Found nice and easy was working in the area might be a good idea to move it as this sign is getting pulled out for a new path
Glorious winter Saturday, and was in the area so thought I’d come and avenge an earlier DNF…dunno how I missed this the first time! Very interesting history in any event…thanks for the cache!
This was actually the first ever cache I got brought to, when I was a muggle.
And we couldn’t find it
What a start and a bit the story of my life geocaching anyway
Thanks buckoraider for introducing me
And thanks for the hide to the owner
I m short so I had to park my car in a way to be used as a ladder

Found with TaytoTaffy. Not many muggles on this side of the road, even had time for lunch after the Spit Shack cache. TFTC
After having a nice coffee at Rodney’s we thought we would grab this on our way home tftc
Woohoo, thanks for updating this quickly, Zimba. Much appreciated!
I struggled with getting and replacing this cache at 5'8", for the reference of future finders.

Wasn't successful with this one today. It's right near my work, so I'll keep an eye out for a future successful find, and then make a second attempt.

Second find while waiting for a plane to catch. A quick drive by grab as we continued on yo find somewhere to sign the log. The return also took a little while. TFTC
Needed to visit the swedish furniture shop but had some time to kill
Made a quick detour to grab this one.

After brunch at the cafe nearby, we went to grab this one. Like others, we found the GC on the ground. I got gremlindaddy to put it back where it should be and check that it was firmly in position. Gremlinkid #2 and her gremlin cousin both loved the horses in the paddock next door. TFTC.

This one took a long time. Silvereyes found it ages ago and came with me today. I looked last week with no success. She finally found it on the ground. Hope we put it where the CO means it to be. Loved the history of the Fire Shed. Thank you.
Couldnt work out what this has to do with firefighting (maybe the shed?) But retrieved, logged and returned. Tftc.
You can marvel at the horses while waiting for muggles to pass.
Detoured through Pialligo to bag this one for my Canberra Mapping Challenge, but now feel like going and having a coffee somewhere and sitting in the sun.

Avenged a previous DNF when the cache must have been missing. A quick find today. Thanks for maintaining the cache ZimbaW - nice new log and cache in good condition.
I work quite close to this one but it is always extremely busy when I am here. So I took the opportunity to grab it while out night caching in the area.
I did not evwn know this was here.
Thank you

Had a nice brunch at Rodneys and couldn't help but grab a quick cache on our way past. TFTC.
Valentine's Day spent with the family at Rodney's, with a quick stop to get this little guy on the way home. Even had a visit from an affectionate little Stallion! TFTC!

A quick find doing my random cache for the day, nicely hidden and interesting bit of history. TFTC.
Found with ZimbaW when doing maintenance. Nice new cache and log to replace the old, same place.
Found at 812pm after study....in the cold...so I could continue my streak. Needed an extraction tool to get the log out. Thanks for bringing me out here. TFTC.
Got this one as a driveby whilst in the area. Easy enough to tuck in off the road and collect the log, but it took ages to leave again as about a dozen cars suddenly came along (heading back from Pialligo Estate I think, driving veeeery slowly.

Find # 8145
Found with sharkiefan while spending time in Canberra before heading up to the Gong event.
A quick grab after a bit of a stretch. Thankfully we had the tools needed to get the log out.
I think this has been our only cache of this size for the trip.

Day 41
Found with FUF009 while in the area. Our only nano in the ACT. I spotted the tiny hut your cache refers to. Tftc
A little detour this morning. Unfortunately didn’t have the right tool, and the paper was a bit wet still
Found for the P366, missing one for today.
Nice little drive-by. Shame about the lack of heritage preservation - seems to be a common theme in the ACT...

Great cache this one especially the fact that the history lesson comes with a shed that you would normally pass by and not even think about. Did not take out the log and sign as it because it was slightly wet and we did not have tweezers. TFTC
Attending the Clear Water 2019 mega this Easter in Queanbeyan. Found with a group catchers and logged as "Lucky9" Thanks for the series and for placing it ZimbaW
Found on my way home from Canberra Clear Waters Geocaching Event with Skyejam and Sevabo. “Lucky9” Thanks .
This Sunday morning this area was popular with the locals looking for whatever the local businesses are hawking
Fortunately there were no cars parked at GZ,
so this was a quick cache find from the push bike
TFTC and bit of history [^]

Out and about with a few caching buddies during the Mega. We found a number of caches today of varying D/Ts and desirability. My apologies for the generic log but I'm logging these over two weeks later and unless something sticks out I have somewhat hazy memories of these finds. Next time, I'll do what a fellow Victorian does and take multiple photos of the site such that it jogs the memory bank.
My thanks to all the COs who've put out caches for the community to enjoy and/or some mind bending puzzles. All good fun.

Another of the many caches we found today.

Today I teamed up with interstate cachers to complete a varied selection of multis, traditionals and unknown caches that we had targeted.
Once again were were fortunate to have some great weather for it.

Today was a big day finding puzzles that we had solved along with different cache types, old caches and others that we came across on our travels. [^]
The South Aussie's again teamed up and signed the logs as JAMSS (JJ52, Aussie M & M, mogni, SpidermonkeysMum and Southern Cross Caching) to save space in all the log books that we find.
A fun day was had by all, with some great caches found and lots of laughter along the way.

Out with JJ52, Spidermonkeysmum, Southern Cross Caching and Aussie M & M for a huge day of geocaching near Canberra. We are caching as JAMSS to save taking up space in all the caches we find.
My apologies for the generic logs but sadly many caches have blurred into a mess in my head. It may have to do with 4500 km I drove in 8 days.
Thanks to ZimbaW from mogni

Found with Southern Cross Caching, AussieM&M, Mogni and JJ52 on one of our Mega days out. Signed as JAMSS. Many thanks for this cache, and all the others that made our experience in and around the ACT memorable. Cheers from SA.
Found this cache during an epic three days at the mega event in clearwaters.
TFTC and placing this cache for our enjoyment.

We were actually heading to another cache and saw this one on the map so made a quick detour. Nice quick find. Thanks for the hide ZimbaW.
A great morning of caching in Canberra, before heading out to Bungendore to finish of a powertrail. Even managed to squeeze in a parkrun at Mt Ainslie as well. Started a little fresh, but soon turned into a perfect caching day. All caches were found quick and easy, thanks to all cache owners for putting them out there!

Quick cache once we stopped driving past. Thanks for the interesting history of the shed - been past so many times and didn’t even give it a second look. TFTC!
On a fly in fly out day trip up to our nations capital to fill in the last State / Territory find of our great country.
A nice warm day to be out finding a few caches.
This one was the second one for my trip and you would not realise what the shed was used for back in the day.
Onto some more history I hope.
Thanks Cankid TFTC.

Well, I am way way behind on my logging... So I decided that being the first day of the new year, it was the ideal time to catch up... Except it's now the second day of the new year...
I had been at a forum at the cool winery joint at the end of the road for a couple of days and noticed this beckoning. So a quick stop on the way past at the end and I soon found the cache. There was no way I could get the log out though without tweezers or the like, which I didn't happen to have. Still, I reckon I found it. TFTC

Nff but epic execution! Why do I never have tweezers when i need them.!?!?!? Whilst sitting in my car struggling to extract the log, a flow of muggles seemed to appear nearby. Though I needn’t have worried as they had all gone on their merry way by the time I finally got the log signed. Lol. Too funny TFTC
Found while staying in Canberra for the fortnight. Thanks for the cache Cankid!
