13-Jan-24
Nice easy find just be careful of traffic as this is a busy spot. Only one trinket in this one so we added a couple of trinkets.

Quick find at GZ

22-Apr-23
Not entirely sure what the previous finder was talking about...yes, it is a precarious spot, but not so much on a Saturday morning. Yes, there is some damage (armco is a bit bent), but it did not affect me from finding and retrieving the cache. TFTC

30-Mar-23
Hmm location was rather precarious. In fact gz has been badly damaged and could not locate cache. Recommend archive.

I am attending the Whittlesea Mega Event in a couple weekends time, and a recently published challenge cache has had me working towards a new goal!

100 cache finds in 24 different LGA's. I had 21 when it was published, already spent a daytrip getting an LGA about 1.5 hours from me over that number, Whittlesea itself will be an easy one, and then I needed one more!

Luckily, I already had 86 cache finds in Central Coast! And I was travelling through here to visit my friend in Newcastle! So decided it would be the perfect time to get that number up to 100.

Targetted some of the easiest caches as I didn't have a whole lot of time, so these Classic Motorcycles fit the bill.

Thanks for this one! Quick find here

This isn't the most appealing place to stop and get out of the car, but a cache is a cache. With trucks screaming past, I quickly made the find and got on my way.

After all the rainy weather, it was good to get out in the sunshine after a 10 day slump. I was on my way north for a family gathering and decided to tackle a few caches around this area on the way.

I nearly missed the right exit, but had no trouble locating the cache once I pulled over safely. Having found a number of these motorcycles now, I knew what to expect. All good with log and container. Now to work out the best way out of here so I don’t end halfway back to Sydney. TFTC

While travelling home from our trip to Qld, I was happy to find this motorcycle series. I was only able to get four as we couldn't spend more time today. I'll get the rest next time I'm here. Thanks for hiding this series.

17-Oct-18
As we were heading north for a few days away with friends it was decided to just pick up a couple of caches along our route. This one was a quick and easy find and our name was soon added to the log as cars were going past at speed, but it was still safe to be there. Many thanks go to jfindit for this series of caches. Maybe we will find some more in the series on another occasion.

16,171. Found during a trip up north with minniek and Albida33 for the LMHS Series and many other caches along the way.

Headed up to the Newcastle region with an aim to tackle the LMHS Series (which we solved for the recent Mega but didn't have the time for that weekend) and as many bonus caches along the way. With a few hours up our sleeves during the drive up we diverted off the highway for some caches in the Classic Motorcycles Series and some others. This was the next stop for the day. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and we headed off to the next one.

Thanks jfindit/Xphenoms !! Appreciate the effort that went into this neat series.

#4401 (27 of 27 today)

The Geowife has a card making class today on the Central Coast - and as it goes ALL day, I've thoughtfully volunteered to do chauffeur duties... So what will I do between 9am and 6pm? I wonder... Big Grin

As I'd already cleared out the caches near the class venue (and needed breakfast and petrol) I knew I realistically had 8 solid hours of caching, so decided on a circular route and had hoped to find 30 - 35 caches, including a few bush ones. Didn't quite work out that way as I had a few long DNFs. In the end found 27 - probably could have got 30 if not for driving past a few due to not spotting parking possibilities. And didn't get to the final area I was targeting near Narara where I'd even solved a few puzzles.

But a good day, with plenty of driving for *The Hademobile*.

And in the mix was my 4400th find. Decided to let that one fall where it may. That required 26 finds today, so thankfully I did just get there.

Thanks to **xPhenoms**, whose *Motorcycle* series provided many of the day's finds - parking for which I suspect is easier if travelling by motorcycle!
I also grabbed a few of **Shockers'** *CAW* series.

I'll try to make one or two unique comments for each cache, but so many to do...
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Final find of the day - another quick one in the logical spot... Which was what I was counting on as that was all I had time for if I was going to be back on time to get the Geowife.

Completed signing duties, replaced, then away. Timed it perfectly! HUZZAH!

26-Feb-17
Headed up to Wyong today to attend the annual Central Coast Amateur (HAM) Radio Field Day, held at the Wyong racecourse. And after a fun filled day of HAM radio activities, and with a carload of second hand "treasure", I took a slight diversion on my way home to collect some of the "Classic Motorcycles" cache series placed along Peat's Ridge Road. This was the 2nd of 14 finds for the afternoon.

Next stop was this one, dashing across the road for another quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC xPhenoms.

Loving this series as a Streak saver, wherever we go we can stop for one of these along the way Smile
Worked out exactly where this one was on a previous drive by and knew where to stop this time.
Very little traffic meant we soon had CIH.

Find #1126
What a great day! After a day of caching pain (3 out of 12!) on NYE last weekend, we've come out and hit a fine half century.... 51 finds including a couple of gems, and 2 DNFs. We cached around Jilliby and out to Yarramalong and Kulnura today, filling in some gaps, evening a couple of scores and exploring new areas.
The last leg of our journey, home south from Kulnura to collect some more Classic Motorcycle smilies. Always a pleasure, most I didn't even take the GPSr out of the car... just a pen.

Catching up on some caching I did in January. This was my most recent trip up from Goulburn en route to newcastle and the Hunter Valley to visit the parents and brother (both geocachers). As always the areas I cached produced a few quick finds and a few that made the brain go into overdrive at times.

The usual three hour drive took nearly nine but was well worth it!

Really looking forward to another trip up north to visit again in a few weeks as we prepare and set off on our roadtrip from Newcastle to Alice Springs for the event I've been counting the sleeps since last year.

After spending the morning with our. Other crew in the Crossfit community,
I received the call that would ultimately have us still enjoying ourselves till the wee hours Monday morning. We had done quite a few in this series some time ago, and tonight was a great chance to tick off several more after dinner that is of course.

A great way to spend the long weekend.

Never too hard, park and grab in this series.
