Hi GeckoSpit,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give you an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 45 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. **Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue.**
If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

This cache in MIA. Needs replacing. I put on a glove and looked in all the nooks and crannies nothing there except for the pair of RM Williams boots.
Friday. Slow Puncture was out and about today in the area. Found 2 old boots in the spot where the cache container was meant to be. I normally check previous logs and if there have been several DNFs, I move on and go for other caches, but we thought we’d give this one a shot. We searched all around GZ as well, and are pretty sure the container is gone.
This was the only DNF we had on this trip.
Thanks ***GeckoSpit***, for showing us this place anyway!

Tent next to cache, tent occupier with dog was quick to approach for a "lighter". hmmm. So basically no go today but used the nearby covered bbq for cooking lunch.
We had hoped to be able to search for this one today but each time we passed by there was a camper almost at GZ. Looks like the garden renovations are finished though.
If we get a chance while in the area we’ll give this another go but I fear there are many travellers enjoying the nice facilities here so we may not have much luck.
Thanks anyway GeckoSpit

After a good search in and around the stump could not find, council workers are currently rebuilding this garden and has been stripped bare, may have gone out with the rubbish??
Council workers are currently rebuilding this garden, may need a check to confirm if still available, thanks.
We stayed in the Murgon caravan park when we first bought our caravan. There was a caretaker chap back then and he loved a chat. This cache was found quickly.
Emerged into the crisp morning determined to get my IGD Souvenir. Lomped about the town a bit first , enjoying the cold morning air before arriving at a heavily populated caravan site of grey nomads who ALSO happened to be enjoying the morning air. Sighed and realised that it might take a bit of CITO work to throw them off the scent. Coords were a tad off for me but various mentions of a stump kept my head in the game and my eyes peeled. And , low and behold, there it was! It is most definitely there, folks. Had some suspicious eyes on me at this point so it was a bit of CITO before a quick CIH, SL,RL and off for some more jogging. Cheers to the previous cacher for replacing both the cache and the log! They are both in perfect nick.

This week-end Caro (from Jess & Caro) & myself teamed up for a few days of geocaching up this way. [^]
Day 3: We started the day really early as we had to be back in Toowoomba for my event at Midday.
This cache was found before 6am. Now to find a few more on our way south.
All finds were found quickly and generally in good condition unless stated.
Thanks for the caches.

Having stayed at the free campsite in Murgon for a couple of nights and geocached our way around the region, Brother Colin and myself packed our tents up bright and early to make our way back south in time for his event in Toowoomba at midday.
BC headed over to find this cache just before 6am and I dragged my uncaffeinated self behind him at a much slower pace.
This is a great free campsite and had lots of nice shade and a good cooling breeze.

Busy Caravan Park this am but fortunately no muggles in the near GZ so using some stealth the cache was found in its good hiding spot. Good coloured cache!

Another visit to Murgon today,
and I popped by the olde van park again.
Hooray !!
Mr and Mrs Misery had left
Everyone here today were happy and chatty,
and I got a few G'days and waves [^]
Better yet the van site overlooking GZ,
was vacant
With so many people milling around,
I decided that I may as well head for GZ.
A quick cache find !!
And absolutely nobody took any notice of me [:o]

Unable to find the cache due to muggles parked next to GZ with their caravan and washing hanging on their line!! Will return another and hope no one is near GZ!
Impossible to find unnoticed with a couple of pesky grey nomads sitting nearby
Though the word 'impossible' might be a bit strong
If I had explained to the couple what I was up to,
then maybe I could have recruited some new geocachers
But there was that uneasy feeling that these were true Greys !!
Bored with each other,
bored with life,
and not interested in talking to young people like me [:o]
And why does that twit next door have a generator running,
and ruining the peace and quiet ??

Stopped for lunch in Murgon before attempting this one, parked up next to GZ for a quick easy find. TFTC GeckoSpit
This one looked a bit daunting as to the possibilities but after a wander around GZ the cache was soon found after checking the most obvious location.
Thanks GeckoSpit

We will be leaving very soon to attend the Red Centre Experience Event being held in Alice Springs and have decided we would try to make that event a milestone ... the only problem is we are a few hundred caches short This was the perfect excuse for a quick road trip through Nanango/Murgon/Kingaroy The weather was a little rainy, but surprisingly we remained relatively dry during the day with the worst of the rain occurring while we camped overnight [^]
We managed to locate this cache easily and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our journey.
Thank you GeckoSpit for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
Staying in this great caravan park. Took a stroll over to GZ. Couldn't find on first attempt so went back for a 2nd look on day 2 of our stay. Sure enough the well cammofaged tin was there and showed it's self. Hurray!!
Thanks for the fun GeckoSpit!

Staying in Kingaroy for some much needed RnR over the next few days.
Time to take care of those outstanding smiley faces on our map.
It is great to see this little town now getting more & more caches.
Pulled in to find all the caravan people doing their washing.
Thankfully they were up the other end of the park & we could grab this.

Last for the day in this great little free camp provided by the council. Showers, toilets and water are available but there is no power at the boxes. A $10 deposit gets you a key to these amenities from the nearby Information Centre.
We actually parked about 20 metres from this one. As soon as the muggles in the caravan nearest to it wandered off for a walk we grabbed it.
Thanks.

