Tftc - searched for a while before utilising a PACO. Found quickly after that. Fav point for making it harder than Im use to
We are on another short (three day) caching holiday in North Western Sydney, staying for two nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Holidays Avina BIG4 Holiday Park at Vineyard. Planning on exploring the suburbs of Lalor Park, Kings Park, Marayong, Glenwood, The Ponds, Rouse Hill, Scheyville, Agnes Banks, Yarramundi, Hawkesbury Heights, and Castlereagh. Hoping to collect some more previously solved Mystery/Puzzle caches, complete some more Adventure Labs and SideTracked caches, and accumulate some more "units of fuel" for the "Cosmic Quest" souvenir challenge with a view to scoring the 100 point Ultra fuel souvenir. Our final day will have us going via Nurragingy Reserve at Doonside, for some more caching and a visit to the Nurragingy Miniature Railway, before taking the M7 & M2 Motorways back to home. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base.Today (day 3) we started the day with a ladder climb cache at Rouse Hill and then headed over to Nurragingy Reserve at Doonside for a visit to the Nurragingy Miniature Railway, followed by a nearby five stage Adventure Lab and associated AL Bonus cache, then a circuit walk around the northern end of Nurragingy Reserve between Richmond Road and the M7 Motorway. Ended our day with a previously solved Mystery/Puzzle cache and a Traditional cache in Melrose Park at Quakers Hill, before hopping onto the M7 Motorway and heading homeward. This was the 14th of 20 finds for the day (day 3), and 50th of 56 finds for the holiday. This one was next, on our circuit walk (clockwise) around the northern end of Nurragingy Reserve, and it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced the nicely crafted cache as found. Some speedy lycra speeded past GZ while we were signing the log. TFTC dkmacca.Find #7033
After work, lets run some innings over here in Western Sydney Parklands. A speedy find here, inching my way towards a big milestone next week. TFTC dkmacca
Oh man! This took a while! HahahaYou gotta preserve with this oneThis is the top of our finds so far!! Seymourbutts gang
Tried to find a few caches on my long cycle trip from the city towards the mountains. No luck here.
TFTCThis one took a little bit but glad I persevered and luckily not many muggles around due to the weather.
Ahhh frustrating couldnt find it! GPS was putting me in the middle of the pathway, so many options around. A hint would be lovely
Well, this was a very clever hide and a lot different to the last find. Great construction. TFTC
Nearly gave up, other logs gave me the inspiration to persevere. Nicely done
Found it but didn’t sign the log as there were wee spores on the post it in the centre, might be suede new log/seal on lid?
Got myself an E-bike recently, so this was my first jaunt down the M7. Definitely not one of the lycra brigade - they were flying past me as I tootled along. I decided I'd go as far as the Quaker's Hill turn off & turn back. But I just happened to check the app & noticed a cache nearby. Woohoo!
Nice construction as usual dkmacca. (I have to admit I'd love to see you smuggle your caches in & out) Fave poi9nt for another great camo.

I'm currently living outside this LGA and can't maintain these Caches while in lockdown. I will enable once I can get back into the area for maintenance.

Spent a fair while searching the wrong places for the wrong type of cache. We knew it would be something sneaky but we just weren't getting it. A few pauses to rethink and start again.
We finally added some logic based on the previous maintenance log and the sneaky cache was found. TFTC!!

Finally managed to organise a time and the correct parking to collect this well built cache..
DKM always crafts high quality containers and this is no exception. Easily spotted at midnight with no pushies around to disturb me.

Revenged wow how did I miss that the first time. Great hide TFTC found with Twinkletoes72
Found it Gusph was super excited, he does not like your clever hides Came for a bike ride and to finish this area.
Nearly gave up because of the heat but then we saw something that didn't look quite right, and there it was. So well made, TFTC!
Great day of caching near the Hawkesbury River. Started in Ebenezer with the AL, unfortunately very unsuccessful as the location service on my phone was struggling and could not fix on the wp's I needed. Luckily I also made a good plan for other caches so the day turned out productive. Weather was really good, about 20 with a little breeze and nice and sunny. After finishing up in Windsor I had time left and went for a bike ride in this nice reserve! Great hide!

Amazing camo! I’m always amazed at the lengths some GeoCachers go to hide some of these! TftC!!!

