We had looked for this cache during a previous visit but without success. Given the recent positive history of finds, we stopped this morning on our way to Victor Harbor. It took us a few minutes to locate the cache, eventually finding it 9m East of the published coordinates. Only then did the hint make sense. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 12drawer for the cache.

Stopped here on the way to Kuitpo to boost the numbers. I spotted the elephant, but not the hippo. Maybe the angle from where I had parked. Took me a little while to find the cache because of jumping to conclusions. Thanks again 12drawer - second one of yours today.

Hi 12drawer, I found Kuitpo Safari today. I am on my way between the Goulburn Valley in Victoria to McLaren Vale in South Australia. Collecting a few smilies on the way.

Many thanks 12drawer for providing and maintaining this game piece for our enjoyment.

What a day we have had today. The first thing that happened right before my eyes all my maps just disappeared from the GPS, nothing we did would bring them back. Finally after several phone calls trying to fix the problem we ended up on the phone to Garmin who declared that the GPS was terminal. We will be without a GPS for a couple of weeks so it is caching with the phone, yuk. Today we needed to say no to a few of the Forty Winks caches that we had targeted.
The phone has an app on it that monitor’s my heart and I am not allowed to be more than 2 meters from the phone, the terrain was beyond me, if hubby had gone for the caches he would have needed to use the phone, the next thing would be a phone call wondering if everything was OK.
All the caches that we found today were in good condition and the majority of co-ords are spot on. Our finds were a mix of trads, multi and puzzles.

We went out on a caching run today with ilook4geo and found a selection of traditional and multi caches, as well as some that were suitable for the month of January. That particular run has not been completed yet, as we have kept some for another time. Most of the caches were easy to find, but some were a bit more challenging which made things interesting.
Many thanks go to 12drawer for this cache placement.

Camping at Mt Compass for Easter we had a late start today messing about in camp before heading out at lunch time. We decided to attempt a few caches we had missed whilst driving around over the last week. Also to revisit some Sad and attempt to convert to Big Grin

Took 2 visits today as Mrs Felix attempted on her own but the nearby dog was barking and then the neighbour across the road came out so time to move on. We returned later together and once Mr F exhausted his search of all the same spots he found the cache further afield.

Today with COVID-19 requirements still in effect, but fitness still being promoted, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to head to Kuitpo for some mountain biking. We parked near the corner of Brookman Road and Gum View Road, and rode our mountain bikes north of Brookman Road around the fire tracks around the forestry area, finding the various *Animal Facts* series caches. We also joined a section of the Kidman Trail. We only anticipated to ride one half of these tracks, but we were making good time, and with it being a nice day, we continued our ride. We returned to have lunch, and then did a proper mountain biking session under the pine trees at Prospect Hill. A nice day out, and we saw a few kangaroos about too.

This was our first find of the day, just before we set out on our main mountain biking expedition. This one took a few minutes to look, before eventually finding. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and does appear to be rather exposed. Thanks 12drawer for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Cache # 7 of 60 for this Sunday down south.

The Parrot was on a roll to try and get closer to the 10, 000 mark as this last 500 seems to be taking forever.

I had a great day with Mrs Parrot heading to kuitpo and checking some trails that have been in GSAK for far to log,

I worked on Animal Facts, Are you kidding me and the OTD Jan series.

Yep sure looked like a safari to me
