This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

A reasonable amount of work was done here recently after damage in storms... perhaps cache needs maintainance?
A lot of work was done on this area after the stone wall was damaged in storms end of last year. Please check the cache

Had a little bit of time up my sleeve before my next job so decided to hunt for this one. Took me a few minutes of searching before I spotted it. The log, although damp, was still able to be signed. No sign of any older muggles today. Technically, the cache is on private property.

Easy find but was spotted by an older muggle who claimed it was private property and then followed us BEWARE
It's a bit wet also was harassed by an old lady claiming it was 'private property'
We parked some distance down the road and took the short walk to GZ. MrsFish spotted it straight away, a lot smaller than we expected from the listing. Thanks prof_inkling for the hide at the edge of this huge retirement village.
This cache has been on my radar for ages, but somehow I've never managed to stop in a suitable place and come to have a look for it. Today, I decided it was time to pick up a few caches closer to home because I didn't feel like going too far in the rain, even though I walk in the bush was something I was keen on.
I took a little stroll from the Treetops Park and ended up at the gateway, finally having a look at the gates and wall in more detail. But now to find a likely hiding spot for a container. That took me longer than it should have, with a few options explored in the general area. Part of my hunch had been right, but it took a full circuit to be in just the right spot to catch a glimpse of the container out of the corner of my eye.
Legalities were completed nearby before the container was returned to its hiding spot.

Nice quick find, and cache in good order. Took sparkly peg, left nano log roller +kit. Log on the way to filling up again, so CO may want to drop by when next convenient.
Found with puff_25. Nice location and I learned something about the suburb. Thanks for the cache!
Found on an afternoon stroll around the area. The cache is in need of some TLC but it's still serviceable.
Thanks for the cache prof_inkling, took nothing, left nothing, trackables visited and I signed the log.

Cold rainy wet. Ahh winter. I love it .. An then again I wish it wasn't so dreary.
I picked this one as an easy park n grab. Which it is.
It could do with a new log and a new zip lock bag.
This carries on my streak for another day.
Temporary log about half full.

Before there was a Cherrybrook, I caught the bus to work from here every morning after walking up David Rd from John Rd (now "Haven CCT"). There were no geocaches here then. Thanks prof_inkling.

With a mission to fill in all the uncleared dates on my caching calendar, I had to find a cache today. The geo-wife and I had to be out of our accommodation for a while in the middle of the day today and we took the opportunity for a short drive to this cache. My mother spent a few years living in the nursing home here before I had heard of geocaching.
It didn't take long to find a spot to park then a quick walk here and a short hunt. It would have been a shorter hunt if I'd recognized the cache the first time I looked where it was hidden, which might explain a DNF earlier this weekend .
The cache is in good condition.

Perhaps day 200 on my calendar was sent to find this cache. I had no success with a few and found myself here. My mother spent her last few years at ARV here and it is a wonderful facility.
Evan is honoured here as well.

Located at 10:10pm. Impressive location. One of those places I have driven past for more than twenty years and never taken the proper notice. Taken the bus through the Anglican Village, cycled past plenty of times...amazing structure. TFTC!
Another day with sevabo and ozuk, Nice park area - signed the log.
prof_inkling thank you for organising the cache and hunt.

I was had somebody crash into the back of my car here causing it to be a write off. Better luck today with the cache find but like the old car it was a rust bucket and in poor condition. Tftn
#3359 - mmm nearly gave up on this one. Behind??? Under??? High??? Low??? But finally just leaving then....black---sand--- Amazing it has lasted. I reckon the cache is still okay for use. Seen many a lot worse.
Cache box needs replacing. Ugly, rusty and falling apart. Maybe even a better camo.
#3: Easy but tedious find. Parked illegally outside the retirement village hoping for a quick and easy find. After fumbling around near the gate for half an hour, we realised we should probably move the car. Afterwards, we headed back. We were about to give up and then spotted this nifty little hide! The cache is a bit ugly and rusty so it needs replacing as well. TFTC
An easy and fun find for the family. Just be careful to go on the concrete path side of the hedge.
Parked in the quiet back street and walked up tp GZ. Soon found the right side to be searching and had the cache in hand. TFTC.