Fortunately we could park in a side lane out of the way of all the Saturday cyclists. After an unsuccessful search for a certain type of cache, we changed strategies and soon found the well made cache. However, we needed pliers to open the cache. Lucky we had a repair kit with us in our bike panniers. TFTC
Geobiking day around Western Sydney Parklands. Thanks dkmacca for this amazing series. 18 founds and 4 DNF.

Time is ticking by and I still need 40+ finds before earning the last of the Hidden Creature souvenirs. Was originally planning to do the Richmond Rd trail but spotted this one and figured it would be a great day for a bike ride.
How appropriate to find this cache via bike and during the Tour de France (day 7). Good luck Richie Porte!!! I used to do a bit a road cycling in my speedy lycra but have switched more to my mountain bike in recent years as I find it better for caching. Happy to say this was also a speedy find.

That took me and my sister forever to find it was a amazing camo.We were stuck between a rock and a hard place for a while.
Had some trouble finding this one, until a previous log had us looking on the correct side of the path where the cache was uncovered fairly quickly... Awesome Camo TFTC
Following help and encouragement from the CO I'm back at the Western Sydney Parklands to try and reverse some of the dnf's I had when last here a couple of weeks ago. This was the second failure last time but not today. Easy when you know where to look. Off to see if my luck holds out with How's James. TFTC and your help macca.

An afternoon walk through Western Sydney Parkland; home of quite a few caches.
Approaching the M2 motorway, there were no cyclists in site. So I could do a careful search of the area. Luckily this sneaky cache revealed itself quickly.

Finally a cooler day and an opportunity to do some caching. I decided it was time to head west from the east to tackle the dkmacca caches in Western Sydney Parklands as I have been told his caches were very clever and unique. I managed to tackle sixteen caches and found seven. Unfortunately the ones I found were bisons and nanos so I am yet to see any of his unique caches.
The last cache in this part of the Parklands soon ended the run of two finds in a row. Although I searched for about twenty mins I came up empty handed. Time for some lunch. TFTC.

Passed by only one cycling muggle today but made the find once he’d gone

Our seventh find for the day. The coordinates and the map from the app had us looking on the western side of the bike path. After a lot of looking around for something out of place, Geogirl #1 made the discovery on the eastern side of the path. Not sure if it has been moved from it original location, but we returned it to where we found it. Thanks for the effort you have put into creating this cache! TFTC!

I wanted 16 today to make 25 for the weekend my target for every week until September 2018. Long way to go.
Started the day with 2 DNF then found one before stopping near the dean park entrance to this park. Wow what a lovely afternoon for a lovely walk. Hope to being able to grab all the caches around here. Took me a few minutes. I was looking for the wrong type of hide don't know why, but after I reading a few past log I take a different angle and bingo. Now to walk back. Tftc.

#4245- bikerbuddy and I were home alone today, so we decided to head out for a day's caching. Most of the caches in the area I had already done, but this was one of the few that I hadn't.
Some time ago I was flying past and was going to stop but couldn't easily spot anywhere to park, so I just continued on. Today, we were doing a few in the nearby reserve and decided to head up here. I knew it was on a bike track and it turned out to not be far away.
Somehow I was looking for something magnetic (don't know where I got that from- perhaps the last cache....) when bikerbuddy turned it up. No riders on the track while we were there today - thanks.

This was my fourth of thirteen caches today on a day out with the WaywardWoman. She had previously found most of the caches, so this was her first potential find for the day. Things didn’t start well, however. We checked all the most obvious places and we came up with nothing. We spread our search a little farther afield, but we still couldn’t find the cache. I really wanted to find this, since I didn’t want the WaywardWoman walking away empty handed from her first potential find. So, I checked through a few logs. None of them really gave anything away, but one of them said something that made me rethink how I had been searching. It just so happened that after that I was lucky enough to look in the right spot immediately and saw the something that was only slightly different. I checked, and sure enough, I had found the cache. A little sigh of relief. Thanks
3250 A little hunting but there it was just waiting. Many thanks to dkmacca for establishing and maintaining another cache.
After having found Zoom Klunk Klunk we continued walking along the combined walk- and cycle way. At GZ we first thought we spotted something saying GC.... on the power box but it turned out to be CCTV...
Searched around a while on both sides before finally spotting something that just looked a little bit different. There it was, and we could sign the log and head on towards the waiting geo-mobile.
