Unfortunately the bulldozers have moved further into the tree line and have destroyed not only the cache but have left no suitable area to replace it. My fear is that the whole area is about to be developed which will be a shame as the views will ultimately be restricted. Thanks to caNO713 for the info. Happy caching!
I liked the view here too. I was beginning to feel I néeded a hint when I noticed the visual anomaly. TFTC.
Another awesome camo hide!! Loved coming back up to an ol' stomping ground of mine:) amazing views and another amazing cache by the Nottinghamers:)) TFTC
We tried several ways in without success. Perhaps we could be given a parking WP or a suggestion as to which street we need to be at the end of? Don't think it could be on private property and snakes looked likely at this site. Eeeeek!
Making this a Note rather than DNF because we did not get close enough for a proper search.

This certainly is an amazing view! The sea was looking extremely blue today. We have been here hunting for another cache a while ago. We took a while to find this extremely sneaky hide. As we searched a group of roos hopped past and then Mr. Herbz spotted a well disguised lizard basking in a tree. The coords were spot on and eventually it was Mrs. Herbz who made the find. TFTC Nottinghammers.
Had a lack of caching lately, but finally got the chance today for this one, which I believe gives me the whole set of Nottinghammer caches to date,of course this one didn't disappoint ,what a great view, would love to see a bike take that ramp. Now should I give this a favorite point,or wait for the next new cache.TFTC.
Found while out with dad and Ashlee.18.
I made the find, yay! Fav point from us.

We had been for lunch at a great Indian Restaurant very near to Highland Park #3 and had grabbed #1 & #2 as well and this one was just begging to be found.
We eventually found the right route up to the view and it was certainly a popular spot when we were there but that didn't hinder our search.
The view from here and at GZ is absolutely SPECTACULAR, if only we could afford to build a house up here!!!
We searched around a bit for GZ proper then Geo Wife spotted something out of the ordinary and jackpot we had the cache in hand.
Thanks Nottinghamers TFTC SL
Thank you for the great camoed cache, the view and the Alternate view, this is worth a favourite point!!

Had the time to grab 5 today, this being one of them...
Been up here for another cache, that was a great hide, as us this one. Fav from me. TFTC.

Had another look today and thankfully cache was still in it's true location (thanks Perusal). I am puzzled as to what is causing it's disturbance and have come to the conclusion that it is either (1) Ghosts trying out geocaching or (2)birds playing around with a newcomer to the area. Assuming (2) is the more likely I have tried to provide some deterrent to their antics - hopefully they will now leaf well alone. BTW the earthworks is an attempt to widen the firebreak area and should not interfere with GZ. Happy caching!
I had the same experience as MonkeyMaker. I found the cache intact on the ground. I also replaced it where it seemed to suit best.Another interesting construction Nottinghamers. A bulldozer had been up the hill today making a mess of the road/ walkway, but not as yet near GZ. It may need checking on soon. A favourite point for your box of favourite points.
A message to the CO last night to confirm and reserve a parking spot for my attack this morning.
It hadn't occurred to me until I was parked but it probably wasn't the best day to come check out the view. Drizzly and overcast early this morning so the view was a little less amazing but having been here plenty of times before on perfect days I know how it should look.
A short walk from the car and I was soon looking out over Nerang in a slightly different direction. Not to sure what the scaffold is for just down the hill but I bet the local kids like using it. Back up to GZ where a spot grabbed my attention but there was nothing there. I had a quick scout around but still nothing. Rechecked my gps and as I was looking down, there it was on the ground. All complete and unbroken, well thats weird. So I took bronze and replaced it where I'm pretty sure it's suppose to live.
I had another look around the bike track while I was there, I'm quite surprised to see it still active considering how close it is to the houses.
Thanks again Nottinghamers a pleasure as usual.

Well well well. What do we have here? A new Nottinghamers cache. And I have a half hour or so free. There's only one thing to do... Let's go find it!
Upon arriving at GZ I immediately recognized where I was. We used to live just below here. A beautiful spot and thanks for bringing us back up here.
A few minutes of searching proved fruitless as the GPSr didn't like to play nice this morning. So I messaged the CO to double check we were in the right spot. But while waiting for a reply we widened the search area and soon had a nice fresh log in hand. FTF @ 9:10AM. TFTC. SL.

We were 2nd to find. Always love a Nottinghamer cache. They are such a challenge. We parked where we've parked for a cache close to here before and realized the other cache must be archived now. Saw the bike jumps that have been built. Seems to me quite a bit of bravery is needed to do these jumps and the sideways ramp on this track on your bike. We walked down the gently sloping track on foot and found ourselves another fantastic view. Thanks for bringing us here again Nottinghamers. We thought we'd be here for sometime but we struck it lucky and found the cache after only a few minutes searching. Phew! What a relief! Another favourite point coming your way. [^][^]