It was here on 15.4.15 when we heard for the first time from geocaching (by Di Morgan). Today we are back in Murgon - after a quite successful stop in Nanango. So I am pleased that my find No. 360 is in Murgon! Tftc
No one at the caravan park today, we will certainly put this one into our book of freebies. The cache I in good condition. SL TFTC
We are heading to Nanango's first event and even though it is not till Saturday we thought we would stop along the way and the get the caches that often get missed followed by the comment we will do that one, one day. Last night and tonight we are staying at the free caravan park at Murgon and close by is the cache called Old Van Park. No power but toilets and showers are available plus some nice shady trees. So with a bit of driving along the back roads we managed to find some of the caches while others were found closer to town. This was one we targetted and found. Nice hide. Thanks to GeckoSpit for its placement and adding to our enjoyment of this location. Fav point alloc.
Parked nearby in the shade, one van here enjoying the serenity of this one 'free camp' saw the target, scrabbled around, fought off and killed a persistent mossie, managed to log my find and off we went.
Out and about with one half of The Drovers from the South Burnett to Gympie areas for a couple of days caching. We found a variety of caches and containers along the way and plenty of different hides to keep us on our toes along the way and this was one of them.
Thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches along the way.

Mr Drover joined up with Konie and headed off, for a 2 day caching & camping trip.
Drove from Caboolture to cache the hills, travelling 600 kms in a loop & back to Caboolture.
We found a variety of cache hides and containers, some a little tricky to find.
Thanks to the CO's for all the effort of placing and maintaining these caches, we had an awesome 2 days.
Many thanks for placing this cache, GeckoSpit, for us and others to find.

On our last day in Wondai we decided to go out for a caching run to Murgon and had a very successful day with a haul of 11 caches and a great lunch at the Murgon RSL. Thanks to the COs for the hides.
Found at 1513. Marg kept the nearby muggle busy asking about the park while found the cache. TFTC.
Sitting on the steps of the police station with Havana crying for her dad. While at the cache and sitting very close to was a wallet. It was dry with a drivers license and west pac card, but no money. We are staying at the park over night and thought the police station may be still open. Off we walked as the MH was all set up and we have no other wheels. We came to pick the cache up and after reading all about it realized we had a place for the night. What a fabulous idea. tftc.
We are camped at Murgon right nextdoor to the cache so an easy find for this one. I have dropped off the Travel Bug HJ3ENE. The owner wants it to go north as far as possible.
Spending a few days up in the Kingaroy and Nanango districts and places closeby from my place in Brisbane. Due to the number of caches found, I have decided to do a generic log. To all the CO's, a big thank you for bringing us to your area and the many varied caches we found. Thank you for bringing us along the country road. TFTC
Having another annual caching trip to Nanango and Kingaroy with Richmond Lad. Last year we thought we had found most of them but some wonderful COs keep putting out more to entice us back to this lovely region of Queensland. We have driven along quiet , gum tree lined country roads, spotted some peaceful waterways and are becoming experts at stumps!!! Thank you to all the COs who have caches in this area - you are all doing a wonderful job creating, placing and maintaining your hides.
This is an interesting place. The old van park even has slabs for the vans and is well kept. One to remember for next time. After a chat to a muggle camper about the park Mr. Herbz went in for the find whilst Mrs. Herbz held the geomuts. Now off for a coffee. TFTC.
Was here a few days ago and did not realise there was a cache here. Found this morning before setting out on foot to find a few more local ones.TFTC
Todays we arrived into Murgon.
We have set up camp in the caravan park near the end of the main street. There is water, toilet & shower but no electricity. $10 deposit for a key to the amenities which is refundable.
Stopped to pick a couple of caches around the country side, some great views from up on Black Mountain
Camping 16m from this cache.
Thanks for placing this cache GeckoSpit

Thanks for the hide GeckoSpit. This is a great place to over-night, in my camps book it shows as $+, if council reduced the prices, more may have come, having said that, now it is free!
Wombat the Anthus laptop Geocoin visited, as did Runciple's Grasshopper, a tassie trekkers pathtag, a sweet - sour pathtag, a dolphin, a broken heart and geo achievement 500 caches award

Wow must keep this park in mind if we are travelling through, so nicely kept for a free area. Nice easy find. TFTC
Found it on a visit from Perth, WA. Quick and easy, after first looking at another stump and not finding it there. Thanks for the cache GeckoSpit.
Number three of six for this trip. The 6 new ones in the Wondai and Murgon areas were published on one of my work days. Today is day one off of three and I had a plan. Left Nanango at 0540 and arrived home at 0835 and driving in a big loop of 134Klm. Arrived close to GZ and there was only one overnighter here and they were very well obscured from GZ by trees. Quick find once at GZ. Co Ordinates good. Good hide. TNLNSL TFTC GeckoSpit.
Out and about with Robbie4121, GrannySmith1947 and GeoMum. This was cache number 11 for the day. Left home at about 12pm and finished at 7pm. Took Nothing left Nothing. TFTC GeckoSpit.
Had a great day geocaching with GrannySmith1947 and Purple_Ninja_00. This was my first time geocaching with other geocachers. This was my 7th cache for the day.
