Another beautiful street here in the Gong! I wonder if it won street of the month like so many of its neighbours ??Quick find with Baristayan while in the area visiting friends. Might head to Helensburgh nowthanks!
What a lovely idea for a Hide. The garden is beautiful and the container is just well hidden enough that it took us a little searching to spot.We have taken one travel bug which we will move on. We signed the log and say thank you to Tony&Anne for this lovely urban Hide. Domsky
Located at 8:53pm. #1389.Full log to follow. ! Baruch Hashem! TFTC! Much obliged for the placement Tony&Anne!Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.
Dropped off a special trackable. Met Flipper the dolphin trackable. The garden is even more beautiful in the day. Had such a lovely chat with the Cache Owner about caches near and far, the garden and cache hiding. Thankyou so much. Was harder to get to than usual due to closed roads.
What a great idea for a GeocacheLeft [Flipper the Dolphin Travel Bug](https://coord.info/TB2T7FB) and took [Travel Bug Origans XETRO 20000 ](https://coord.info/TB7MW29) to Travel from one cache to another and one day return to Berlin , Germany .Special thanks to Tony&Anne for hiding, posting, maintaining and sharing this cache with usFP Given
Thankyou so much! My first ever find! Brought my mum along too. Will re-home the trackable ASAP
Just dropped this little bug off, now this little bug has been MIA for 7 years! We found it on our first day out and it had not been logged. Somewhere along the way it lost its monkey so I have done and attached a little painting of a monkey and flowers and sent it back on its way. Now this little bug wants to go all the way back to San Fransico so I am hoping an international visitor for rhe UCI might grab it ??
On this beautiful sunny Autumn afternoon, I've decided to head down to the gong to find a few caches. It's been a bit of a mixed bag with 2 x finds, 3 x muggled out and 1 DNF. But thankfully a reasonably quick find here ️ dropped a TB in and then took me a minute to find the cache attachment again. TFTC!
nice and quick find with the fantastic help of agp_on_toast sorry we forgot our pen but will be back soon with some trackables TFTC
#8361 (2 of 12 today - including 5 Adventure Labs)
Another calendar finds day today... 15 just isn't enough, right? Right!
Decided to head south to Wollongong and finally pick up an old puzzle that I solved so long ago I can't remember how I did it! And my scant cache notes don't overly help.
Got seven physical finds plus all the locations of an Adventure Lab. And thankfully the rain (mostly) stayed away.
Aaaaand only one DNF!
An enjoyable day while the Geowife is busy and I'm free to go wither I desire!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Not as quick a find as it should have been, but still pretty quick.
The cache was a tad damp, but log was easily signable.
Replaced and as I started back to the car met one of the COs - although she blamed the hubby! {:D]
Nice to meet you.

Lovely to meet you Tony and Anne and GeoDog too! I’ll come back with a trackable next time. TFTC
Found it! And met Anne out the front Took a trackable, obviously cant travel because of covid, but will give it some metres TFTC
I’ll admit garden caches make me feel a bit uncomfortable. But masked up and standing back to take in the garden I saw it. Took a trackable, launched a trackable. Thanks for the hide
Thank you very kindly for the cache! Great idea for the travel bugs! Found with Beckatoza
A quick find after a very steep hike nearby. Took 3 TB and will take them on a trip with us when we can. TFTC.
Thanks for this neat little hide. I've always loved front yard caches and this was no exception.
This completes my 7 Wonders pt 2 challenge and was a nice one to close out the year.
Cheers

Out caching with geokid two this arvo and given that it's close to Christmas and the cache was meant to have a holiday tree in it we decided to have a look for this one.
No Christmas tree for us which nicely parallels the fact that there will be no Christmas celebrations this year due to the recent COVID outbreak and the travel restrictions that have come with it.
The cache did look somewhat temporary though and so I think the holiday tree is likely to be safely indoors (see previous logs).
We look forward to coming back to the hotel in future.
Thanks Tony and Anne!

We have to temporarily disable this cache. It lives in our front garden which is being seriously remodelled at the moment. Hopefully won't be too long.
Good find, chickens came out to say hi. No TBN’s unfortunately.
Bit of water in the container, might need to replace it

Having a geoventure tonight with Mizcupcake and we decided to come over to Wollongong to pick up some caches in the area. Noticing another 1/1 to add to our matrix we headed over to the TBL Haven tonight to score a smiley. Parking the geomobile close to gz, we started our search. Not too long in the dark and we found what we were looking for. Completing signing duties and replacing, we headed off for the next find. TFTC Tony&Anne!
Found while out with Littl3Vix down in Wollongong tonight. Initially, I felt so dodgy here this late at night, until I had read that another cacher had met the CO here and that eased my nerves. After a quick hunt around, Littl3Vix came up with this one. Unfortunately, the TB is no longer in there, hoping it will be logged with its new travel partner soon. The logbook was a bit damp but not too damp to sign. Thanks for this cheeky smiley!
Was a little confused until I read the cache fully! Good idea for a cache as although they say that it doesn’t fit in, it really just depends how you look at it! Managed to say gday to the CO while there and then proceeded to another or theirs!

We visited the nearby botanical gardens & noticed this TB hotel nearby. Full vacancy with no tb in residence, so left a TB. Cache contents damp, but log all good in its baggy & TB left is in a zip lock bag too, so RICO should not get wet. TFTC xo

2nd Mega evet and first one away at the Oz Geomuster Mega at Cataract (the Gong). Highlight for today was the group visit to the “Dark Side of the Moon”. Most of the caching today was with my geo buddies mtrax and StrangeTrousers. Need to say a big thank you to StrangeTrousers for all the driving over the weekend and arranging the great accommodation for a group of us. Today was the third day of our Mega event and hightlights included Cully Long’s Puzzling seminar before heading out to go caching. ST would have mentioned the rainforest gullies – after the cold of Canberra it was so funny standing under plants that in Canberra were the size of pot plants and here they are bigger than me. We found some fun cachers got to enjoy the seaside ones and views near the water at the end of the day when parking was easier.

#5241 6th for today
Day three of the Oz Geomuster Mega at Cataract (the Gong). Caching with mtrax and CBRChic and various others. We started with Cully Long's Puzzling seminar and then headed out to grab some more of the Adventure series. Today we traveled around Wollongong proper grabbing some really cool caches. Some highlights were delving into temperate rainforest gullies and some wonderful sea-side caches,
Grabbed a tb.
Thanks Tony&Anne
