This was my last cache before going home. Sleepy from work. Nothing was showing up. Why keep I running into dnfs?
Didnt find it, looked everywhere and sat down looked at comments and gave up, they were found last year!!
I searched for 30 minutes and I didn't find it so can somebody comment where it is please!!!
Bugger this one had me on our knees touching the few place's nothing budge be sides screw that muggles undone
Love how caches help show hidden spots that I otherwise wouldn’t have noticed tftc
I was sitting on the bench, and I'm sure I was super close, but it was just after school's out and there were a bit too many people about.
A good true nano cache. Thanks for cache. Found with Reny90, and signed in position 28 on the log page
Def a NANO GC lol well done! The smallest I've seen yet, really really cool and great spot!!!

Accidentally posted last one as DNF... definitely found, best one yet and I'd love to know where you got your "container"
Not having the best luck today so was super stoked to find this nano with Kezzle33, awesome hide
Finally, our first Mega. We missed the last one in Auckland all those years ago by 3 or 4 months as we had not even heard about Geocaching back then. Anyway, Mr. Kiwi got a leave pass and was able to attend this event. Picking up UncleSamNZ, we headed off to see what was happening today.
Gathering a few caches around the area where the Mega was based and we headed on over to this one. The CO was with us so it didn't take us long to find GZ. Once there, Antznz and Mr Kiwi did the searching of two likely hiding spots while the CO watched. Antznz came up with the goods and the log was signed.

A nice quick find in the first places checked, these seats have certainly seen better days so remained standing to sign the log

Nice easy find for Mr 12, clue gave it away and Mr 12 new what to look for.

We were feeling fairly confident about this one even though nothing much is given away, but unfortunately I couldn't find it and the kids kept picking up broken pieces of glass thinking they'd found it so to save myself a second A&E trip this week, I had to call it but might be back another day to try again!
We tried looking for this one a year or so ago and had to abandon the search due to high muggle activity but today all was quiet and we were pleased to make a quick find.
This is not the most comfortable seat so we stood to sign the log. Thanks Uncle Sam.

Caching today with themexikiwi and decided to try our luck with some caches out here today.
As usual, couldn't find it for the life of me last time I was here and found it in the first place I looked today. All good here and off we went. TFTC

I had promised to bring my niece and nephews back to complete the remainder of the caches along the Mangere cycleway today on our scooters. We were on our way back out to Papakura to drop off one of my nephews and just had to find a few more caches along the way.
One of the kids had this in hand before I had even gotten around the car to GZ.

Out this way this afternoon collecting some caches. Didn't take long to locate this sneaky little hide, cheers
A beautiful sunny day, a dot day and a few minutes in between work appointments. Perfect opportunity for a cache. TFTC
Making an effort to try and hit the half way mark on the "Hidden Creatures", late morning to early afternoon. Switched the GPS on to discover the batteries were flat. The entire hunt will be on phone only. On reading the hint there appeared a limited hide option. On first pass nothing but then kiwiscot came up with the goods. TFTC
I had a soccer game in the area this afternoon, and as I was ahead of schedule I thought that I would grab a cache in order to keep up my current daily geo-streak. So that is how I came to be looking for this particular cache. So after pulling up as close as I could, I made my way to GZ on foot. However, I had to take a seat to wait for a couple of muggle joggers to pass before making the find. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in its spot all ready for the next finder. So thank you UncleSamNZ for taking the time to set up and maintain all of your caches. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so.
Saturday bike trip in the area. Had this idea long time in my head. Todays wetaher was perfect to do it so! Found several caches. Enjoyed all off them. Nice and easy. Thanks for all placements. All good at GZ. TFTC
We set out to collect 18 caches in Grottyland this afternoon - and in fact all but two caches we found were from the GROTTY series.
Broseph's Palace was our second stop. The seating is certainly in need of repair here, and not at all fit for a palace. Not sure why it took quite so long before we laid our hands on the tiny cache, but eventually we found it. TFTC

No joy here, had a reasonably good man look but there was a bit too much activity going on around me so bailed before I could be any more thorough.
Needed some caches for the planetary pursuit. Tiny, but GPS was on spot.
Found together with Greenkiwikids on the hunt for souvenirs and signed as "Team Piraten!". TFTC

3rd attempt at this one due to lots of muggle activity on previous visits. Glad to finally find it! And from looking at the long not too long after someone else. Tftc
I used this nice day to make a Little Geocaching tour in the southeastern part of Manurewa. The weather was nice and I could find many Caches, only at three one I had no luck.
I didn't expect that Kind of Cache, so I needed a bit longer...
Thanks for hiding!

