Found to qualify for a specific challenge cache. Needs serious maintenance or to be archived. TFTH
Found with Nibletricecakes. As others have said, there is no log and the mint tin lid has fallen off. This one needs maintenance.
Out with GLISS! on a cold spring afternoon. We found the container but it has no lid or log. TFTC
I think it is time someone did a NA log....
The first NM was logged in Jan 2016, almost 6 years ago...!
Several others have been logged since then, and cache has no lid, or even a logbook.
No reason for it to keep going on like this, maybe someone else could use the location in the future instead, especially with the nature reserve behind it

Just read the logs and now there is no paper, unless it’s under the pile of spitfires.
Park nearby but again the log is in terrible condition and there is no lid, not great.
Another find in this series and another container in need of maintenance with lid missing and paper damaged. SL as best possible. TFTC
Picking up some caches around Canberra while touring with ilook4geo. This was an easy cache to find and all was in OK condition. Log was signed and it was time to move on. Thanks go to JackaKid for placing this series of caches to find.
Found on a trip around town while at Canberra for a few days.
A few good hides and not many muggles around here.
Cache condition is good/OK here.
Thanks for the cache JackaKid,

Found an empty container in the open with no log. Put in some paper and returned to a relatively safe spot. Tftc
Cache needs maintenance. A new log to be specific, maybe a new container while at it.
I needed to get out while the weather was so good. The rest of the family was not up for a longer walk though, so I picked a trail at the upper end of Gungahlin which looked urban enough that Wilma would not be sad missing this one. Nice long walk with lots of caches found. I am gald I did the trail now as a number are missing and others in poor shape so you never know how long they will last.
Thank you JackaKid for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Over from Adelaide to see the inlaws celebrate Cachemas day tomorrow.

Had to getup early today to beat the heat and grabe a cache. A family of magpies were guarding the cache. Luckily I had a friend to watch them so they didn't swoop me. TFTC
Quick grab, my second last cache in the Vault of the Mystery at the Museum.
What a day for a cache. Beautiful weather and this is the first cache on our walk. Tftc!
Found with nissan 65 on a few days caching in Canberra. We headed up monday night after work and stayed at our usual over night spot in Goulburn before heading out to Canberra. Returning home today. Thankyou to all cache owners for placing these for our enjoyment.
Found but looks like it needs a bit more care. Pls see message.
Spent the day waiting for someone to turn up to do some work at home. Nice to get out at the end of the day to pick up another cacje. Been out this way a few times on my bike. Beautiful spot.

It was a cold, rainy and windy night. I checked the radar before I left and it looked like it might be fine. I had to get my daily cache regardless so off I went. There was just a little bit of rain when I parked at the little carpark off Mulligan's Flat Rd but as I walked over towards this cache, it started raining more but the wind was worse. It was really strong and freezing. It was most definitely not a good night for caching. Thankfully, it was a quick find at gz. Like others have said, the cache is missing its lid and the unprotected log inside is quite decrepit. I squeezed my name on and folded it into a spare plastic zip lock bag I had (it needs a bigger one though) but really, a new log sheet is needed here. TFTC
This geocacher reported that there is a problem with this cache. The cache container is missing its lid and the log is damaged and needs replacing.
Found while out walking the trail. Many of the caches in this series need new logs or have damaged containers. TFTC.
After finding this one I had the nice walk back to where I'd parked - near JackaKid's Geocache 5 - Dunstan VC. I thought I might search further for the only DNF I'd had - JackaKid's Geocache 8 - Shout VC - but there were a couple of muggles with dogs have a chat on the path close to GZ.

JohnnyBoyACT and I went in search of geocaches in Mulligans Flat, Bonner and along the ACT’s northern border today. The weather was sunny although cool, the bush of Mulligans Flat was quiet and frosty and the views over Gungahlin from the northern border were most impressive. In all, I added 33 caches to my tally, with two DNFs.
This cache was a straightforward find, being in an obvious spot on the coordinates. Thank you Jackakid for installing this cache, but please note that the cache has lost its lid and the log is in damp tatters.