I've lived not far from this area for some time and remember this was the road into the Cherrybrook area.
I searched the area for longer than I think it should have taken to find this cache but it was eventually spotted. The log was a bit mildewy and full, so I added a few new supplementary log sheets in a little ziplock bag to keep this cache alive.

After having spent a few hours shopping in Chatswood, we headed out to Castle Hill for the cache of the day. Took a number of back roads through the retirement village to end up at the end of the very quiet road. Walked the last 150 meters from where we parked and came up to the gate. It did not take long to find the cache, extract the log and sign it and then back to car to head home.

Out this morning to search for some caches around Highs Rd. This was the first for the day. Hardest part was crossing the busy roads. Then it was a relatively quick find - although I did start on the wrong side of the gateway.

Dad sent me out to find this one while he waited at the illegally parked car. Nice and easy find. TFTC
A nice little spot for a cache and interesting to see how the area has changed over the years. Cache easily located. Thanks for bringing us here.
We foud it but not easily we looked for 15 mins but couldn't find it untill i looked at the gate more closely and that was when i found it, it may be small but it still counts
Despite the icon showing up on the car gps looking quite close as I drove past a few times over the last two days along this very busy road, figured out a safer place to park. Even then, staying off what I assumed was private property and a bouncing handheld gps arrow, made this one take a bit longer than it needed. Easy find in hindsight.
A quick look but a gardening muggle too close.
Will try again another time.
Thanks for the cache!

Came up with the kids from Treetops Park. Parked outside the retirement village and walked up to GZ. Probably took longer to find than it should have, but finally CIH! SL TFTC.
Tftc! Went with my boyfriend and his mother to show her the fun of geochaching. Very nice and easy find thank you.
What a neat little spot and such viticulture gates. I drive past everyday and didn't know it existed.
Decided against parking on Castle Hill Road, so approached from the retirement village end only to find the last section is all no parking. So had to backtrack a bit and walk up. Looked around without spotting it, until I went into the garden which would technically be private property. Once there spotted it easily, and it could have been easily retrieved from outside the gates, in fact not quite sure how I missed it from there to start with. Oh well, all signed and nobody saw me investigating the garden. Thanks prof inkling.
Found it on a very warm Saturday. As per previous logs this one was found in an open spot. I don't think the CO intended it to be there. TFTC
Parked at the bus stop and gave myself 2 minutes to look for it, luckily I found it in time.
Took a nice tour through this area and found this One on the way.
Thank you

Found on my way from Greystanes to cherrybrook for a mystery puzzle solving event. I want to I know up some caches on the way. This was the fourth. I'm worried about the cache as it was on the ground in the open I was lucky to see it on my way to GZ as it was about 4 metres away from GZ. I have placed it near where I found it but in a corner of the structure and cover with some camo. It was the best I could do. The CO may like to check it and replace to were it should be. Thanks.
This one was quite easy to find compared to the other one down the road. Second one for the day.

I am catching up on old logs. This was the only find for the day. I have been keen to find this cache as it fills in a missing date on my dates hidden calendar. I had tried to work out where I could possibly park the car to find this cache given the GPS indicated the coordinates were on the main road. After turning off the main road, I realised there was a little labyrinth of smaller roads where I could park. Unfortunately, several other people had the same idea and people driving the other direction made it difficult to navigate the thoroughfare. I eventually managed to turn around and park approximately 300 m away but luckily, it was under the shade of the trees. I walked to GZ and after inspecting some likely spots, checked another side and soon had CIH. SL. TFTC and for the history of this intersection.

A quick and easy find whilst visiting my children in Sydney. TFTC. SL.
This one was a very nice quick and easy find even though a muggle gardener was doing his thing fairly close by. The log was quickly signed and the cache replaced in its proper place. TFTC.
