Knowing that the lid of this cache was damaged I came past today hopeful of installing a replacement and helping out with a new log. Unfortunately none of the variety of lids I had with me were a fit, so I still signed the log and replaced it safely away. It looks as though the lid has been nibbled by rats. This spot would appear to get a fair bit of water during heavy rain.
Sorry I couldn't assist!

Quick cache after work....
The cache was filled with water so the logbook is completely soaked through.
I tried to replace the lid with one I had in the car, but mine was to small.

Out for a little caching on my two hour window for adventure! Lockdown has bought a totally different approach to caching with the introduction of homework! Much time for homework in fact. Therefore many more puzzles solved, both as a solo and collective effort. Thanks to my fellow geo buddies for assistance when needed.
And in between were a few traditionals, though not nearly as many of them left these days
Logs all in good condition unless otherwise noted.
Thanks to Kittykatch for putting out and maintaining all of these caches for our enjoyment!

Miss 5 found this one within seconds while my efforts were focused on different spot. Thank you for the cache
Looked ask lover for this one by but couldn't find anything even tried beating back the blackberries but to no avail.
This one took us a while due to the overgrown foliage but we persevered and found our prize. TFTC.

In the middle of our ACT roadtrip for the year, and we have a 'rest day' in a sea of caches! The kids needed a bit of a breather, so we decided on a tree-climb and large container focus for the day, with assorted others thrown in here and there, for an enjoyable 18 finds.
A nice quick find here, of my favourite micro container - these bad boys just don't leak, so a nice dry log.... TFTC!

On a warm afternoon, the sea breeze in my hair, I set forth, adventuring.

Canberra Day 3: Lake Burley Griffin West Loop
Headed out today for another bike ride to find yet more caches in Canberra. The target was the far out AL waypoints and all the little Parks along the way. The ride went swimmingly with a lot of lovely vistas and views of the lake along the way, though slowly but surely, the midday heat started taking its toll. Huffed and puffed up to the National Arboretum visitor centre for lunch, and headed back down to finish off the rest of the circuit. It has been one tiring day, but generally very productive throughout.
This is the specific log for this cache:
Quick enough find here though I kicked up by coming from the wrong direction. I thought it would be easier to come from the highway, but it was on the other side of the fence. So, I had to jump the fence to get to this one. But, all good otherwise. TFTC!

I attended a nearby Christmas caching event and my secret Santa gift was hidden about 125m from this cache. Before today I did not know that this park existed. TFTH
Saw a plane flying overhead, but I don’t think he spotted me. Got the log signed, before the plane turned back. Boy, that was close! Tftc.
Nice spot near the lake, easy find on our way home from the ANU open day. You wouldn’t even know it’s there... unless you were looking for it. Thanks!
Nice quick find today as few muggles around - must be too cold for them, but not for hardy cachers! TFTC
On a walk around the lake and I thought I will be stopping and finding others, but it seems that that was not a good idea! Quick find here, but then I had to restart the wherigo TFTC!!
Sunday cycle about West Basin, agew caches found along the way. Cache in good condition, signed and returned. TFTC Kittykatch and GrimRaider
Sax64 needed to get fit for his big hike in Chile/Argentina next year so we decided to take the geohounds for a walk around LBG and I was keen to pick up caches along the way This was our fourth one on the list and an easy find, signing log and putting back for the next person to find, log book and container in good condition. tftc KittyKatch and GrimRaider
Found this cache while touring around our national capital. A nice little quiet area where you could come and hide and not be found for a while. We did not even see any little Red Dwarf Rocks no even any other colors either.
We found the cache, we signed the log, replaced it where belongs, then on our way, finally a log for it.
Thanks guy for placing this cache, Lil DOnna

Hi there Kittykatch. An easy day today - camped at the oval in Queenbeayan for the Mega event and started out not too long before midday. Today we just went Geo-Touring, with no-where in particular in mind. We only managed 6 finds today but it was a good day touring around Canberra with a few finds to boot. This cache and log are in good condition. SL. Thanks to Kittykatch for this cache - our find #6523.
Found while cycling around the cycle track in Canberra during the mega events. Thanks

I was in Queanbeyan with my boyfriends family, As I've not cached before, I signed some logs of the caches I found with XC, until I came up with my caching name.
I had lots of fun, met some nice people and found some great hides.
Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.

I started by finding a few caches around the MEGA ground. Next, I headed out with AngusnmumyAdventures and LilDonnasAdventure to enjoy the fun that the ‘Clear Waters’ mega event has to offer. We also collected some caches around the Canberra to try and fill in our ‘Cacheopoly’ board. Lots of fun and creative hides were found that were on the list to find and also some bonus finds. Some of which were GCA finds for me. After finding the answers to claim a find on ‘The Federation Rocks!’ we headed off in our separate ways. Most were quick finds and were great to see that they were all maintained and in good shape. TB visit on all caches and most were signed as AMA, LDA & JM to save time and space. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring enjoyment to me and the caching community. TFTC’s