A quick find and thank goodness as the rain started coming down. Brought it back to the car to sign and almost lost the log. Luckily everything worked out fine and we replaced the cache as found. Thanks!
A little rain isn't going to stop us from looking for caches! Shame we left our rain jackets at home though. Michaelteacher made this grab, we knew where it was when we parked up. Almost dropped the tiny log in the depths of the car when he brought it back to sign it! Phew... Tftc
First looked in the corner by the fence but cache was defiantly not there so moved my search forward and found it fairly quickly. Tftc
Auckland
We spent the morning caching in south Auckland. We visited many parks we had not been to before.
We also found another lot of grotty caches.
Thanks for placing this cache UncleSamNZ

Was in the area this morning so stopped here for a quick PnG. Got a wee bit excited when I saw the clean log...then realised, nah, its a replacement. TFTC
Nice little area for a cache, people out and about mowing lawns but I was able to sneak in here and make a grab for the goodies. Thanks for that.
Popped in here and immediately saw where we should be looking for this one. We have a local park on a corner which is subject to the same petty and stupid vandalism and it quite frankly gives me the sh!ts in my neighbourhood, I see it's the same here. The people in this street are clearly incredibly houseproud and so they should be, it's a lovely cul de sac, pity about the local ne'er do wells coming in to ruin it. Incredibly, the cache is still there so we were able to sign and replace just fine. I hope your friends are enjoying their house, looks like a great street - a pity it gets so cold that the locals need to strip the seat slats to burn in winter to keep warm. Thanks for the cache.
Decided to pick up a few drive by caches today, trying to improve our find stats after an abysmal effort last year! Needed a little break from all the GROTTY caches in the area, so this was a nice and refreshing change of pace, very welcomed. Quickly spotted where the cache would be hiding here, shame the seat is broken though. A lovely little street here, thanks for the cache!
A nice quick find, spotted on the broken seat. Cheers.
On the way back home now, driving, to Hamilton.. Time to find a few little boxes.....
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

On the road for second day in a row to pick up a few more caches in our quest to improve our "find stats" for 2016!

Didn't have to work today, so decided to head out and pick up some requiremets for my GIO licence. This one was virtually on my way past, so I decided to stop for it.
Parked the car and jumped out, feeling so confident that I left the phone in the car.... I knew exactly where it would be. Unfortuantely for me, I picked the wrong structure and emerged from that covered in grass for my troubles- it appeared that the lawn had recently been mown. Dusted myself off and then off to the second structure I went, and after a close encounter with a spider (eeeek) I had the cache in my hands. Had a seat on the very dubious-looking bench (several slats missing, and it had definitely seen better days!) and nearly toppled off. Luckily everyone seemed to be at work, so I was able to sign the log, return the cache and head off without no one being any the wiser!
Log is full, and I didn't have any more of that type to replace it just managed to squish my initials on the end.

Out in the Takanini Ardmore area picking up some smilie faces. Ended up with finding a lot of Grotty caches.
Out and about with Pagenz on a grotty weather day in Auckland, picking up some grotty caches and whatever else we happened to be passing. Pagenz did the honours here. TFTC
Out and about with Team Welsh. We had a hunt around and she was on the way back to the car when I spotted the wee cache - and voila, another find.
After a quick trip to and from Hamilton today to get some minor repairs done to the caravan I needed a cache for my cache-a-day run.
Cheers for the cache.

A quick trip to Auckland this weekend and a day set aside for caching with tmann421.

Out with Mr 4 to pick up some of the GROTTY caches in the area and did a slight detour to pick up this one. Nice quick find once the guy mowing the berm had left, TFTC!
Out and about today and decided to get some we'd missed previously. Easy enough to grab despite some neighbours out on the lawn across the street. TFTC
We felt pretty exposed here, so got out a supermarket bag and CITOed the area - sorely needed. I rapidly filled the bag, although I left the bird carcasses, and my fingers made the find. Steed signed, then rolled and rolled and rolled.... what's up with the finders who don't sign because they don't want to reroll!
A quick find here some nice houses in the area. On our 3 day road trip from Hawkes bay to Auckland and back. Great few days to grab a number of caches. Tftc
Second time lucky. Didn't sign log as we were in a bit of a rush and didn't have time to unravel and rewind. Tftc!
easy park and find. log book is full but managed to squash in a barely legible log.
every where I go there seems to be wasps at the moment and this was no exception.

8.20pm - So many cars parked in this residential area, you would of thought a large party was going off here. Good hint and Co Ords made for an easy find. SLTFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... Unsure of our mission at present. We are looking for high difficulty caches, but anything will suffice today... After a brief pause for dinner, the decision was made to continue picking up park and grabs as the light began to fade...
Apparently, Gap had tried for this once before. However, the street was busy then, and ground zone was occupied. That put an end to that search... Even in darkness, we could sense the pulse of the neighbourhood. We parked and went straight to work. This was found quickly in the first place we checked. TFTC.

Tftc. Out with pricefamily6 trying to bump up the numbers to get to 500. Quick cache makes 473.
had attempted another local cache that was potentially an ftf but as all the others before me had failed at that so diverted to this cache to continue our streak.
Took me way to long to find this.

Joined up with yorkshirekiwi83 today to tackle some South Auckland caches and after a busy morning of caching we decided to continue with the ever growing Grotty series. This was a quick find in between Grotty caches. TFTC!
