Found this cache with my Amazing Geo-Wife KaleidoscopeCass during our 6 day roadtrip starting off with the Geocaching for Newbies event held at Widgee, Qld. Cache was found and signed and logged, Thanks for placing this cache and being a part of our journey!
Geohubby WallabyTim and I were lucky enough to find this cache as it was loaded on our GPS. It had been replaced by RoddyC. Now that we are home from our week long geocaching holiday, we are logging our finds and noticed that this cache has been disabled - and that the CO has been inactive for 700+ days
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

Time to Archive. The CO appears to not be attending to this cache anymore nor responding to maintenance and DNF logs, and the container an no longer be located. Time to put it out of its misery so people are not coming here for thin air.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
This cache needs maintenance as three cachers have been unable to find it. Can CO please advise of its status. Thanks.
Did Not Find 10 November 2017 5:40 pm heading to Bundaberg and then back to Brisbane for family reasons.

Have a few in this interesting series. Thanks for taking us to these places & for the caches we've found on our adventures today Muff Mafia xo
A day off work and the weather forecast agreed with me that it was a great day to head down to have a look up Mount Mitchell. What a stunning walk that was! On the way back down I took a "detour" to grab a few caches, including this one. A quick find and sign. Hope the dog over the road calmed down after I left. Thanks for the cache, Muff Mafia.
So many small schools have disappeared over the years. Hopefully the signs last longer than the schools did.

Morning out with Kestal to Goomburra and on the return she mentioned this one which she had found and I hadn't so she navigated me here where I was able to do a quick park and grab. Thanks Muff Mafia.
Last one for the day.
Headed to GZ.
Interesting history and trying to imagine the school there with the kids running around in the yard.
Soon found the cache and signed the log.

TFTC 1861# great site out and about with daughter and geo dogs miss millie and George
We had lots of big brown eyes watching us on this one. Another lovely location for a Cache.
We have been away for ten days and Mr RV geo had an appointment in Toowoomba. We had been to Goomari Pumpkin festival and had a business appointment in Cooroy, so in someways this unexpected appointment was a blessing as it took us across the ridge and we avoided all the horrible weather that so many people got caught up in. We hung out in Cliffton for two days till the rain and wind subsided so we were really ready for some exercise and something fun to do on our way home to the Gold Coast. We had little knowledge of what may find us there so we decided to take our time. We had done a couple of these before and really enjoyed the History lesson. This was a nice easy find and we really enjoyed the scenery. Thanks Muff Mafia for the Cache. for a visit.

Mrs. Herbz wasn't paying attention and we drove 500m past here before we realised our mistake! A quick u-turn and we were soon at the right spot. We were just talking about how many little schools there used to be in the area. We suppose it was because transport was limited back in the day. TFTC.
Out and about in the area over the last couple of days finding a few caches before meeting some friends yesterday for a campfire and Bucks party at Gordon Country.
So after a very slow start to the I needed to get the body working again and a quick 1.5 hr lap of the Ridge Walk to find that cache did just that.
Now to head to Toowoomba to visit Mum.
A couple of new caches in the region since I was last here so a bit of a zig zag way but I got to Toowoomba. [^]
A quick find.
Thanks for the cache.

My aunts trained as teachers during ww2. One of them told me she was only 15 when she was sent to a little school like this probably was. That's the way things were in those days with most of the male teachers in the armed forces. No swaps of course, but signed log and managed to get the Log back in the container. TFTC, muffler Mafia.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Today was a bit disorganised we were to head out and make a delivery to help the Qld Mega Committee but then a Dr's appointment changed our plans with very little notice.
After the Dr's we decided to pick up a few caches around Warwick that we had run out of time to convert into smilies last week. Once those were accomplished it was off on the highway to Cunningham's Gap for our 'rendezvous'

Looking forward to meeting other geocachers at the Queensland Mega event

Made the find on the way home with a muggle friend after a girly weekend in Warwick. TFTC Muff Mafia
I really enjoyed this series. Every stop we tried to imagine how things were and how things have changed. We felt like we had stepped back in time, until we jumped back into geomobile. Thanks for this cache and the series! This was a quick find!
Nice drive in this part of the country. I enjoy driving on these country roads that have a history of yesteryear farming. Did not see any other traffic but there were lots of cows. Signed log YOF as this is what I use on Nano and Micro logs as youngoldfella takes up too much paper. TFTC Muff Mafia.
