A nice little suburban/country bushland patch here, as I made the short walk from the nearby road to GZ. The cache was a quick find in a logical spot, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks electro_man for the cache placement, and [smallwombat](https://coord.info/PRH7KQB) for its ongoing maintenance.----------Today, I had a rough plan to initially visit Toorbul, and then head to the Sunshine Coast to visit Baxter Falls and catch up with [dahumbug](https://coord.info/PR8W6P9) (with no firm plans otherwise). My initial visit to Toorbul had been a target for some time, and after visiting Donnybrook, I continued my drive north with a last-minute plan to detour through Palmview for a couple of bushland walks. Baxter Falls was an enjoyable and relatively easy walk, with a high amount of water flowing from recent wet days, and a Location completed from the [Four Waterfalls & a Lookout](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/e838f6fe-82da-4017-9bec-27edd17abd6d) Adventure Lab. We then made stops in Mapleton and headed north geocaching within the vicinity, before deciding to head to Bli Bli for a few recently published geocaches. An enjoyable day out with fine weather.
Caching with my geo-friends today and happy to find a few in this lga. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

Today Peppa and I are on our way to the Sunshine Coast to attend the event planned for today but have started early to grab caches before and after.
Peppa mentioned he had been here before but my first time in the area. So many new estates springing up all over the place it is getting harder to find new cache locations. We found this cache quickly. SL then returned as found.

Patrol14 and I are spending the day on the Sunshine Coast with the main objective to attend the Rescheduled: Canuck in Caloundra - Meet & Greet…
That meant an early start, with plenty of caching before and after…
Passing some of the houses I realised I’d been here once before but couldn’t stop due to roadworks… no such problems today… and it didn’t take long for Patrol14 to call “found it”…
Thanks smallwombat

This estate wasn’t here the last time we visited so we had a quick look after grabbing pies for brunch.

As usual when I am faced with a choice between two similar hiding places I always pick the wrong one first. Short hike through the bush soon had the prize in hand. The log is very wet and falling apart. I think it needs to be replaced. Thanks electro man.
Easy find in a logical spot. Log book is damp but still able to be written on. Could do with a moisture sachet (which I didn’t have on hand). TFTC
Driving from Gatton to Sunshine Coast through Kilroy was the plan today. Hopefully collecting a few of the rose caches as well as some high favourite caches on the way.
I didn’t get as many of the rose caches as I would have liked but certainly made up for that with a number of other caches. Some very very cleaver caches that have given inspiration.
Tftc.
A few fallen trees made it a little hard but was successful in the end

Found this one after a wrong turn into a driveway looking for a car park. Thanks for taking me to this lovely peaceful paradise electro_man, and Walkaby Wanderers
After discovering a forgotten cache nearby, we came down here for a search for this cache. After leaving our bikes nearby, we trudged on into the forest, where after not too long I spotted the container from some distance away. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache electro_man, and thanks to WallabyWanderers for maintaining it!
Got phone call early in the week from Chamad to if I could be the taxi driver. Chamad made a list for some caches he was chasing and some Tree Fishing ones to. Plus 2 events and 7 cache types
I found 27 caches today, the break down was 20 traditional, 2 multi, CITO, Wherigo, earthcache, mystery and community event.
Sorry for the generic log.

A day out with Brislions on an educational journey collecting caches. The night before and I had set up a run with a variety of caches and a range of caches types that we required for certain challenge caches. He had a couple of extra ones to add that he found as we past. We collected a few not on the list as we passed them too and a couple of lab series that we passed as well. It was a good day with a wide variety of caches collected. Thanks for the chauffeuring today Brislions, it was a trip to remember.
This was our second cache off the list, it had a particular attribute we needed, an easy find and with log signed and cache replaced as found we were off to the next one. Thanks for placing this one here, all good with this cache.

That took a bit of a search after dark with just our phones. Eventually heard the magic words ‘got it!’ Yay! Signed and returned made a hasty retreat back to the car before the mozzies and the spiders get us! Haha.
Had some fun looking for this one in the dark. A lot of places to check, found in eventually.

