Logs
Bugger, I should have read the logs before arriving...it's not here as it needs repair.
Found this morning on the way to school with the children. Reminded us that we need to go and watch the cars race here at some stage.
Log is extremely wet.

Found this one. But is waterlogged. Didn't have a trade peice. But I took the J key ring cause the mini geocacher saw it and it's the start of her mums name. Will move it on in our next trade cache
An interesting hike to this one.
Parked where Gramzow Road dead ends and turns into a walking trail. Seems to be some unofficial dump acting as a round-about at the other end of the dead end. Came across two seperate parties dumping/picking up trash/treasure when setting out and returning. Both acted like I’d caught them red-handed (haha)
Walked the next half a kilometre over the gravel road and made a quick find once at GZ. Log a little damp but still sign-able. Added my mark where I could.

After doing our daily exercise in this area, a good walk in both dry bush and among the lush greenery along a creek.

Headed south to the Redlands to track down a few older caches, it seems this area is blessed with quite a few we have yet to visit.

Log is saturated! We logged on a separate piece of paper. TFTC. In desperate need of some maintenance
This one took a bit of time, after reading thr previous log is started looking anywhere on the ground as the recent rains have sent torrents of water down the hill through GZ. I eventually found the cache half buried in mud. signed the log as best as i could as it was soaked.
Still a fun hide. TFTC.

Found this guy out in the open but in good condition. Left it as per the hint with a little more camo. Thanks for the cache
Being a fairly narrow road, i backed my car into a small layby and went searching, all the while hoping dogs or people from nearby house wouldnt notice me.
I searched pretty thoroughly without luck then i happened to read the hint and started my search again and before too long i had cache in hand.
After signing log cache was returned to where found.
Thanks for the cache its_jono

I wasn’t keen on another hill climb but turned out this wasn’t what I expected from the name! Thanks for the cache!
Joined forces with EatCacheSleepRepeat and E_Smiley today to find a few local caches and as the day progressed it started to rain but we still continued with our mission.
Nice quick find here for us.

A quick find for myself and the geoteen this afternoon after avoiding the nearby bee hive in a tree hollow. We could smell the honey when we got out of the car. Tftc its_jono
Visited the Hill Climb event today and it was appropriate to collect this one whilst here. Short search using the hint and found tucked in safe. Tftc
31/3/18 Been a while between caches and it was nice to get out and collect some smilies today. My geocaching map kept playing up and hiding this cache, so I drove past it three times before finding the best parking spot. Once parked, a short walk and this little guy was in my hot little hands. TFTC its_jono
Parked nearby and wandered to where the GPS and hint said.
Found the cache uncovered and signed the log and returned to hide with camo.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks its jono All good with this cache

Today is a Geocaching Wednesday with Team Benders around Mt Cotton with a nice variety of caches selected.
We drove close to GZ where there was plenty of parking space, and headed up the track, and when I glanced back I spotted the cache sitting exposed for all a sundry to see (photo). Not good. After completing the obligatory pen and paper duties, we found a better spot still within coordinates tolerance so that the cache is still available for the next finder instead of being Muggled!
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 1.05pm on 1st March 2017. TFTC, its_jono.

Spot on co-ords and a great hint lead us right to the cache! We covered it up with a bit of leaf litter before we left. TFTC
Today's weather was beautiful, which made us decide to get some smiley's on the map !!!! We drove past the Gramzow road and had to do a quick U-turn, we arrived at the GZ but had no phone signal [:(!] , so we drove up the hill to signal. We found out that we were in the wrong place, and used the phone's GPS to navigate to GZ. On arrival, we jumped out of the car and quickly spotted the cache in sight . Thanks "its jono" for the cache, We love going off the beaten track . TFTC!!!!
Lol took the camry up the dirt road in low gear. About time it did do.e bush bashing instead of me. Parked on side road. Had a poke around and found the right log. Signed and left new treasure. Tftc. My only one today. I had a shocker of a run today.
Thanks for the lovely walk. A very beautiful setting. TFTC we left our mark and some fairy dust and cache is all in good order
Second cache. Lovely little walk to find this cache whilst the other half painted his mothers house, well sealed, no issues, easy find! happy Sunday!
Great first cache!
Unfortunately no Pokemon sighted though.
Found with Glen @ 2.21am 10/07/16

Rainy, heavy cloud cover, what to do today?
Grab a few stray caches of course!
This was our seventh cache find for today.
A nice quick find here despite the name.
I thought I was in for a real workout despite the D/T rating! LOL ...
All good here, nice & dry inside & out even though it's raining steadily.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

After doing some flag marshaling work at the Mount Cotton Hillclimb today I thought I'd grab this one on the way out.
Nice and easy find. Cache is in good condition. Signed log and replaced with some more swag.

