Spent about 40 minutes looking for this, Robbie the Rat visited but could find nothing except green ants and fallen leaves. ( Of course thats what happens when you go caching for 3 months without internet access). Great possie but not sure how you prevent the cache from being washed away each wet!!

Had a hearty look for this one and alas no luck. mayhaps it should be archived. oh well nine out of ten for the caches in the topend is a great score.
Well, we had a spare half hour and were in the neighbourhood...
We found the spot easy enough but no sign of the actual cache.
Pays to wear decent shoes and something that covers your legs a bit - there are a few scratchy plants in the way.

Due to the usual heavy tropical downpours it seems that the cache is making its way to New Guinea or some other distant island.
well went to check this one for the 2 dogs and i hate to say it but your cach is M.I.A....
you may like to make a new one and place it somewhere else when you return here in july

well me and my lil snafuadv buddy went out looking for this cach and and what do you know we found it. trusting the good old gps led us right to it with a little bit of looking and thinking like a dog put us right on top of this one. we took the cash and left a bird of prey to guard this cache. even thou it was a weekend there was very few people around which ment grabbing the stash was easy as 1 2 3.
Up from the South on a business trip; and decided to give this one a shot late in the afternoon after work.
Well...yes, nice stroll through the trees...and the reason why you wouldn't try cache hunting on a weekend is a giveaway...but searching was a bit like a game of blind man's bluff. Several 'position averaged' fixes placed the co-ordinates close enough to a man-made feature that seemed to be the obvious hidey-hole. But...no joy. Then decided to carry out a radial search from the fix...again, no joy! Time was against me and I could see that this was going to be a bit of a saga. Add the fact that your intrepid explorer wearing only T-shirt and stubby shorts and with minimal local fauna knowledge, had no intention of sussing out a potential Joe Blake population in the chest-high grass and risking a severe blip in our work and get-home flight schedule.
The real problem, I guess, is that without knowing what this micro-cache was going to look like and without a generic hint of its placement and the onset of sunset...I was behind the eight-ball.
Next time, maybe...when we're back in that neck of the woods!!
