Amazing views here and a beautiful seat to sit and take it all in.Great spot!TFTC. All in good condition here
Easy find but the lid was missing. Found the lid nearby and put it all back together.
Omi35NK I was a little disappointed with the sign ive seen it at night froma distance and i thought it was like the hollywood sign but on closer daylight inspection its on a wall. But thank u for bringing me here.
I had surgery last Friday on both feet, so have been cast and crutches bound since. Suffering from Cabin Fever after only seven days, Mr D suggested we go for a drive - and find a few caches if he can into the bargain. How could I not refuse. I can sit in the car, I can navigate. I don't have to get out of the car - unless for a comfort break. After a long drive from Warwick over The Head, and no where for a comfort break, we headed into Boonah for a wee break, then continued our Scenic Rim Tour.Have been to this lookout previously, in it's batty days, precaching, but I was itching to get out of the geo subi for a look out. Meanwhile Mr D went and found the cache, despite muggles in a blue mazda intent only on their phones, sat nearby. The log and contents were soggy, so we replaced the soggy loggy and placed it in a dry baggy.....Then I got back into the subi, put my crutches back on the back seat and fastened my seat belt. Thanks for the hide ruzzelz
Good find it was well hidden but you may need to replace your log book as it is a bit wet.
Stopped to check out the Veiw from here and thought there should be a Cache here and sure enough there was so after a Cuppa and a Bikkie the Cache was found and we were on our way. TFTC
Good find. We were busy looking at the mountains for quite a while but got back to the case at hand.

Found with Giraffe18 .
I felt like going for a drive and lunch in the country today. So here we are at a Lookout above Boonah.
Have been out this way many times but never to this exact spot.
Giraffes eagle eyes had the cache in hand nice and quick.
Thanks for bringing us to this lovely spot

Making my way to Rathdowney for the night I’ve left early so I can stop for a few caches along the way. Nice lookout up here, no one around so the cache was quickly located with the hint. Tftc
Despite numerous trips to Boonah over the years, I have no memory of visiting this lookout before. Conditions today were probably as good as it gets!
I dashed up between Sunday services and took photos alongside a couple of muggles before sneaking aside to find this well-situated cache.
An FP if I have one. TFTC and a new destination for when I bring guests.

Found myself down here this morning with NurseyJulie as she was keen to make a start on some of the icons in the area. Having previously found this one, she was happy to swing by and give me the opportunity to tick it off. [^]
Only a couple of places it could be when the GPS counts down, so the cache was quickly spotted and removed for business.
Cheers ruzzelz.

Day 2 of my trip to Geraldton to see old friends that aren't traveling too well aiming for any adventure labs, earth caches and virtual's and of course any others that appear on the radar.
The cachee page here had a wealth of information which I found quite interesting and then the drive up to g.z. were I was greeted with a fantastic array of flowers at the Bicentennial place, The cache itself was very well hidden but I did have a nice quick find and I've added our name to the log. I signed as TC to save room in the log. There were great views from here .
Thank you very much for the cache page and the hide at this great location.

It wasn’t my plan to visit Boonah and surrounds, but that’s where I’ve ended up…
Boonah certainly has a variety of COs… I stopped to enjoy the view before strolling over to collect the cache…

15/1/22 Find #5273
Today was a day for girls to get out and have some fun!! Coz they just wanna, they just wanna, oh girls just wanna have fun! And that’s exactly what SaintsMadHouse, KBreeAHH, Cosmonaut95 and I were going to do. That and some maintenance for SaintsMadHouse and friends along the way.
Funny story about this one, i actually found it with Fangsoki last year, and not only did I forget to log it, my companion forgot to write my name in the log. So today I revisited it with SaintsMadHouse and co, and walked straight up to the cache to retrieve it and finally get my name in the logbook.
Thanks for the cache ruzzelz.

Found as part of SMH+3. First caching trip up here since I've moved back to Brisbane. TFTC.
Found during a Day out with Cosmonaut97, 1MinnieMoo and KbreeAhh. Lots of laughs and antics throughout the day. Some of the finds were geocachews I have adopted and needed to find and maintain. Others were new to me and some maintenance was also done on any we found to be in need of some TLC.
Letf a gem stone and picked up a lady for the day (also left a new piece of paper)
Stopped for some lunch after doing the nearby AL with Bushed Two, a great elevated view of the region. TFTC
Soon found the cache and stopped off in the vine shelter for a picnic lunch. Thanks for the cache.

After climbing Mount Edwards in the morning, we came for a drive through this area and were able to collect a few more geocaches around here. This was definitely a favourite of the day. As we drove up the nearby road, we had no idea of the beautiful view we would have from GZ, which felt very much like we were in a fairly urban street area.
In the little seat area nearby, the vines were flowering with bright green and orange colours. We stopped to take a few pictures and enjoy this general area.
Then it was time to find the sneaky hide, which is beautifully hidden.
Adding a FP here.
Thanks ruzzelz

My first question upon reading about this area was "given the council cut down all the trees, they expected the bats to go.. where exactly?". Not much I can do about it now.
This afternoon, oz_bean_counter and I need to make our way from Binna Burra to Moogerah. A long look at the map before we leave yields no geocaches of interest, except for this one. Save for a stop in Beaudesert for BBQ supplies, we decide to meet here.
I had made a joke about meeting some Branch Davidians up here, but it needed half-explaining for being a hecka niche joke. Just after 16:15 we parked up beside each other at the lookout. This would prove to be a joyous place to spend a good bit of time.
Firstly, we looked at the view. For ages. You really can see forever, across the town, out across farms and to the mountains. Our timing was perfect, as I counted 37 Jacaranda below, bold purple beacons among the green. Then we looked for the geocache.
Naturally, I was poking about somewhere very wrong when OBC made sense of the hint and brought a logbook into the light. We agreed that it was a 'very ruzzelz' hiding place. It was retruned as found and we enacted our third step of being here; looking at the view.
Only this time I took photos, looked closer at the arch and we talked about all sorts until we decided we should make a move to get to the BBQ. A perfect geocache to stop at, and a nice end to the geocaching portion of the day. Thanks for bringing me here, ruzzelz

This has to be my favourite cache of the day. The views were amazing . I think we counted more than 35 Jacaranda trees in bloom, which looked like purple blobs across the rolling countryside. This is what caching is about for me - the location. Best drive-by I've seen in years, throwing in a FP.
1MinnieMoo and I decided to grab me a few caches before we met our friends for a celebratory dinner at a nearby pub for Pprime's 10,000th find.
We pulled up for this one right on sunset. What a splendid view. We took some snaps and then set about finding the cache. 1MinnieMoo found it nice and quickly and I signed the log.
It is no surprise this is a ruzzelz cache. Have a favourite point for the view. TFTC

Spots like this is why I love geocaching so much! What a great view . Because everything looks so dry it looked like the Wild West down below! A great clue revealed the cache location too. Thanks for bringing us here. Tftc
Out for a drive in the country with Mr CuriousQuest, finding a few caches along our travels. Another quick find and sign and we were on our way again. TFTC
Out today with Selva Girls. grabbing a few caches around the Scenic Rim . This was a nice quick find; log signed and cache returned as found. TFTC
