I have tried to visit this cache 4 times in the last 3 months. There has been a resurgence of activity in the nearby community garden, so I could not get to the spot without looking obvious or suspicious. Please bear with me as I'm only in the area when I do my reps visits to Byron, but I will replace it as soon as practical.
It appears that some nong has broken the attachment line so the cache has fallen prey to the slasher god. I wasn't able to get to it on my last visit to Byron, so I'll replace it sometime this month.
As previously mentioned, I'm amazed it has lasted this long!

I think I searched every tree in a 50 meter radius and still didn't find it :'(
Did not find this one! We searched all trees & below them...I'd be interested to see if someone does as oval freshly mown & may have been sucked up!!!
I went to tie the cache back in place, however there was a whole school of kids at the community garden right next to it, so I couldn't approach without being seen or looking bad.
Perhaps someone local could do the honours?

TFTC!! Great spot for it, was on the ground so put back up in the tree. Also dropped a trackable in it
I'll try to get to it soon and tie it back in.
New cachers, please try to not break the attachment, so others can enjoy it too.

Nice little garden to see, somebody there to explain what they planted and a quick grab.
Thanks + danke. MacPivi

Nicely stashed - nearly had difficulty with some muggles nearby. Definitely a good starter cache!
Parked on the wrong side of the park and then geowife navigated the longest way possible. Luckily there was a soccer match on with everyone looking at that and not us. Found the container lying on the ground near GZ. Replaced up higher out of sight. TFTC
Very cool spot. Muggles around today due to it being a holiday. Lovely playground for the kids!
During our trip through Australia we visit Byron Bay. The cache was easy to find. TFTC EB greetings from Passau / Bavaria / Germany
A few muggles kiddies with there minders about, but no problems.. the cache all aok, thanks flagmarshall39.....9.50hrs ..
What an Aussie playground this one is - swings and all the usual paraphernalia but surrounded by gums and scrubby bush.
Nice (meaning gentle) uphill incline and a sneaky hide.
T4TC fm 39!

After our long walk to GZ I was a very quick find and then a short walk to our transport. TFTC.
We were driven here by a friend who's previously found the cache. She dropped us off at the end of a cul-de-sac and we walked in. A little family was enjoying the first playground we passed. We wandered up hill towards another playground where some others were playing, so the playgrounds were not deserted today. We moved towards GZ and were pleased to find we were out of view of the muggles and JooJoo57 spotted the hide quickly. With the log signed and all replaced we noticed our driver had driven to the carpark close to us so it was a quick return to the car. Thanks flagmarshall39 for the cache and the smilie. [^][^]
I am slowly making my way south, so a few detours to find a few caches was in order.
A short walk across the park and I was soon at GZ.
A quick find and all is good with the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

Found whilst on a Road Trip with Chip and Juno from home (Wollongong) to Chip's Mum's home (Mullumbimby).
It was pouring with rain as we walked to this one. We found it all the same.
Cheers

Removed scraggly bits of messed up log and replaced with a new log book. Also added some swappables, there is plenty of room as its a wide-mouthed bottle so please parents add some more goodies for kids to marvel over
On a work trip, replaced container and tied new one into tree. Sadly all the trinkets have gone, and some lovely has torn the log book apart. I left some larger clumps of log sheets so will have to replace that next time around.
Amazed it was still near original coords as it was on the ground where council had recently mowed. Car park area has become a dumping ground for old broken youth toys (dual turntable base, exercise trampoline etc) so would be a good spot for a bit of CITO.

It was a nice spot. Put a leaf over the top so everything stays inside and pur it back.
This was our first geocache while staying with friends. Kids loved it.
Thanks
Thanks
Found it. Cache was not at coords. Looks like it had been blown away. Lid still missing. Did what I could to protect the logs from rain. TFTC.
Thanks! Found this on the ground though with no lid and full of ants...couldn't find a lid. Replaced as best I could.
Came yesterday but too many people! Muggle free today! TFTC No lid on the container.
This one has been muggled. Found on ground with contents scattered. Put it back together & back in likely hidey spot.
Found it with geohubby. It was scattered on the bank. We collected all of it and put it back in likely spot. Couldn't find lid though. Needs maintenance.
Not really in the playground but keep looking around the trees... Really funny, the first with my boyfriend ! ❤️
camping not allowed but good overnight parking spots. toilets and skate park nearby, quiet.
Had a spare 20 minutes this afternoon and decided to grab this one on the way home. Didn't park in the right car park so I had a walk of some 150m to the cache.
The soccer fields were rather boggy after all the recent rain so it was a relief to start climbing the small rise to the cache.
I soon found the cache but was a bit surprised to see that it was still situated in its original spot, or so I thought.
Looks like it might fall down in a strong breeze and we've had a few of those recently.
I rang the ftf'er Renroc and she described the hide as I had found it so I left it where I found it.
Thanks

Quick find. Took trackable. Dont know how long this container will last, fingers crossed. Found with batdos and summerr123
To be honest, it's already lasted much longer than I had expected, since it was an impulse placement. I've got to try more of those!
Found in a lovely park which was free of muggles. The cache was returned to the place from which it was taken but Shockers believe that the entire location was not too secure, especially the hiding place. We left a TB in the cache nevertheless because this seems to be a cache which is often found. TFTC, flagmarshall39.
This cache was hidden by the CO, ( also my partner), a few months ago, so while visiting Byron today, have time to track this one down. With no more clues than other cachers I'm gonna look a right ninny if I can't find this one. Luckily the cords were pretty spot on and cache was easily found. Tftc hon X

I noticed this traditional when it was first published. Woohoo! A new cache in Byron After so many visits to the area I have cached the place out. Today dabom81 and myself made sure to put it on our "to do" list.
We arrived to find two muggle boys unsuccessfully trying to fly a kite. There sure was enough wind but they just couldn't seem to get it up in the air. So we waited, after a while they gave up and went off on their skateboards instead. Phew! I didn't want to leave without converting this one to a smiley.
Up the hill we strolled and after a look here and there we finally spotted the beasty. We left our scribble in the logbook and then replaced the cache as it had been found. On the way back to Spangle I had a quick look at the community garden, what a great idea. Looks like it could do with a bit of TLC though.
Thanks for the cache flagmarshall39

Find No: 4461. Visiting from Newcastle, on the way home after the Mega at Stanthorpe, staying at Brooklet for a 40th birthday celebration, love the area, TFTC flagmarshall39!!
In the area today so checked on it.
This is the first cache I've seen where the swappables have increased!
All was well, but the level seems to have changed to cater for the vertically challenged lol!

cache find #3807. When we were walking to GZ, we were hoping that there weren't any children playing in the nearby fields. Being school holidays there were plenty of children, but not where we needed to be. As we approached it was MrsGT54 who spotted the cache. TFTC.
