Logs
Looked and looked for nearly an hour using photos as a guide, but we were unlucky today.
We spent quite a bit of time looking for this one, I did message the cache owner. Might come back for another look once someone has found it again.
Drove my car down from Cornubia and parked nearby before mourning the bike to embark on the Power Trail.
Great find to start things off! Inventive cache!

I've fixed this one with some stone paper and a bung in the end, so should be good for a while.
Catching up on logging. This was a DNF for the last geocacher so we were unsure if it would be here. However after checking a few locations we found the cache. As reported it needs some maintenance. I didn’t have the appropriate item to place where this one was hidden. It’s a good cache hide and so the CO might wish to fix it. We signed the log previous Cachers placed in the cache and returned it to where it was found. Thanks DMocha for this cache.
Cheers and happy caching!

This poor old cache is a bit needy. After a quick find, improvised a log sheet and set it back so that log might stay dry. We did find the cache without protection from the elements and logless. Thanks for cache.
Nice hide. It is showing its age but we fashioned a log and tipped it upside down to reduce water collection. Thanks for the smiley.
The lid has come off the cache container. I had absolutely nothing that I could attempt to fix this one with so it is still in the same state. Log is still intact and has been signed, but I fear the next lot of rain may make a mess. TFTC and for the clever camouflage.
Oh tricky
Found on a day out with 1MinnieMoo as she gets her numbers aligned for a milestone next week. All the geocaches found today were in good order or fixed by is as we went around. Some good and quick drivebys were just what we needed.

Wagging work wet Wednesday was upon us, and SaintsMadHouse and I had some serious goals to kick today… once I had finished at acupuncture that is.
The plan had been meticulously laid out by SaintsMadHouse for a productive and successful outing.
Pulling up with the mower guy immediately over the road from us we dashed on in. Luckily he didn’t seem even slightly concerned by us so after a spot of searching we soon spied what we were after - the ants are beginning to have their way with the camo.
Thanks for the cache D&Mocha.

This is a bit of a strange road as apparently it changes from one way to two way at some random point that's not really clear. Thanks D&Mocha and happy caching
Today, my plan was to attend the CITO Event [Hardcore Clean-Up: Attacking the Aquaculture](https://coord.info/GC9YVBX) in Alberton, so I took the occasion of making a drive around the vicinity, as I hadn't really checked out this side of the M1 Highway and Logan River.
I set off a little earlier to find a few geocaches in Stapylton, and then arrived at the CITO to quickly understand how much work was required in assisting the clean-up. Following the CITO, there appeared to be a natural loop of geocaches (including the CDPT - Couchmen & D&Mocha Power Trail) that took me through Woongoolba and Cabbage Tree Point, and then circled around through Steiglitz, Norwell, and finally back to Yatala, where I had a late lunch at the famous pie shop. My drive did allow me to partially complete the *Our Early Settlers* Adventure Lab.
It wasn't long before I spoke this cache after looking around the road area, and I felt like the coordinates were about 5 m out, so not too much, but enough to wonder where this cache could be. Very good camouflage, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape, although the lid was missing. Thanks D&Mocha for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

An oasis wedged between a busy road and a not so busy road.
Quick jump into the trees secured this one. The creative container is missing its lid but the log is fine.

After attending the planned CITO event we decided to pick up a few caches in the area on the way home.

What a clever spot to place the cache. We got into a sticky situation trying to find it. Had to read lots of comments for hints. TFTC
With a target cache organised for the day, Willis007 and I made our way to meet up with a few other cachers. On the way down, we thought we would grab a few caches as we passed. An early start to the morning and a detour around Jacobs Well area. We started and added an adventure lab into the mix.
With a drive down Stapylton Jacobs well road we saw a series of caches we could grab. This was a very clever hide and it did not take us long to find it. With the log signed and cache replaced as we found it we were off to the next one in the series. Thank you for the trail of caches.

My granddaughter missed the clue and got her hair caught up in the thorns. Loved this cache. TFTC
After attending the CITO event at Eagleby this morning, I came to Alberton to climb a tree and now finding caches on my way back to the highway before heading home.
Looked at likely hides, noticed something out of place and found the hide but unfortunately no logsheet. (nature may have eaten it). Added a sheet of tough paper hopefully it will last but container does need a lid to protect logsheet.

