Another find on our endless journey.Freddo and e.gregory1 were heading up the middle of Australia following Stuart's well trodden route. We were travelling in air conditoned comfort and style. No stale food. No camels to carry water. We were leaving the cold winter for the northern season.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is the tenth day of Augustus Caesar's Month in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was so hot. No wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Travelling with richlink on a trip from Perth to Darwin and returning through the centre to SA and home again. Today, we are exploring Katherine and picking up some caches as we go. Thanks for the cache.
Found easily.
OCW irondale today. It’s our last day in Katherine so why not go full cache ahead. TFTC

DNF at 11:58 AM.
Were we in the right location? There was a memorial for a guy holding a baby on the other side of the fence. Our GPSr was pointing 9 metres into the property and there was nothing around where we were standing except for a tree and some rocks in front of a small hole at the base of the tree. No logs either!

Just a few caches were on the program for today with ilook4geo, as we were meeting up with family (muggles) who are holidaying in the NT.
This cache was a nice easy find and both names were soon added to the log. Thank you to Lumpyjrb for placing this cache.

This was one of the few caches we did with goingplaces2 as we met up with family early afternoon. No problems, cache all good. TFTC.
Took awhile. But eventually got it. The grass was so dusty. Could only see a 2020 signature again. TFTC
Making our way to Darwin from Perth and stopping in Katherine for the night! Grabbing some caches along the way. Thank you.
Another afternoon caching in the Katherine area before a dip in the hot springs TFTC
Took us a while with lots of traffic going by, found it eventually with a bit of looking
Quick find while spending a few days in Katherine before heading down the west coast. This was a great series.TFTC
This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 9810. We found this as part of our 2018 Round Australia trip.
Found this one OK but bit of a sad story of the man who's memorial was nearby.
Thanks Lumpyjrb for the cache.

Found quickly and thankfully had the magical tool. HJ55. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about in Katherine today. Quick roadside stop. Didn’t have the correct extraction tool but can send a pic IF requested by CO. TFTC
This afternoon I slipped out by myself to complete a circuit I had planned a couple of days ago. We are still wandering around northern Australia after attending the Red Centre Experience over Easter.
I had a fair idea what I was looking for, and also some idea of where, but no idea of just where in the end. I wonder what the heck the muggles driving past must have thought.
Exciting stuff this one. Thanks for placing this cache for us to enjoy. Signed log as SG as I often do in small caches to save space.

With geohubby driving shuttle busses for the V8 supercars all weekend I treated myself to a caching trip. This was find number 12 for the day - took me longer than it should have and then I had to go back to the car for a tool. TFTC Lumpyjrb
Still travelling NT after the Red Centre Experience but now moving towards Birdsville in QLD for the Big Red Bash.
Staying a few days in Katherine to attempt 'lots' of the local caches we hope.
Nice weather for our country drive today. [^]

Pulled into the caravan park just before lunch. Had lunch & a rest then headed out to locate a few caches. This took us on a great tiki tour around the country side.

We are heading north today and stopped to grab this cache on the way.
Nice quick find after a little climb.

A toughie. The nearby memorial served as an "attention point" every time a car appeared. Not sure about the recent comment on the D rating. We reckon the T rating could be a tad low. TFTC
TFTC. Found in the expected spot but a bit higher than I though it would be. It was only at the last minute I double checked. Needed to rush a bit as a road train was about to turn in.
This is the 1st of 2 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 10:07:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache, so a DNF from us - - - not stating it's not there... just that we couldn't spot it.

Hi there Lumpyjrb.
We found your cache **"Lindsay’s Log"** at 11:14:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14143.
Another day of our month long trek from Whyalla to Darwin. We are slowly travelling northwards picking up a few caches here and there as we go. We have stopped in Katherine for a few days because there is a large cluster of caches here.
We returned for another look for this one and finally found it. We suspect that the Difficulty rating for this cache is a little on the low side.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around two metres from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Cache had gone chasing cattle, just like Geodog Lindsay likes to! Replaced and ready to be found.
Searched everywhere for this one.
As management has changed on this place and a sign has been removed, is it possible cache went too?

Our second DNF for today. We have some ideas but didn't have our geocaching mojo with us today and so gave up quiet quickly. will try again another time.
Took a little while to locate this one and when we eventually found it, we wondered why we had made it so hard for ourselves!!! Very