Takes a keen eye, the GPS is not really accurate here maybe due to all the tree cover. You can do it!
A late evening find while admiring s beautiful sunset. A relief after days of torrential rain. Noted that the track able was not in the cache.
A nice easy find for our 15 years of geocaching souvenir! Gee the ground is so wet after yesterday's flash floods but we didn't have far to trek thankfully. Log signed and off for our next adventure Thank you!
Out with Rhyssa6, to meet up with some others to do a nearby night cache. We were very early, so, after visiting the starting point for that cache to orient ourselves, we made our way to a few nearby caches.
This cache was quickly located, despite our phones telling us that the cache was still some distance away. We signed the log and continued on our way

With Selva Girls filling in the afternoon before doing a nearby night cache. We'd driven to the starting point of the night cache to orient ourselves and were now looking for some caches in the local area.
We saw this group of 4 caches fairly close together on the map and decided to stop and find them. We couldn't see any way to get to the first one (looks like its on private property?) so we moved on to this one.
The area is very overgrown and we were a bit concerned about snakes so we used a stick to poke around and eventually we had it.
This ended up being the only one in this little grouping that we did as the next 2 weren't on drivable tracks so we headed off to a more hospitable area.

I had dropped Geo Wife & a friend off in Shailer Park and had an hour and a half to kill so I had studied the map to see where I could best spend my time.
It was quite hot today but I hoped that I could get a bit of shelter from the trees and maybe a breeze to go with it.
I had collected the 3 in Venman Bushland and had a great time walking thru the bush along the trails but I still had some time before I picked up the girls so I headed over here to grab a few more.
The name initially fooled me as I thought I would be in for a climb but I saw a road or track near GZ so I headed up in the car.
The track was a little rough but I took it easy and made my way up the hill.
I was able to park within 30 m of GZ and it was a comfortable stroll across to the hide location.
After a short search I had the prize in hand and another smilie on the map!!!!
Thanks Its Jono TFTC SL TNLN

About to get out of the car when the police pulled up beside us. Swapped travel bugs! And "Racer Kimberly" stopped in to say goodbye to the old travel bug and hello to the new travel bug!
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 3:31pm. We have been in here before. The cache was found quickly and it's in good condition. TFTC
I was having a late start to the usual freaky Friday hunt with IolantheK this morning. This gave me some time to collect some smileys on my way to the meeting point. The rain was holding off so far, but it was not going to stay away.
A nice quick find at GZ. Left a TB

I wasn't quite sure of how much effort was required for this one reading the cache title, but turned out to be a relatively quick find. There were a few muggles along the road, but managed to stay out of their gaze!

Nice hide, went to the wrong log first, wife found it after looking at the other end. tftc
Next stop on my morning jaunt and it's nice to be back in the bush. Most of my finds lately have been in suburbia but out here it's nice and peaceful. I actually thought the cache was going to be halfway up the hill climb but to my surprise it was much closer to the bottom. It was soon found and log signed.
Thanks for the cache jono

Out for a few night caches with a lovely bunch of ladies. Can't believe we made this one so hard. Probably didn't help that the GPS bounced a lot and it was pitch black (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it ) Thank you for placing this one
It was fun exploring here in the dark. We used our torches to look inside lots of places. We all liked climbing on the big logs.
We found this cache on the way home after doing a night cache. It was fun climbing up on the big logs and being outside at night.
Out night caching with a group. After doing Sleepy Hollow we decided to do some more caches. We all searched for ages and thankfully The Green Gecko found it.
After finding Sleepy Hollow - what else is there to do on a Saturday night in a big group but more caching! This one evaded us for quite a while - finally it was locked. **face plant on the forehead** cause how could such a simple hide be missed!
Out with the night caching crew, this one took us way longer than it should have, we went a slightly different way in, so we were trying to work out which one was the second log, most of us were busy scouring a different log. The green gecko made the find in the end, as we left we found another track and we realised then why it was the second log. Tftc
