4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache
The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

This co only ever found 4 caches on the one day and never cached again. Inactive for nearly two years. Lack of response to maintain log. Time for this cache to go.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.

Spent over half an hour with two sets of eyes. We looked at the logs, re looked at different areas but still no luck. Would CO be able to confirm it's still there?
International Geocaching Day is not normally quite so busy!
Today, though, with 3 events to attend it was a fantastically big day out!
I was lucky enough to snaffle a FTF on the way to the first event and then was part of the group finds for 2 more after the last event
All up, 15 caches found, 3 events attended and only 1 DNF
Out with KiwiOzzie after tea and waffles to find a few caches
DNF! Our only DNF for the night/morning
We spent half an hour looking but just could not find this one.... hopefully next visit!

Found this easily the second time with HACK* and *OLLIE, sneaky little spot to hind a geocache!
After the disappointment of having to DNF a fairly long and involved multi, I still needed a cache for the day. Driving home, this one popped up on my radar so I pulled in to the car park. In my high school years I lived not to far away and frequented both the chicken shop and the hairdresser. Strange how some things stay exactly the same while everything around changes. Found without too much trouble. TFTC maxws17!
Quick find while cycling in the part of town that we rarely visit. TN, LN, SL. Thanks!
Quick find though the GPS was off. There was a candy inside but I discarded it as they tend to melt and destroy caches
This one was a tricky one but easy if u looked in the right place but if try to find it bring a pencil
A quick find made easier as the container was in the middle of the path.
Signed the logbook and put it in the place that looked right from the description.
Thanks for the cache

I came from the south and thought "no way not behind the shops" then I found the tricky lane way.

In full view for every muggle to see! Tucked it away a little bit further. Tftc!
What an unusual, but great little access route to the shops for the locals .
We came in from the street behind (you can tell we're not locals) [:o)]. Did this avenue go through to Brighton Road before the shopping centre was built [?].
TNLNSL.
Thanks again Joshwatt22 & Maxws17.

Nice easy find at this time of night. Nobody is around in the dark. TFTC. 17/12/2015, 22:00 Find #1209
Found this one when I was in that area for work. It was an easy found. Because it's in the shopping centre, I have to wait until there were no muggles, to grab the cache.
Thanks for the cache, maxws.
Thanks for the cache, maxws.
While waiting our fish and chips thought this was the perfect time to grab this one.

Nice easy second find for the day once we looked down in the right place! With Covert Opossum
Found It!
An odd little spot and a quick(ish) find. Quite a reasonable number of people on there way to the shops today...

After being muggled out on a previous attempt I was able to make a nice quick find today.

Found with 2011*turtle. I have visited this area many times but was not aware of this entrance. TFTC
I didn't know there was a little exit at these shops or there was a group of people on the other side of the fence until I found the cache and needed to sign the log. Thankfully it was early they looked sleepy & didn't know what i was up to. In and out in less than a minute
Thanks for taking me to a dead end that isn't dead LOL

Found during a foray into the southern suburbs. Thanks for the cache maxws17!
As a family we walked to the end and found a surprise. So that is where we were. TFTC
We spent some time caching with Byercat - sister - today. As we had the caches loaded into our GPS, I the controller of said item, played nice and shared. Seeing as I was not fixated on the GPS I was able to take time to just "look" around and most times the cache just appeared. A fund day was had by all.
This one was a surprise in more ways than one. We had parked quite close to the co-ords and then went for a wander to see where the alley way went, first surprise.
Second one was that the cache was found in moments. After reading the cache description we thought that it was going to be much harder. Oh well, you have to get lucky sometimes. SL TFTC

Mr Tardis stopped near this dead end to find a few cache. Thanks to the good description I found the cache after a quick search. Now back into the air-conditioned car.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache maxws17 and joshwatt22.

Found after a short search. Froghoppin's previous log certainly helped. Thanks maxws17 for the hide!!
Found this one while based with our caravan at the Semaphore Caravan Park. A lovely area to cache in. We particularly enjoyed our day out caching with SEMIK and Moneydork. Nice one. Thanks to maxws17 for placing this cache.
