It's a delight to find a genuine Regular sized cache! All good here at GZ today. Thank you for bringing me here today. SL TN L a pink hippo toy. Happy geocaching.
Heading over to tackle a few days on Eyre Peninsula with Mattycat and Perfect Di, Day 1 had us picking a few up in town, following a few tracks soon had us on a levee trail, as the sun set we arrived at a easy point to the cache and found by torchlight

Teamed up with the froghoppin couple and with Purrfect Di and Jack to clean some of the colourful little marks from the geomap. A good chance to find some new ones and redeem a few old dnfs too.
Have owned two Holden Jackaroos - both were great 4wds that took us to many fun places
Team-Burlo we thank you for locating and maintaining this cache on our ever growing SA geo-map
---
Driving around - searching, spotting strange items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guyess or plain old dumb luck
Plenty of the luck stuff actually !!!
*All the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*
---
Danger! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]
Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside
Heaps good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Much appreciate you reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!

Just look for the empty birds nest and a dead bird on the bush with a beautiful gay beetle
After arriving in Whyalla with iluvtrekking on a wet and gusty morning we headed out for some caching after setting up in the caravan park. Quick find after a walk to get there. ThanksTeam -Burlo
Found with richlink while having the greatest time touring the Eyer.
Just arrived at Whyalla and picked up a few caches after a trip to the shops. The hardest thing with this cache for a newcomer to this city is figuring out the best parking spot.
Cache found, loggged and replaced as found, thanks Team-Burlo.

Found while visiting Whyalla for a few days with Team Waldron and TeamAstro, with the aim of finding as many caches as possible in Whyalla and surrounds. Day 1 saw us travel up from Adelaide and tour the very scenic coastline around Port Bonython and Point Lowly. On Day 2 we headed out to the Fill In The Gaps (FITG) series, then to Iron Knob and back via the First To Find Power Trail (FTF PT) series. On Day 3 we cached in and around the City of Whyalla, and on Day 4 we made our way out to Whyalla Conservation Park before heading for home. Thanks for the cache Team-Burlo!
Away for a few days with Featherwaite and Team Astro.
The plan was to get all the whyalla caches as well as the FTF series and the FITG caches.
Nearly got them all, just a few left for next time.
After a short walk the cache was quickly found.

Full time nomads since 2014. Still tootling around the country trying to avoid Covid hotspots.
Back in SA for harvest work. Heading to Port Pirie but 4 days ahead of schedule so a quick detour to Whyalla was in order. There sure is a lot of puzzles here! Glad we had done the solving before arriving in town. 35 from 37 hunts today.

Had to hunt for this one. Eventually found a few metres away, but container is damaged and log exposed to the elements. Tried to put it back as best as we could but it will need to be replaced ASAP.
Needs TLC. Found container no lid and stuff scattered. Have turned upside down for protection.
Thanks Team-Burlo. and clear skies from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

Number 1 of many today... introducing our 3 year old twins to the world of geocaching... they were more excited with the nearby playground... tftc
About 8 metres off but it's a good spot for it rather than being in the open. Log sheet is also missing but all in all fun location, nice area good cache tftc
Cache was found easily today although a nearby dog wanted everyone to know about it.
Lots of rubbish discarded in the area...even a full tackle box that some poor person has lost to a thief I'd say. Nearly dived for a discarded bread bag full of dog poo . TFTC.
Hi there Team-Burlo.
We found your cache **"Jackaroo"** at 12:18:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 15851).
We cached around the Whyalla area today. On our trek we found a wide variety of container types. & ended up finding 3 caches with 1 DNF's.
Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

DnF. Area was overgrown with bushes and weeds. Too dangerous to explore further in snake season
We found it but someone took everything and the container was open. We thankfully found the logbook intact
Added a few extra goodies to kick it off again

I found this cache on a return visit to Whyalla.
I lived here for a year, in 2011/12, before moving to Berri, in the Riverland region of SA.
It was great to revisit the Whyalla area and to explore some of the tracks and trails. TFTC

I was, very generously, offered a trip to Whyalla with Moneydork that was too good to refuse!
Today was a leisurely tour around the Whyalla area which resulted in my finding 48 smileys and with 3 DNFs
Got to love a quick find
Congratulations on your first cache hide

Thanks for a fun cache guys. Love your work. We signed the logbook. Warning this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise.