A day of caching with Kambahkid in Mulligans Flat NR, the high side of Bonner and up onto the Canberra Centenary Trail. We did some of JackaKid's VC series and others on the line and some of Champs2Monkeys' CCT series. TFTC.
It seems silly, I only stopped yesterday in this suburb to knock it off my mapping challenge and here I am today trying to clear it out completely. I am starting to struggle to find decent amounts of caches in the one location (first world geocaching problem I know), but these jumped out at me yesterday while stopping to grab my 'Bonner' find, so at lunchtime today at my first day back at work in a little while I decide to come up here and see if I can do them all in a lunchtime. Turns out you can... as long as you take quite a long lunchtime
End of cut and paste section
This was the second find of the day... I drove a long way up a very unofficial road but it was no problem in the end. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache

We haven't done a long caching walk for a couple of weeks, so thought we'd head out early today to tackle some up near Mulligan's Flat. We couldn't take The Woofer (she wasn't allowed, sadly!) but we still spent a nice few hours wandering the hills, collecting caches and checking out the views. Although most of them were (unfortunately) mint tins or similar, there were a few nice containers that we could leave swaps in. Found 28 caches in 3 hours. Not too shabby!
No lid on this one, and the log is wet. The whole series could do with some maintenance, but we had a fun time finding them all. TFTC!

Last one. Just as well. This was the second longest walk today, and the apparent hottest. Found it easily, and back to the car for water. Thanks for the series, JackaKid.

Being the last day of holidays before going back to work, I was determined to fit in a final cache ride and this collection up around the back of Jacka was on my radar. After waiting for the storms to pass and some of the day's heat to dissipate, I set off to Mulligans Flat Road to do all this in the, for me, logical reverse order. A run that started out well, but finished a bit disappointingly with a series of non-finds. Still very enjoyable!
The first of the day. An easy find and a sign of things to come. TFTC

This is a totally unloved cache! Rusty, bent and lidless - sounds a bit like me - ha ha.
I've got a plan to reach my 8000th find by the 29th but having another 300 to find i needed a couple of weekends in rich caching grounds. Just my luck that i chose to go to Canberra before seeing the temperature forecast!
I only had a few caches left to find on the way down, but once i got there, i hast plenty to choose from. Only the cold slowed me down.
In the end i managed to get 59.
Thanks for the cache.

Nice find on the VC trail. Enjoyed the walk through the area.
Soon had cache located - lid of container missing.

Glorious morning for a quick stroll around to gz. Cache itself is looking a little worse for wear but log is still dry and has plenty of room. TFTC
After the nearby event this afternoon in preparation for the Alice Springs event in a few weeks local cacher darksidedan and I decided to do a few caches and was highly amazed. I was handing out favourite points everywhere! Even found one of the oldest caches in Australia too!

Suscoe ventured out on Australia Day in Canberra for a terrific day of caching and enjoying all things Canberra.
We covered a bit of territory and found a good number of caches.
The weather was sunny and warm with almost no breeze.
We were surprised that the roads were pretty quiet and so were the parks and reserves.
Such a good range of caches in some nice locations.
Thanks to JackaKid for this hide.

Quick find with the nearest tree sporting a nest with blue thread to decorate it. Cute
Day six in Canberra with BettyBoo3747. Deadly treadlies back out and headed to the northern suburbs for a couple of trails. We did a bit more of Section 2 of the CCT, and a few JackaKid caches, along with a few extras along the way (this means you - Fore!).
The start of the Mint tin trail! We found ourselves behind the new houses, with just one hide in sight [:)}
Thanks, Robmc.

#11320. Day 6 of our two week Canberra Holiday with Robmc. After a few days of walking it was back to the bicycles and time to have a most enjoyable ride collecting more caches along the CCT through Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve.
After a nice lunch break we continued on around the suburb on the non-existent bike paths and collected a few JackaKid caches. Most were in dreadful condition and either need maintenance or archiving.
The first one we did and the first find of many mint tins with scrappy, full, or wet logs.
Thanks JackaKid

Oh no!, the first of many of these dreaded cache containers, a mint tin....
Down from the Shire and out on a local geomission with my sister, specimenX
All up made 26 finds and only 1 DNF due to possibly being muggled. Brilliant weather and good placements made for a great few hours of caching.
Thanks to all the cacheowners

#1954 Out caching with Green-martian and Co. Weather was not at its best as we walked around Bonner. Quick easy find. TFTC JackaKid.
An easy find with crazeecat while on granny and grampy duties across the road.
Well, it would have been easier if wasn't for the torrent of water caused by yesterday's rain and the vicious magpie

I found a little laneway to get through to GZ. My thanks to Aquilus1 and dty73 for cleaning it up and removing the bugs before I got there. I must have just missed meeting some other cachers today. Thanks for the cache, JackaKid
