### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi valleycaching,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed, as well as to remove it from search listings.
Please note that CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't always just pop out and fix the issue. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain will not be archived.
#What should you do:-#
- Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so.
- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
#Please Note#
When I next check on the cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, the cache will most likely be de-listed (Archived).

This one has disappeared a couple of times however should still be there. Will check asap.
I’m not even going to bother looking for this one. CO needs to check some of these.
Passing by on the way to Tarra-Bulga and couldn't resist grabbing a few of the series, most were quick easy finds and a couple took a short search to find

This was the only one I couldn't find today... I hope it's not missing, as there seems to have been work done on the trees recently (not saying it was on a tree, but it could have been found by a worker?) I hope the owner can check this one out for us.

Out and about exploring the area.
We decided to grab this series en route to home, some taking longer than others but all found in the end. Enjoyed a few nice walks along the trail.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache and series for our enjoyment valleycaching. Appreciate your efforts.

After exploring some towns along the South Gippsland Highway, we turned north toward Traralgon and decided to pick up the caches in this series before heading home. Some took longer than others but all caches were found by mid to late afternoon after some nice walks. Thanks for the cache, and the series valleycaching.

Today, I headed down the highway to Traralgon to attend the Parkville event and now that the event is over, it was time to find a few more caches while I was in the area.
I had now headed South to see if I could complete the TST trail on my bike before having to head for home.
There are some tricky hides and some straight forward ones as well and then there were a few that I just could not see at all but I didn't have my correct glasses with me for cache searching which didn't help but in the end I didn't do too bad.

Not many muggles around today and a good variety of hides again.
Another tricky hide but quickly spotted thankfully.
Thanks for the cache valleycaching,

Tftc. Last time I went past this place on foot I was running up to the top of Mt Tassie. This trail didn't even exist then. Most of tbe time I'm on the other side of the fence.

Almost perfect accuracy with the coordinates had me looking on wrong side of track. Eventually I found the cache in a now familiar place. Masked Lapwing Grey Fantail
Our day to head out on the TST finally arrived. We organised ourselves by parking at the recommended places and then walking off in either direction to find the caches. It still meant quite a bit of backtracking and involved a lengthy walk, but it was a lovely day to be out in the area. Even saw an echidna, the biggest we have ever ween at the final cache!
We should have brought the deadly treddlies as this would have made the whole process much easier and it was a great day for a ride.
A good variety of hides and some bigger caches gave us the opportunity to drop off a number of Travel Bugs we had collected on our recent travels up north. Hope some other cachers are able to pick them up and move them on their way.
All in all a good, successful day out.

Out for a maintenance run today. All good here.
A new waterproof log is in place.
Happy hunting.

Our morning mission is to do this trail. Sadly we left the bikes at home so its a good old foot slog. Impressed with the quality and variety of hides on this trail and glad we have enough favourites to do justice to the awesome effort put in. Thanks for delivering a great morning for us. Tfts into the swing of things and happily making finds quickly. Tftc
Staying in Traralgon for a couple of nights, we have enjoyed riding the trails, placed so close to town. TST - a variety of caches, hidden in a range of locations, a great ride for a couple of seniors - 28/30!
Thanks valleycaching for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

We attempted the TST series in November 2016 and managed to find all but five of the caches. As we were in the area today prior to our return to Tassie, we decided to look for the five caches again as we understood that each one had been replaced.
Accurate coordinates and an obvious hiding place led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks valleycaching for the cache and the series.

frmen1 and I ran away from home for the weekend with the view to target this road and surrounds. We walked the 14kms (there and back), taking adequate water and food supplies with us. A great day for it. Another quick find for us. Easily spotted. TFTC
This cache has been modified and as noticed it has been up and running for some time.

I cannot remove the "Needs Maintenance" attribute. Maybe I need to archive the cache!
We are on our regular Wednesday geocaching trip & today we are attempting to walk the TST both ways discovering all the caches on the way. Thanks to the CO's for setting up this well maintained trail.
We have given a Favourite listing to both the first & last caches in recognition of the trail as well as the odd worthy cache.

Arriving at GZ, I started somewhere and then moved somewhere else to find this nicely hidden container. I like your work.

An after dinner jaunt with Billy_Shears , A & J. Found a few along the trail, and the mozzies found us Note to self: Dusk can sometimes not be a good time to geocache.
The cache is back up again in a very close location to the original. May have to add new coordinates - we will see.
Coordinates changed from:
S 38° 15.714 E 146° 32.799
Coordinates changed to:
S 38° 15.716 E 146° 32.802
Distance from original: 18.8 feet or 5.7 meters.

It appears that while we were away the muggles came to play. In fact they took the cache container and the branch as well!!!
We are now working on a new location so cache will be available soon.
We are now working on a new location so cache will be available soon.
Given the last 5 logs have been dnf's and there are signs of recent tree trimming this cache needs to be checked.
We spent almost 20 minutes looking for this cache with no luck. Given previious dnf's this cache needs to be checked
It is amazing how mother nature can cause cache creep! With previous problems with this little blighter I assumed that wind had dislodged it again, however a search did not reveal it. I thought "that is the end of that container". So back today armed with new container and log sheet and lo and behold it had reset itself to a slightly different location!
So it has now almost been restored to its former hide, all good to go again, albeit a slightly different hide in an attempt to foil nature. Same coordinates.

Oh no! This little blighter has gone AWOL before however last time was caught crawling across the ground. This time it is either hiding in the debris or has been muggled!! Will be replaced asap.
Couldn't find this one on the first pass, so we thought we would have another go on the way back to the car. Still no luck. Next time.
Our one and only DNF for the trail. We found a very suspect spot where we think the cache should be but no luck for us here today!
DNF This was the only one along this road that we did not find. We did find where we thought it should be, but that proves nothing.
Diabolical! I looked for this on my south bound cache walk and couldn't find it. So on the way back, I put the coordinates into my Garmin GPS and it took me to the same place as my phone had earlier. Argh. Darkness was falling and I decided to give up. But every geocacher will know that that's not an easy thing to do. So I had the proverbial One More Look! Woo hop. Found it! Worked out why I didn't find it earlier. Looked in the wrong places (obviously). Sneaky one, but I'm ending the day feeling very happy about finding it!