One of the two target caches for today, as being the closest two unfound from "home"..
After carting the tredley into the scrub a ways, i set about the hunt, which didn't end up being very long anyway as the cache was quickly discovered.
Thanks electro_man for showimg me this area with a geocache!
This makes find number 2297.
Found sometime around three pm.

Heading North to collect the kiddos for the weekend, slowly working my way through the four thousand caches between home and Cooroy - long way to go, putting pocket queries to good use and creating routes.
Only a few caches today, they're getting further off the highway which in turn is making them longer detours but it's all worth it.
This was cache 2, started off with a DNF which broke the heart, but it was good to get on a run. Walked in and quickly lost any sort of GPS readings so it back to good old fashioned treasure hunting.
Thanks to a good hint, the cache was quickly in hand and signed before being replaced and scooting back to the very dodgily parked car.

Target for today is the two early 2000's caches on the coast, this is my first stop. There's a little water in the bottom of the container, but the log is generally ok, a little damp. Grabbed the spartan TB for travel back to Canberra.

Friday. Finally found the right place (I was looking about 2m away from GZ for a couple of minutes). Figured it wasn’t where my arrow had settled, so resorted to reading previous logs. This is a really beautiful area here, and can’t believe how lucky some people are to live around here. Finally found the little sucker in the end and placed a couple of TBs. Loved this spot and enjoyed the cache hunt for this one. Glad to pick this one up also for a certain attribute that it has Nice sized container in this area and it wasn’t blazingly humid in the spot here which was really nice given the humidity that was around today.
This was the 9th of 9 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***electro_man***, for showing us this place.

Normally Mrs Woodyrothwell and I have a great system for signing and stamping caches but today was different.
Normally I reach in for the cache (in case it is muddy or sexy) and then open it. I then back up to her so she can reach in the geo-bumbag for the stamp whilst taking the opportunity to study my shapely derrière. I then hand the log over to her and her manicure remains intact.
It all changed when she firstly made the find and then handed it to me. I told her to keep walking to make up her step count for a fundraiser she is on but the terrain isn’t one for frivolous walking. Still she left me to stamp the log and replace the cache. My backside was reeling from lack of attention. tftc

We had just finished some fun strawberry picking and our mandatory strawberry ice creams, so I asked the kids if they'd like to find a geocache. "Yes, yes!" was the resounding cry and we made our way back through the massive roadworks and into the leafy Parkview subdivision. As we drove slowly over the culvert I thought this could get muddy!
I parked at the sales office and we had a pleasant walk over and found a scrub turkey busy clearing the path for us! It was an easy stroll through the beautiful forest and EJCat's friend and "Cacher-In-Training" made the find. They checked out the loot but decided to just add a caching sticker to the bounty.
Thanks electro_man for the fun!

Out for a day of caching with stortigirls and Mr Curious Quest. Next, we made our way to this cache. Bush bashing, we soon reached GZ. Once there, the cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
A quick bush walk until we came upon no longer vertical and a short while after the cache was found.
Found after short stroll into Bush. Cache in good condition. Found with The X-Trailers. TFTC
After the recent heavy rains from ex-TC Debbie shelved my plans for a trip South due to extensive flooding, a visit to the hinterland seemed a better option. Today's trip took me through Landsborough, Moololah Valley, Woombye, Eudlo, Palmwoods and points in between picking up solved puzzles and a variety of other caches.
Last for the day after a great tour of the Sunny coast hinterland. Quick find here, all in good nick. Thanks **electro_man** for bringing us here, this find makes #3531. Discover our trackable TGQNRV .

After an event at Dunethin Rock, I decided to do some caches on my way home. My kids and I looked at doing this cache this time last year but it was too dark by the time we got here. Today I still had quite a bit of light. I parked nearby and walked along the road until my numbers reached the lowest they could go. Then it was only a short bush bash in. TFTC!
Did a bit more bush bashing than necessary however found it in the end!!

Sweet_bee and I were up on the Sunshine Coast and I see this unfound icon all out on its lonesome - it would be rude to not get it!
We parked up and made our way toward GZ. I was nearly there and I realised I had forgotten the trackables I want to drop into it. Back to the car
Let's try this again. In we went. The phone indicated an area and we started the hunt. It wasn't in the first place we looked - but it was the second
We signed the log and popped in the trackables to move them along. The cache was in good condition.