No lid needed for this cache, log is waterproof. Take photo for logging find until log is replaced please. Thanks
Stamped the log but the lid is missing. Pity because I like these types

Geohubby saw this a couple of times, but passed on it,probably because he forgot his glasses! But once I saw likely thing spotted it straight away. Log too fragile to sign so sending pictures to CO as verification.TFTC
Love when everyone else says “Nice quick find” and 15 minutes later Peppa 2manytrailers and I are still looking. This side, that side back to the other side. Peppa finally came up with the goods
Another find while out with PirateLinda and 2manytrailers...
This wasn’t a quick find for us... after reading previous logs, I collected enough breadcrumbs to put my hand on the cache... tftc...

This was tough to find!
We searched on both sides of the road and eventually we found it. Great spot for a cache . TFTC

Spent the new year on the water with sheandhe and got dropped off at Horizon Waters mid morning to go home. Not much happening on the water at the stroke of midnight except sleep deprivation. So a bit weary when driving up to finding this cache. Had to walk past a logic feature twice before picking it up and finding the log minus a lid. Thanks for maintaining this series D&Mocha.
Another nice and easy find, replaced lock with waterproof log. All good here now.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Another cache signed for me.
A bit of water in the pond but we are all. Washing for the wet by now.
Thank you for this cache

Enjoyed the trip around and all the great hides.
Stamped TM/WW NZ, or if in pen our full names

*Thanks for helping make our tour around fun!*
Container still needs replacing - no lid log mush

TFTC, seems old school could not log in the book as it was well wet, took a photo of the cache for proof though.
On my last full day in Australia before flying back to the UK my sister and brother-in-law took me on a drive so I could get a few more caches. Spotted the likely host for this one straight away and
yes there was the cache. The lid of the container is missing and the log was soaking wet so I couldn't sign it. Have taken a photo if needed. TFTC.

We lost at poker so driving out this way collecting some new smilies. Found the tricky little hide but log is completely soaked. Have already spoke withCO about helping maintaining her caches so will probably come back to replace the log soon. TFTC
I happened to be in the area. Job complete. Turned on the GPS and this was the closest.
Somehow I went straight to it. Probably because I didn’t follow my GPS once I had parked up.

Heading south for a week to attend a work course and it made sense to grab a few smilies along the way. Coords had me across the road but after searching there, I soon moved and found it.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache **D&Mocha**.

**# 21342** Found on our 2018 mega adventure to ACT, NSW, QLD and beyond.
Another perfect Winter day for a morning drive around near Beenleigh again.
Lots of muggles around today and a few more good safe hides.
Spotted an option on approach and it was correct, about 8m from my GZ though.
Thanks for the cache D&Mocha,

Even though I saw the thorns and thought I was avoiding them well enough, after the tricky cache had been found and returned I managed to scratch my ankle on the way out. Luckily we have a first aid kit so we were soon on our way in search of the next cache.
This was tricky and deserving of a favourite point from us.
Thanks for the cache D&Mocha

Yes its stil there. It's just a matter of finding the right set of thorns. Cache container has lost its cap but log still good. A fav. Nice one.
Knowing it would be under a few months of dead leaves, I did a lot of rummaging around but still couldn’t find it
Clever hide
Spotted something a little out of place and quickly had our cache

Before I could read He-Squirrel RoddyC's clue, he was already grabbing an oddity that had caught his eye...BOOM. Cache! Very creative. TFTC.
Quick find. Log is in a couple of pieces. TFTC. This section of road is much nicer for finds LOL.
Thought we knew where to look but that didn't have a container - widened the search and there looked to be another possible spot and yes it was there. TFTC.
Found with joojoo57 on our day out caching in the area. Quite a few possible areas to search around GZ but a very clever hide was soon located by geo buddy. Thanks D&Mocha and TFTC.
Very cute hiding place! Initially thought it was a frog in a stump, then it blinked !!! so I backed away and tried another way in. All good with the container except the log is ripped Tftc
Four Tough Mothers out and about, not sitting on a lillypad like a frog, just melting in the midday sun. Thankfully, I was able to log in the log in the shade. (Funny note - The road is one way - to the crematorium and cemetery - seems legit.)
A quick find. We parked off another side road so as to avoid driving the loop.
On a maintance run. And looks like this little cache is having its fun and doing its duty.
Happy Caching :

Today bikesu and I went caching around Jacobs Well. Thanks for the caches, we had a lot of fun.
As a Christmas / 40th anniversary gift, Uwe001 and I got tickets for the Magician Show in Sanctuary Cove. We left home early to change some caches around Jacobs Well into Smilies. We were not always successful, but enjoyed the day caching. Thanks to all cache owners! We saw some amazing places and caches.
I must looking all around it today as I'm just not seeing it. Will have to come back another day to try again.
A creative series which we enjoyed very much - got this one and a fav point alloc. Thanks to D&Mocha for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the location.
