I feel like a film star after finding this.
Found while camping overnight on an 8 week trip.

I found this in company with two muggles, while road-tripping about— don't read anything into that.
Left a scrathie: GOOD LUCK.
BTW: I'm not sure that a CO stipulating that short messages will be deleted is truly in the spirit of the game. A find is a find, and cache owners don't have the privilege of discounting them, or of setting supplementary rules. But TFTC.

Out we went into the unknown of Pental Island, but we reached GZ on dry and bumpy roads and geohubby soon spotted a suspicious looking collection that lead us to a most interesting cache container.
Yes, we found the wrong compartment, but got the log book in the end.
TFTC a FP for the container

Travelling home to regional Victoria, and we stopped very close by in an overnight camp. Our vehicle wasn’t capable of a floodway crossing so getting to gz included a bit of wading. Thanks so much for a caching distraction on our way home and leading us to this very secluded spot. A favourite from us.
Crap forgot to log this one haha, found a few weeks ago. Again thank you muchly, this one was a cool container as i grew up with these hahaha cheers again
Out and about on a nice autumn afternoon, not much activity around the river, just the odd camper. Honed in on this one & Geokid found the item of interest, signed the fresh log and called it a day. TFTC
We went out yesterday and replaced the log-book and checked on this cache. All is good again and its ready to be found again. Thanks and cheers.
We went out to check on this cache today, but we could not get in the forest because the track in was boggy and slippery after the big rain we had earlier this week. We will try again after the track dries out and if it doesn't rain again. Thanks and cheers. The cache is still there- apparently it just needs a new log-book but you can still get to GZ and sign the log if you have a 4WD.
OK. We will go out when we can and replace the old log book with a new clean dry one. Thanks and cheers.

This cache appears to be in need of owner attention. As mentioned by Ausyowie 12 months ago the log book is worse for wear, future seekers would appreciate a fresh log to record their visit, please.

Suscoe headed out early today with our good friends Phetlern.
We had planned a trip up to Swan Hill and back through Pental Island.
The day was warm and very sunny.
The roads were reasonably quiet and we came across many folks camping along the riverbanks.
Thanks to Sparra0907 for this hide, soon found after arriving and we located the log quite nicely.
All replaced and on our way.

Our final day in northern Victoria in the fine company of the Suscoe duo, we ventured out to convert some of our sad blue face icons to smileys and to find a few more of the unfounds calling from our map!! Interesting theme here.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** Contents mouldy but dry - cache could do with some TLC, please.
Our thanks to 'Sparra0907' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Well, that was creative. Out today travelling the Murray River by power boat for a scout rafting expedition from Murrabit to Pental Island Caravan Park and I took the opportunity to stop by. Thanks for the placement Sparra. Ps, the log book is a bit worse for wear.

Nice find here. Lots of cool swags. Very cool cache and in great condition seeming it has been so long since then last find. If the CO comes this way checking on it perhaps bring a log as this one is a little worse for wear and a bit smelly and mouldy. Kookaburras were an added bonus to a great thought out cache. TFTC
A nice quick find by miss 7. What a rough road in though. Wouldn't attempt this in anything but a 4WD and definitely not after its rained. Found and signed log as best we could and replaced. Log was very damp and water damaged. Thanks for placing this cache Sparra.
Found this amazing cache quickly and signed log . discussed the patterns of the bark on the trees . thanks for the cache placement.
Found this along an adventurous track to the river. Found abut easier way out, or at least until the end! Loved the cache and location. Took us a while to find the log. Camera fanatic driver knew all the possible hidey holes.
Found on our trip up to Lake Boga to see the Catalina airshow and display, go fishing, and of course to do some caching as well.
This was the first cab off the rank on day 2 of our holiday. We were staying at the Pental Island Caravan Park so this was only a short drive away. Found our way along the network of tracks out here, and then began the hunt for the cache. Chunk didn't take long to have it in hand. While everything was dry today, there is no doubt that the cache has been under water during the unusually heavy rains and floods in October last year. The logbook pages had all stuck together and mould had set in, making the earlier entries faintly visible but not legible. We managed to gently prise open a page that we could write on and have taken photos for verification as we note this cache is 422 days unloved, so we will add this to our unloved challenge tally.
TFTC Sparra0907 and thank you for bringing us out here. There are some really nice fishing spots we have noted too.

Thanks for the fun Sparra0907!

after reading activity log, decided to go back and look better for log! Yep it's there!! Blonde moment & excited to find a trackable to take on tour with us! Awesome hide, thanks
The first of sparras hides I have managed to find today, and a very unusual cache too. My dear husband enjoyed this too because he did some fishing spot searching. Left a travelbug. TFTC
Yesterday evening, while looking at the map, me sharp eyes noticed a pair of caches sitting out on Pental Island.
Thus the plan was made to do some shopping in Swan Hill and head out for a tour of the island in the morning
With a couple of swans purchased, I was soon on me way along the nice, bitumen road that heads out to "Sharp Eyes."
The passing showers for the last three days had muddied up the island.
There were so many muddy tyre tracks leading out of paddocks and along the road, it was hard to tell if the bitumen road had ended in some places [:o]
With just 1.3 kms to go, I found a likely road into GZ.
The signpost pointing down the road simply said "River"
I turned in to the road ...
... OK !! At this point I will stop calling it a road
Lucky for me it wasn't too soft from all the rains, just a bit slippy
And after a slow and bumpy drive I arrived riverside at a 'boat ramp' of sorts.
With 200 metres to GZ to go I headed on down the track a bit more.
I got 50 metres and reversed back to the boat ramp and parked
I was looking forward to a stroll at sometime today,
and the bog hole on the track was just the excuse I needed to abandon geomobile
At GZ I found a myriad of places to hide a cache [:o]
A quick wander around revealed something odd !!
Well it had to be a cache
So I opened it and ....
.... behold the wonders of 90's technology !!
I haven't seen one of those containers for a long time
Much fiddling and poking the container got me the logbook.
So .... TFTC .... the memories and a nice stroll [^]
I grabbed "Koalabärchen" travel bug from the cache.

WOW a first to find for us. We really never expected a FTF as we were away when this one came on line.
A nice easy find after a nice walk. A really great cache never knew what to expect.
Signed log and replaced. A favourite point from us. TFTC and bringing us out here.
