Logs
Found with Bluewattle Mini and WeebabooThanks for creating, placing and maintaining for our enjoyment Party time GCARTY0 - 05 October 2025 Sunshine Coast
We were a little scared to dig into the dark places for this one. It's been a while since it's been found - is it still there?
Did not expect it that deep and to require a string, but we found it with the help of some photos. Tftc
Used past photos to direct our search, but no cache was found amongst the leaf litter and ants on this occasion.
Have it plenty of attention amongst the green ants and rubbish.. no joy at all though.
Found this one quick and easy! The added 'detail' to the cache scared me for a second TFTC
Girls wanted to find “one more treasure” so it was getting dark - hence the DNF. Will go back in the daylight.
Looked at photos and looked in area but couldn't find it, may have been washed to different spot with all the rain??

Hier musste ich schon genau suchen, Nach geraumer Zeit konnte ich das kleine Döschen enttarnen und mich ungstört in das Logbuch eintragen.

I found this geocache on a trip from Cairns to Townsville with my geosisters @greencordial and @tinylemongrass. Thanks to the cache owners. TFTC. TNLN.
Took a couple of minutes but after looking high and low, the eldest geosister dug around a few leaves and found it!!

It took @kittkatt044 and @tinylemongrass and I a little while but we got it. Muggle lady asked if we were waiting for a bus. We said we are looking for rubbish as I pulled out a juice container from the tree.
Around noon we were the only ones here, circled around this magnificent tree. Found the right place with a quick look at previous log pics, we'll guarded that one.

Cairns trip 2019. Day 16. Today was the day allocated to caching around Cairns. I tried, but the rain kept coming in waves and cutting my enthusiasm for delving into long grass or up steep hills. I did manage a few fun caches though. I spent way too long here, but after completely giving up I decided to have another go. Digging further I snagged the important bit and out came the cache. Sometimes you get lucky.
Thanks.

Caching up on some dnf's for the weekend before last, sorry for the late log. Spent a reasonable time here with the Fri arv traffic passing by, but couldn't figure a hide and came up empty handed, which we figure isn't so bad when you are arachnid hunting amongst the natural camo.
My favourite containers are the ones you hesitate to touch. Loved this one, even though tree was full of rubbish. TFTC
Awesome hide beautiful tree and lots to look around but I knew it straight away and bingo but had bit good look before touch it! Cheeky cache and got signed and returned same place and fav point for it! TFTC
School holiday afternoon geocaching with Geokid. Typically we have picked the harder ones to find. This was our first find of the day. Such a great little hide but no log for us to sign. Didn't have anything to replace it with. Cache owner might need to attend to this or next person to find.
TFTC. Nice trick no actual spiders just this. Lots of green ants though. You might need an extraction tool for the log.
We were admittedly feeling despondent at our arrival here having screamed our way through attempting some very spidery areas nearby; so perhaps our motivation was somewhat lacking here and we just couldn’t find it, although eldest nephew found a hidden knife!
More green ants. A group of locals were waiting for the bus. Very helpful with local knowledge but as they left I had no joy. From Melbourne
just back from holidays and new cache in place, sorry for any inconvenience, cache was still there last time I checked....
2nd time unlucky but this time I noticed something out of place I will message CO and confirm.
Looked for 15 minutes and couldn't find. Hope it's actually there somewhere and hasn't been taken.
Had a good look for 20mins or so with no luck. A few branches have been pruned at the rear. Hopefully it is still there I will try again next time I am in Cairns
All safe and sound. Waiting for the boss to finish work so decided to grab a nearby local cache for a change TFTC

You really have to like these little fellows don't you. Maybe you like to frighten people. Maybe you are just a fun person at heart. Maybe I am really really scared by your friends. Poor hubby has had to do most of the container opening and removal of logs for me on these past few caches. I tried, I know they are not real, I know I am a adult and know real from false, BUT it does not help. LOL. SL TFTC
On the road taking the family out for a bit of fun whilst kids on school holidays. Youngest Geo decided that climbing was more fun than hunting.
After a few laps around the GZ we finally spotted the familiar cache. TNLN, TFTC Fullboar

After a lengthy absence from the 'Cairns hunting scene' (August 2014), I dusted off my gear and met up with my friends Ingrid and Walter for another exciting morning in the fresh air in SW area of the city. Excited to find treasures and to catch up.
Found treasure swiftly and in good condition. +/-0. T4TC.

Good camouflage, took me longer than expected... but those damn spiders : ) Favourite from me. TFTC!
Nothing for arachnophobics! Fortunately we were prepared[:X]! That's why we didn't faint[^] when finding the creepy object[:X]. To get to it we got help from a knowledgeable friend[:X].

With a prediction of plenty of rain on the way, we parked only metres away and soon had the cache container in hand. We were busy signing the log when the long arm of the law stopped a pushbike rider who was not wearing a helmet. Made looking innocent and safely returning the container just that little bit more of a challenge.
Thanks Fullboar for this cache.
