.....

Cache was very exposed , out in the open so after signing log replaced as best I could

My First trip to Wyoming, we arrived in Casper the previous night to see white stuff all around the place, some of the team wasn't quiet equipped for this and made today's caching run that much more difficult but I certainly enjoyed the greener climate from Nevada.

Travelled from Canberra Australia.
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, South & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

Sorry it took so long for me to log this but its been a busy 24 hours. This was an intresting cache and the first small ammo box i have seen. When we came up here we had no idea what was up here and much to our surprise that there was a museum up here. We decided before we went for a walk we would take a tour inside. Glad we did because the guy behind the counter asked us what we were up to (we had our packs on) we told him and then he told us that he thinks he found one and threw it away. I was like NOOOOOOO and he laughed and said he might still have it in the trash because it was friday when they threw it away. So as we watched the movie in the museum he found this cache and put it back for everyone to find and i think he is going to sign up as well. Also we got to meet an awesome geocaching couple along the way.
